Below is from a Q & E with Cummins from January 14, 2020. I hope this is just more lying otherwise this is really pathetic. For anyone who has ever driven from San Diego to the border at any time you can tell this is a story. I've been going there since I was a newborn up to just a few years ago. The first time I remember driving over the border I was seven in 1972. There have always been many HUGE signs saying you are approaching the border for miles before you get there even back in 1972.

Tijuana is 20 miles south of San Diego. You take the 805 to the 5 and hit the border check point. You would have to drive a long way around the check point to find an open place with no auto blocks to just drive across accidentally. A sane person would have parked on the US side then walked to the border over the bridge. There's parking there for this purpose. When she saw Mexicans selling chicle, pinatas she should have realized she was in Mexico.

"Jeanine Cummins: The first moment I felt like I should write about this happened many, many years ago, when my husband, who was my boyfriend at the time, and I were vacationing in California. We had taken the week to drive the Pacific Coast Highway and our last stop was San Diego, and one day I drove down to the border by myself. My husband was an undocumented immigrant and I didn’t want him anywhere near the border, but I wanted to go and just see it. And I accidentally drove into Mexico, which you could still do then. It was pre-9/11 and the border was not militarized the way it is now.

I’d been to Mexico before, but I’d never been to the border. I was so shocked by what I saw there. There were so many young men with only one leg. There were young kids trying to sell gum or hats or piñatas or whatever touristy stuff they had to sell. I had no money because as soon as I got there, I got pulled over by the policía and they took it all. The fine print on my rental agreement said I couldn’t have the car I was driving in Mexico, and the officer said he would impound the car and I would have to wait in jail for a few days to talk to the judge. I was 21 or 22 (that would be 1995 before she met her husband when she was still in college in Maryland), and I was terrified. I said I couldn’t go to prison (soooo dramatic! that's not how it works), and he said, well, maybe there’s another way. You can pay a fine. And I said, how much is the fine? And he said, how much you got?

I gave him all my money, and then I waited five hours in line to get through U.S. Customs and Border Protection to get back into the United States. After crossing accidentally in seven seconds (HUGE lie). So, I was sitting at the border for many, many hours, just observing all these young kids, and I must have seen five for six young men with only one leg. And I didn’t understand what I was looking at. When I got home to New York, I started researching. I came across “La Bestia,” and I came to understand that these were men from Central America and southern Mexico who had, in all likelihood, ridden the train to the border and had fallen off at some point and been maimed. I came to understand how common this was, that it’s happening every single day. In the effort to just reach the U.S. border, never mind cross it, people are being killed and maimed daily. It’s commonplace. And I was like, why don’t I know about this? Why don’t people in the U.S. know this story?

I never stopped thinking about that, and for many years, I felt an enormous reluctance to write about it. I felt, very clearly, that it just wasn’t my story to tell. And even when I started thinking about writing about the border, I resisted writing from a migrant’s point of view for a long time. But if I really wanted to get into it, then the correct thing to do was to tell the story of the people who were suffering."

Cummins previously wrote a book about the potato famine. She was asked why she wrote that book. She replied "people starved during the potato famine. Not many people know about this. I have to educate people about this." Everyone knows about the potato famine. It's part of history class. This woman needs to go back to bar tending.

05/10/2019 Feds released the complaint. John Timothy Earnest confessed to his crimes to the 911 operator. Earnest stated "I just shot up a snyagogue. I'm just trying to defend my nation from the Jewish people ... They're destroying our people ... I opened fire ona synagogue. I think I killed some people," "because the Jewish people are destroying the white race."

Earnest did write the manifesto. FBI got a search warrant for his home and electronic devices. A copy of the manifesto was found on his laptop. in San Diego, CA.

Earnest picked up the legally purchased rifle April 26, 2019.

Earnest admitted to torching a mosque. People were sleeping in the mosque. At 3:15 a.m. they smelled gasoline and saw flames. A few of the people in the mosque were able to put out the flames with water. The fire burned, scorched half the length of the west wall of the mosque. The heat cracked a window. The gasoline was poured around the only exterior door on the west side of the structure.

