Jessica Martinez has repeated the big lie that the election was a fraud and stolen. "Zenaida Huerta has started a petition online at the actionnetwork.org sponsored by Democrats for Justice.

The petition states, “On December 29th, Whittier Councilmember Jessica Martinez (District 1) tweeted that she was willing to “give up [her] life” to “take back” her country. Just seven days later, she was part of the violent, armed coup attempt on Capitol Hill. This was an act of domestic terrorism.”

Martinez announced her intent to participate in the rally on Twitter alongside multiple tweets questioning the legitimacy of the presidential election and branding Republicans who accepted the result as “traitors.” On Wednesday morning, she also uploaded a clip of video footage from the rally.

There is calls to censure Martinez, County Supervisor Janice Hahn also added her voice to those calling for Martinez’s censure.

“Any attempt to delay or prevent the peaceful transfer of power is a threat to our democracy and there must be consequences,” Hahn said Friday in a statement.

Martinez has responded to racist tweets with equally racist tweets. AFter on tweet about Somalia-born Rep, Ilhan Omar, D-Minneapolis, Martinez tweeted “she can go back wherever she came from and REALLY be a victim” or saying about U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Massachusetts, “President Pocahontas? She needs a Wigwam not the white house.”

The petition finishes, “If you believe that domestic terrorists have no place in our city council, sign this petition to urge Mayor Joe Vinatieri to censure Councilmember Jessica Martinez from the January 12th city council meeting. Make sure you also email ccd@cityofwhittier.org before January 12th with public comment demanding Martinez be prevented or “censured” from participating on the city council.”

As of 9 am this morning the petition had 6,190 signatures."

ORIGINAL: Who is Whittier City Council member Jessica Martinez? Based on our research she was born Delfin J Contreras January 1962. Her first husband that we know of was Felix Cruz Olivarez born 1954 in Los Angeles, California. They married in 1983 and had one child Alexandra Nicole Olivarez born 1984 in Los Angeles. Jessica Martinez married her second husband Paul James Martinez born 1966 in 1997. Her husbands had other wives and probably had other children.

People protested at Jessica Martinez' home recently so her home address is publicly known. It's also on a pubic political disclaimer form. It's a triplex located at 6344 Hoover Ave, Whittier, CA 90601. Neither she nor her husband own the property. In Jessica Martinez' political disclaimer forms she claims no assets, see below.

She may have two older brothers, Nicholas "Nick" and Christopher. Her father may be Nicholas Contreras 1920-1989 born in Colorado, died in California and her mother may be Dorothy Jimenez Contreras born 1928. This is based on the fact that Jessica lived at the same address as Nicholas, Dorothy, Nick and Christopher. That address was the home of Nicholas Contreras. There is a Find A Grave for Nicholas Contreras. While the birth and death dates are correct the text has not been verified. Directories show his career as "salesman" for Foremost Dairies only. Foremost was bought out by Knudson. The company owned the trucks, not the drivers. There is no listing stating he owned a fruit and vegetable truck of his own, had his own business or owned the milk delivery routes. The routes and milk were owned by the company. 

Jessica's grandparents were from Mexico. The father is listed as having worked in the mines in Utah along with his father and brothers.

We tried to verify Jessica Martinez' education. As far as we can tell she went to Sacred Heart of Mary High School in Montebello. We have emails out to the schools she stated she attended. The "law school" she claims to have attended is not accredited by the American Bar Association. It would not qualify you to take the Bar exam in any state except California. That's because California allows anyone to take the bar exam even if they never went to law school or even high school or college. Jessica Martinez did not pass the Bar exam. She is not a lawyer. 

Jessica Martinez claims to be a teacher. We have found no evidence that she is a teacher. Her education doesn't even state she received teaching credentials. Maybe she home schooled her daughter and believes that counts as being a "teacher?" 

An email was sent to Jessica Martinez yesterday asking her to confirm or deny the facts of this article. We asked her about her husbands' service in the military, her education, her family and her past. It was sent to both of her email addresses which she uses i.e. jmartinez@martinezforassembly.com, martinezdjm@gmail.com The mail went through. There was no reply. Jessica Martinez had the chance to contribute to this article but refused. We will update this article when we hear back about her education.

UPDATE: The officer who was killed is named Keith Wayne Boyer not Keith Lane Boyer. He was born November 27, 1964 in Los Angeles. His mother is Nancy Arline Downs, father is Lester E Boyer. His ex-wife is Nancy Susan Fry. His children are Joshua Keith Boyer and Joseph Wayne Boyer. Keith graduated from La Serna High School in Whittier, California 1980. He was in the band. The suspect in the murder of Officer Keith Boyer has been named. It is 26 year old Michael Christopher Mejia born January 1, 1991 in Los Angeles, California. His mother is Contreas. Mejia was also involved in the death of a cousin 47 year old Roy Torres.