Prosecutors add 109 hate crime charges in synagogue shooting, including murder of Lori Gilbert-Kaye, charge for attempted murder of 53 other people there; no decision yet on requesting death penalty. The Governor has suspended putting people to death but you can still get sentenced for it.

"After the gunman fled the scene April 27, he told a 911 dispatcher he opened fire at a synagogue, thought he killed some people and said he did it because “I’m just trying to defend my nation from the Jewish people… They’re destroying our people,” according to the federal complaint."

He went on to tell the dispatcher that he did it because “the Jewish people are destroying the white race.”

John Earnest told 911 dispatcher he did it to "defend my nation."

05/02/2019 Finally Christian churches and Earnest's church are taking some responsibility.

"The Rev. Mika Edmondson, a pastor in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, which is a small evangelical denomination founded to counter liberalism in mainline Presbyterianism, told The Washington Post that even though Earnest does not blame his faith for his ideology, “It certainly calls for a good amount of soul-searching.”

“We can’t pretend as though we didn’t have some responsibility for him — he was radicalized into white nationalism from within the very midst of our church,” Edmondson said.

The OPC released a statement on their website. Here is part of it.

"Pastor Zachary R. Keele and the session of our hundred-member Escondido Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Escondido, California, issued the following statement concerning that horrific event:

"The atrocious crime of violence and hatred that took place at Chabad of Poway synagogue on Saturday, April 27, grieves us deeply and shatters our hearts. As a congregation of the Lord Jesus Christ, we devote our lives to the love and mercy of the Lord to all of God’s beautiful children, from every nation, language, and tribe. Our most sincere prayers, condolences, and cares go out to the victims, their loved ones, and the congregation of Chabad. We deplore and resist all forms of anti-Semitism and racism. We are wounded to the core that such an evil could have gone out from our community. Such hatred has no place in any part of our beliefs or practices, for we seek to shape our whole lives according to the love and gospel of Jesus Christ."

If they truly felt that way, why have they been preaching that Jews are Satan in their website and literature? Earnest clearly got this hate against Jews from his church and bible. He quoted anti-Jewish bible verses in his manifesto. This church posted the same bible quotes in their website.

05/01/2019 John Earnest obtained the gun legally. There is video of the shootings. John Earnest called 911 on himself and admitted what he did, who he was and where he was located. CNN just stated that Earnest's manifesto shows, states that his religion condones his actions. If you read the bible, there are actually many violent passages where God instructs people to rape, kill, enslave, pillage, commit arson.... It's not all fluffy clouds in heaven. Earlier today I was temporarily blocked on Twitter for tweeting the bible quote Earnest wrote in his manifesto. The statement was allegedly made by Jesus Christ. Blocked for a bible quote.

A woman who went to school with Earnest stated he rarely spoke. He was very quiet. The only time he spoke out was in government class. He shared his conservative views especially about immigrants, abortion and taxes. That sounds like the manifesto. Turns out he was a swimmer. I was a swimmer. Swimmers are referred to as "thinkers." Earnest won talent shows doing piano solos.

04/30/2019 John Earnest appeared in San Diego County Superior Court today. Turns out he only managed to get off eight to ten shots before his gun jammed. He was carrying 50-60 rounds. He was wearing a tactical vest. There will be a May 30 readiness hearing and a July 8 preliminary hearing. His public defender is John O’Connell.

John Earnest is a registered Republican. He registered a month after his 18th birthday.

04/29/2019 It turns out this Church is known for being very "conservative." They broke away from Presbyterian Church in 1936 before the pogroms and Holocaust. That explains the articles they wrote in 1939 about the Jews. The articles make Jews out to be Satan who deserved the Holocaust because they didn't accept Jesus as God. There is a lot of Christian antisemitism in their website and teachings. I believe that is probably a reason why this young man committed this act against the synagogue.

I took a look at the alleged shooter's church Orthodox Presbyterian Church. They are not that friendly to Jews. They believe anyone who does not worship Jesus Christ as God is not going to heaven but hell. Jews believe Jesus Christ was a teacher and not God. FTR I was born and raised Roman Catholic but no longer practice any religion. I do know the bible very well. I grew up in Beverly Hills so 95% of my friends were Jewish. Went to many a seder and bar/bat mitzvahs.

In the manifesto John Earnest states "My God understands why I did what I did." This is why he believes he's okay committing murder which is a sin because it was in the name of God. Then he includes these bible quotes. The OPC website has the same bible quotes as Earnest's manifesto, namely Matthew 27:24-25, John 8:37-45, Thessalonians 2:14-16, Revelation 2:9, Revelation 3:9 (From the church's teachings "In Revelation 2:9 and 3:9 we see that Jesus himself called them Synagogues of Satan. Now just imagine that! Some of the members of the early Christian churches were related to people in those Synagogues. But Jesus says, “Those people (Jews) are not members of a Synagogue of God, but of a synagogue of Satan.” So you can see, again, it was no use to imagine that all was well with these people (Jews) who stayed in the old church of the Scribes and Pharisees, instead of joining the Christians. It was no use pretending that they would still be acknowledged as God’s people.") The antisemitism can't be any clearer.

They are all very anti-Jewish quotes stating Jews are Satan and are going to hell. Keep in mind his father has been an Elder at this church for 20 years. For the family to say they didn't teach him these things might not be true. In their website opc.org they state "Yes—those who refuse to worship Jesus as God (Jews) are, in effect (even though they are not aware of it) serving demons." That church also talks about Jews and money lending which Earnest mentions in his manifesto. More quotes from their website. These are their own words. I was born, raised Catholic which is Christianity and never heard of antisemitism. My church didn't teach me that. Why did this church teach this young man this hate?

"Twenty-some years ago President Jimmy Carter, an evangelical Christian, got himself in trouble when a reporter asked him if God hears the prayers of Jews. He answered (I have to paraphrase, I don't recall his exact words) that God hears the prayers of those who come to him through Jesus Christ. This created a public furor. President Carter then took back what he had said and said something like God hears the prayers of all sincere people, whatever their affiliation, or something like that. He was right the first time."

John Earnest included these specific biblical quotes which are also in the teachings of this church in their website. This shows the connection to this church's hatred of Jews. This church includes a 1939 article about Jews and the pogroms, Holocaust. The church believes the Jews wouldn't have been killed if they just recognized Christ as God. So wrong.

Earnest went on to state that he wouldn't kill himself because it's a sin to take your own life. It is a sin to take your life. He thinks he's following God and the bible in his actions.

Someone stated that Christians believe all who don't accept Jesus Christ as God are going to hell. I realize this. Still, this church for some reason refers to Jews going to hell more than other religions. I searched the OPC.org website for the names of three religions. Below are the religions and their number of mentions in their website. Next to that is the % of world population. Why is this church so consumed by the existence of Jews? Jews represent a very, very small percentage of people in the world yet this Church talks about the Jews 10-20x as much as other religions. I believe they are fixated on the Jews for some reason. Christians have more in common with Jews than Buddhists and Hindus. It just doesn't make sense. It also may have led this young man down the wrong path to hate and murder.

"STATEMENT FROM THE FAMILY OF JOHN T. EARNEST We are shocked and deeply saddened by the terrible attack on the Chabad of Poway synagogue. But our sadness pales in comparison to the grief and anguish our son has caused for so many innocent people. He has killed and injured the faithful who were gathered in a sacred place on a sacred day. To our great shame, he is now part of the history of evil that has been perpetrated on Jewish people for centuries. Our son’s actions were informed by people we do not know, and ideas we do not hold. Like our other five children, he was raised in a family, a faith, and a community that all rejected hate and taught that love must be the motive for everything we do. How our son was attracted to such darkness is a terrifying mystery to us, though we are confident that law enforcement will uncover many details of the path that he took to this evil and despicable act. To that end, our family is cooperating with investigators. We ask only that the media and the public respect our privacy and allow the criminal justice system to work. Our heavy hearts will forever go out to the victims and survivors. Our thanks go to the first responders who prevented even greater loss of life and the well-wishers who have supported us. And we pray for peace."