Michael Mejia was on probation. He was not released early. He served his full sentence. His previous crimes were “non-serious, non-violent, and non-sexual." His previous crimes are mainly graffiti then he stole a car which caused him to go to jail. His latest crimes were not the result of the new jail propositions. This case is being politicized. He was released after his prison time to probation. They were supposed to keep their eyes on him. He violated his probation then was sent to jail for nine days.

Officer Keith Boyer, a 27-year veteran of the department, was killed. Another officer, Officer Patrick Hazell, was wounded.

Mejia has a record. His first four arrests were for "other" which is not a misdemeanor or a felony. Then there was a felony arrest then another other arrest then his latest arrest. Check back while I keep updating the information.

November 7, 2015 Kevin Curry, his father Earl Roger Curry who suffered from dementia and mother Mary Curry landed in England. The son Kevin would end up dumping his father Roger Curry at a bus bench according to this article. Eventually his identity was known and the story unfolded.

Earl Roger Curry was born May 22, 1940. Wife Mary Jo Otters, Mary Joan Otters was born June 20, 1951 in Ohio. Son Kevin Daniel Curry was born in Los Angeles, California May 21, 1981. Daughter Jessica Marie Curry born June 12, 1990. Earl and Mary Jo were married November 22, 1975 in Los Angeles. As I look at the birth dates I bet Kevin has been pretending to be Roger. Below is a photo of Kevin and the mother. I believe the mother is also a victim. She doesn't look 100% to me. Roger was the class of 1958 http://www.ehs58.org/

There is currently a conservatorship case pending. The mother Mary is a petitioner. If she wanted conservatorship why did she allow her son to dump him in England? The father Roger needed 24/7 care which would be very expensive. I'd like to think they dumped him in England hoping he'd get the care he needed which they couldn't afford.

This just gets more bizarre. Jeannette Curry stated she was Kevin's sister. Nope, she's his wife. She was most likely involved. It says "w/o children." That means a couple. If it were his sister, it would be civil and not domestic.

A note to the reporter, in the US only the postal office can put items in a mail box. You can put a letter on top, in the gate, at the door but not in the mailbox. Just don't want him to face federal charges if he does it again to someone who reports him.

With the help of another I obtained the address where the BBC investigator went to look for a Curry family member. The address is 23202 76TH AVE, EDMONDS,  WA  98026. Earl Roger Curry's name is associated with this address. It appears he may own it in a fashion. It was in the name of Earl Roger Curry with his birth date. Now it's in the name of Roger C Bueing with the same birth date. That could be Roger Curry Bueing. Roger C Bueing is also listed somewhere else as being 58 years old instead of 76. This could just be an error. I will try to find out more. As it's a one bed, one bath home, I doubt this is the home he grew up in. He may have owned this as an adult. Oddly enough a Roger Bueing was in the same class as Roger. Could just be a huge coincidence.

Roger is currently staying at the Simla Villas in Bellflower, California at 16623 Ardmore, Bellflower, CA 90706, phone is 310 483 6965. I called them. He has no food allergies. You can send him what he likes which is chocolate muffins. I doubt they'd allow sherry.

The father Roger Curry has a military pension and from his work as a nurse besides social security. The BBC reporters stated that the son did not do this for money. I believe they may be wrong. They didn't look at the burned down home in Whittier, California.

Earl Roger Curry bought the home at 14817 Janine Dr, Whittier, CA 90605 in 1979 for $87,500. Any purchase loan would have been paid off.  For some reason the property transferred from Roger to Roger and Mary then to the Curry Trust in 2007. Since Roger has dementia and his wife Mary Jo has Parkinson's these transfers may not have been proper. The more troubling issue is that someone took out big loans on the property. I doubt Roger was mentally able to understand the loans which were for $319,000 in 2004, $100,000 in 2005, $500,000 refinance in 2006, 2nd loan of $15,000 and a new loan in 2011 for $551,000.

The home is, was 4 bed, 3 bath 1,561 sf on 10,845 sf lot. It was listed for sale allegedly by Roger and Mary Curry February 2009 for $675,000. The phone number for contact is actually a real estate agent. The listing was cancelled.

This is the home as of 2009 and today 2017. It burned down in November 2014 after Kevin moved in with Roger and Mary Jo.

The articles stated they lived on an air mattress in the backyard after their home burned down. Beyond sad. Below are documents showing the sale, refinance, default and trustee sale in 2010. The home was foreclosed upon and sold but they didn't transfer title. They could have done that so it wouldn't be reassessed for property tax purposes. They could have done it to try to cover up the refinances. Hard to say. If the property had a loan before it burned down, there was fire insurance money but that money would first go to pay off the loan. Someone said the property is being rebuilt. By whom?