John Earnest's father John Earnest was an Elder at Escondido Orthodox Presbyterian Church. John had a 4.31 GPA and took 11 AP classes. Before he went to high school he was home schooled. Everyone said he was very quiet.

04/28/2019 John T Earnest is in San Diego County jail. He was charged with one count of murder in the first degree 187 (A) PC and three counts of attempted murder in the first degree. His next court date is May 1, 2019. He is not eligible for bail. He's in San Diego Central Jail at 1173 Front Street. He's 5'11: 150 lbs booking number 19726575. The link below has the full info.

John T Earnest's parents are both into second amendment rights. I bet they regret getting their son into guns now. Where did he get that gun?

Father, brother have removed their FB pages. I have copies. John Earnest was living with his parents. He sure put his parents and family through an awful lot. Their home was searched.

ORIGINAL: John T Earnest was born in San Diego, California June 8, 1999. His father is John A Earnest b. 1961 in Orange County, California. His mother is Lisa Christine Newberg b. 1965. She's listed as a Jewish Democrat into second amendment rights, Tea Party supporter and thinks taxes are too high. This may be incorrect. Original Newberg family name may have been "Andersson." The Andersson brothers changed their last names to Newberg and two other different Jewish sounding names. There were Jews in Sweden. Seems odd to change Andersson to a Jewish name. John T has an older brother James who graduated from UCLA in Physics. He has five siblings.

John T Earnest's father John A Earnest is a science teacher for the Poway Unified School District at Mt. Carmet High School. John A Earnest is a Republican who supports second amendment rights and thinks taxes are too high. John T graduated from the same high school. He teaches AP Physics during the school year and is a life guard during the summer. He and his wife own their own home on Freeport Court, San Diego, CA. It's a three bedroom, two bath average sized home on a large lot they bought in 1993 for $205,000.

John A Earnest is a very religious Christian. He's also an amateur radio operator, Amateur License - KG6EQU - Earnest, John A. John T Earnest per his father rarely cracks a smile and appears to be more of a loner. His father, siblings are into sports, life guarding but he doesn't appear to be involved at all.

John T Earnest's mother is Lisa Christine Newberg Earnest. She has a twin sister. Her father is Dr. Philip Frederick Newberg a psychologist and Susan Merrill Butler who graduated from UCLA. Dr Newberg went through Fuller Theological Seminary which is mainly for Christians. Interesting history.

Below is the beginning of his family tree. I decided to look at it because he mentioned it in his manifesto. He is correct that so far father side comes from poor farmers. His mother sides comes from better educated, wealthier people some of whom come from Sweden and Germany.

Audrey Stone Dimond the "other woman" of Dr. Seuss, Theodor Seuss Geisel, true story by Mary Cummins

Because of the fiasco that is President Donald Trump people have been looking at Dr. Seuss real name Theodor Suess Geisel's old political cartoons. Geisel made these satirical political cartoons and war bond propaganda posters during WWII. While the political cartoons were satirical and against racism the propaganda posters went beyond that depicting the ruler of Japan as a grotesque racist caricature. Geisel stated in his later years that he regretted making the posters for the government. This deeper look at Geisel's work and life caused people to take another look at Geisel's second wife Audrey Grace Stone Dimond Geisel.

Audrey Grace Florine Stone was born August 14, 1921 in Chicago, Illinois. Her father was Norman Alfred Stone who was born 1887 in Ravenswood, Illinois. He was a travelling salesman selling laboratory supplies. His parents James A Stone, Esther Scott were born in England. Norman first married Margaret Francis Deiner February 17, 1909. Together they had a daughter Marie Catherine Stone born 1914. Margaret then died in 1917 leaving Norman with a three year old child to raise. The child was given to another family member. Norman then married Ruth Benson in 1919 in Indiana. Their child Audrey Stone was born in 1921 in Chicago, Illinois.

By 1930 the family was living in Queens, New York on 42nd Street. Norman was a salesman selling school equipment. His wife Ruth was a nurse. By 1940 Norman was the sales manager of a men's clothing store. Ruth was a nurse at a hospital and Audrey was a clerk. Soon after Audrey moved to Indiana to attend nursing school at Indiana University. She graduated in 1944. Below is her school photo from 1944.

While at the medical school Audrey met her future husband Dr Edmunds Grey Dimond. They were married March 14, 1945 in Marion, Indiana. Below is from a newspaper clipping of the nuptials.

Audrey and Edmunds had two daughters Lark Grey Dimond in 1953 and Lea Grey Dimond. Eventually they moved to San Diego, California where Geisel and his wife Helen Marion Palmer Geisel were also living.

Geisel met Helen Palmer an author while they were both at Oxford University in England. "Helen had a profound influence on his life, starting with her suggestion that he should be an artist rather than an English professor. She later stated, 'Ted's notebooks were always filled with these fabulous animals. So I set to work diverting him; here was a man who could draw such pictures; he should be earning a living doing that.'"

Geisel and Helen married in 1927. Helen could not have children so they had none. Helen supported and helped Geisel's career immensely. Geisel and Helen were neighbors and good friends of Edmunds and Audrey Dimond. Helen eventually became ill over a few years. It was during this time that Geisel had an affair with Audrey. Helen could not stand losing Geisel so she committed suicide on October 23, 1967 by over dosing on barbituates. Her suicide note below.

""Dear Ted, What has happened to us? I don't know. I feel myself in a spiral, going down down down, into a black hole from which there is no escape, no brightness. And loud in my ears from every side I hear, 'failure, failure, failure...' I love you so much ... I am too old and enmeshed in everything you do and are, that I cannot conceive of life without you ... My going will leave quite a rumor but you can say I was overworked and overwrought. Your reputation with your friends and fans will not be harmed ... Sometimes think of the fun we had all thru the years ..."

After Helen's suicide Audrey filed for a quickie divorce from her husband Edmunds in Nevada on August 5, 1968. Geisel and Audrey who was 18 years his junior were married soon after. Audrey then sent her two daughters ages nine and 14 away to school. Audrey stated ''They wouldn't have been happy with Ted, and Ted wouldn't have been happy with them. He's the man who said of children, 'You have 'em and I'll entertain 'em.' ''

Geisel and Audrey lived together for 23 years until Geisel's death in 1991. Currently Audrey busies herself with the business that is Dr. Seuss Enterprises. She also avails herself to philanthropic causes.

Amr Anthony Ibrahim Elgindy November 28, 1967 Cairo, Egypt, July 23, 2015 San Diego County, California. Rest in peace.

UPDATE 04/07/2016: Many people have asked me for proof that Tony died. No one could find his death records. I also was not able to find a death certificate or record.

Originally after I heard he may have died I first called and emailed him. No response. I then called police, sheriff and finally called the San Diego Coroner. They said they had no "Anthony Elgindy" there. I asked if they had an "Amr" or "Amir" that died on that day. They said they had an "Amir Elgindy." This was over the phone so I'm hearing it phonetically.

On the phone the coroner's office told me he hung himself July 23, 2015. That is the truth. I was satisfied with that answer as others confirmed it to me the next day.

Other people said they had no confirmation that he died. The conspiracy stories went wild. I decided I'd get a death certificate to shut them up. I couldn't find one. There was no CA or SSI death record anywhere. I then went back to contacting sheriff, police, coroner...

Today the Sheriff and another dept told me they didn't have anyone by that name with that DOB. Finally one wonderful person did an extra search for sound-alike names who died on that date and found the record. Somehow someone wrote the name down "incorrectly" most likely phonetically. Perhaps his fiance did not know the exact spelling of his real name or maybe she didn't pronounce it perfectly because she was crying and upset.

Tony is listed as "Anthony Abraham El-Gindy" on his death records. His last name has always only been "Elgindy." His middle name has always been "Ibrahim." He was born "Amr" sometimes written "Amir" which he legally changed to "Anthony" in San Diego, California 2003. He of course went by "Tony." Tony came to the US as a baby. He is as American as you can get. You should find the records now.

I received more information today. Tony was upset about the same usual things which I totally understand and would agree Those of us close to him all knew that, nothing new. He sent communications to his close friends and fiance that he'd basically had it. It was too much for him and he was sorry that he couldn't take it anymore.

His fiance found him dead at his home. He'd hung himself. She ran and cut him down, called 911, tried to save him but it was too late. It was all too much for Tony.

Tony was not in jail, was not in violation of probation, was not involved in anything illegal or improper. He was just really stressed about things which he'd confided to me, his fiance, family and other friends. I totally understand. That said I don't believe his only option was suicide. Tony was smart, talented....he just didn't see it.

Anyone who knows Tony knows that he was a sensitive, emotional person. He'd made great changes in his life after he started outing scams. When he ended up in prison he made other changes. He was planning his new life with his fiance and sons. He was so proud of his son for graduating.

In prison they started an inmate message program so prisoners who would be leaving in the next few years could easily communicate with their families and friends. Tony made some friends in prison. Because he was older than the non-white collar criminals he ended up mentoring them. He told me he enjoyed it really wanted to help them be released and succeed.

Years ago he asked me to help send diapers to a prisoner's wife as she couldn't afford them and he was in prison. He took classes in prison. He ended up helping other inmates. He was so looking forward to his new life outside.

I told him before he got out that the world had changed a lot since he was outside especially the stock market. I thought he should take things slowly as did all close to him. He just didn't realize how much things had changed. He just wanted to get back to the old happy successful Tony making his family and friends happy and proud. Sadly it was not to be.

When I heard the story this morning I did not believe it. After doing a bit of research calling the San Diego Sheriff Department and finally the San Diego County morgue I can confirm that Tony committed suicide by hanging himself at home in his garage on July 23, 2015 in San Diego County at the age of 47. Sadly this was not his first suicide attempt but it was his last.

I'd just spoken to him two days earlier. He was upset that people continued to post on the Internet that he had pre-knowledge of 911 and used that information to make money in the stock market. That statement made by SEC's Kenneth Breen was of course absolutely false. The Judge in his case ordered that statement to be stricken because it was false.

I wrote the below obituary with help from his sentencing memorandum written by his attorneys Barry H. Berke, Eric A. Tirschwell and Erin A. Walter. I'd known him since 1994 through Silicon Investor, his thread Anthony@Pacific, website insidetruth.com and website anthonypacific.com. He would post the most hilarious stock outs on that thread. I may dig some up because they were truly entertaining. I also outed stock scams but never shorted. I was never a member of his private club.

Amr "Anthony" Ibrahim Elgindy was born November 28, 1967 in Cairo, Egypt. He emigrated to the United States in 1970 along with his younger brother Khaled. His mother is Dr Laila Gomaa a retired medical physician. His father is Dr Ibrahim Elgindy an engineer. He has a younger brother Waleed and younger sister Mona both born in the US. Together the children grew up in Illinois as proud legal citizens of the United States.

Elgindy and his siblings went to Hinsdale Central High School in Hinsdale, Illinois. Elgindy was on the football and wrestling teams. He graduated in 1985. He took advanced honor classes and was awarded a certificate from the Governor of Illinois naming him an Illinois State Scholar. Later Elgindy attended USC and San Diego State University majoring in engineering like his father.

Elgindy has always had a fascination with cars. He started his career selling cars at C & M Chevrolet in San Diego. There he met a man who was a stock broker at Blinder Robinson. The man suggested he should sell stocks. Elgindy applied for the position and was accepted. Some time later "60 Minutes" did an expose on Blinder Robinson. Turns out it was a sham company selling shares in worthless penny stocks. Elgindy left then worked at JW Gant where he succeeded in making his clients money on their investments.

"In November of 1989, Anthony Elgindy married Mary Faith Lumpkin, the young daughter of a Baptist minister from Clarksville, Tennesee. Together they had three children Adam, Gabriel and Sammy."

Elgindy continued selling stocks. One day he realized that it would be more profitable to sell shorts instead of longs as it's easier to identify scam companies. "In 1995, Elgindy started Key West Securities (“Key West”), an NASD firm that he created specifically to expose fraudulent and corrupt companies and short them along with other overvalued stocks."

"In 1996, he and Key West were featured in Business Week, “The Mob on Wall Street,” for being the only firm to stand up to the mobsters who were manipulating shares of First Colonial Stock (FCVL).
He and other brokers had been threatened with assault and even death if they did not comply with the mobsters demands."

"During the time Elgindy was selling short positions he helped the SEC and FBI in their investigations into stock scams. Elgindy's cooperation against Mr. Richards and others at Armstrong McKinley allowed the government to bring major high-profile criminal cases against a number of notorious stock swindlers. Prior to Elgindy's cooperation, Richards had been sued several times by the SEC, had been convicted for tax evasion and conspiracy, and had faced a second federal indictment but had defeated the charges. When Mr. Richards and his co-defendant pled guilty in 1997 in the case where Elgindy was the primary cooperator, it was covered in The Wall Street Journal as well as Barron’s. (DX12066.) Later, the then-U.S. Attorney for San Diego, Alan Bersin, appeared on 20/20 in the same segment that featured Elgindy, and both spoke of the case against Mr. Richards."

"In 1998, after a string of successful cooperation relationships with the government, Elgindy decided to become a private researcher and trader and closed down Key West Securities to start Pacific Equity Investigations. Pacific Equity was formed to investigate “scam” or fraudulent companies for the purpose of determining good short selling opportunities. At the same time, he also started a thread on the very popular internet investing site SiliconInvestor.com. The thread was called “Dear Anthony” which became A & P Investigations and focused on overvalued stocks. The thread became extremely popular and Elgindy developed a strong following on the internet based on his colorful humor, his ability to identify scam and otherwise overvalued companies, and his successful trading techniques."

"By 1999 and early 2000, Elgindy was financially successful and very well known. There were newspaper and magazine articles, and several books published about him, his trading abilities and his tireless efforts to expose scam companies and the corruption on Wall Street.See, e.g., id.; John R. Elgindy was considered a friend to the small and inexperienced investor."

"Anthony Elgindy has made remarkable and unusual humanitarian efforts in traveling to the war-torn country of Kosovo in 1999, rescuing numerous Kosovo refugees, bringing them to the United States, and financially and emotionally supporting them."

"Elgindy’s struggled with the serious and severe disease known as bipolar disorder were manifest as early as high school, when depression caused Elgindy to make his first (but not last) suicide attempt. Following his emotional breakdown several years later in 1993, Mr. Elgindy finally began therapy and started to learn how to deal with and how to minimize the severity of the mood swings caused by bipolar disorder, for example, by reducing certain stressors and changing his lifestyle."

"Elgindy was charged in January 2005 with racketeering, securities fraud and other crimes in connection with a supposed scheme to steal confidential law enforcement information relating to FBI and SEC investigations of various companies. After a four-month trial, involving allegations in 32 different stocks, Elgindy was convicted of "inside-trading" in five of those stocks with illegal gains totaling about $66,000."

June 2006 Elgindy was sentenced to 11 years and three months in prison at Terminal Island, San Pedro. He was released early in January 2013 after serving seven years. Since that time he was working as the West Coast Director of Sales at Client ConneXion selling online lead services to car dealerships. He was also busy raising his three sons with his ex-wife. His youngest Sammy just graduated from Army and Navy Academy in Carlsbad, California making Elgindy very proud.

Elgindy is survived by his mother, father, ex-wife, fiance, three sons, brothers, sister and many nieces and nephews. He was buried August 1, 2015 at Al-Rahma Garden at La Vista Memorial Park in San Diego, California. Below are recent pics of him from his Google profile. My prayers are with his family.

Diane Gail Stretton, Nanny from Hell has a long history of lying and suing people

By now everyone has probably heard about the story about Diane Gail Stretton the "Nanny from Hell." She agreed to work as a nanny in exchange for room and board. She was great first two weeks then just stopped working. Now Diane Gail Richardson Stretton is claiming she was abused. This is difficult to believe.

Diane Gail Richardson Stretton born September 7, 1949 is a vexatious litigant in San Diego County. She has sued her mother's (Clara Schmok Richardson 1923 to 2003) and father's (John S Richardson 1922 - 2002) estates and her sisters for more than the last ten years. She keeps losing and keeps appealing. She's also been sued for not paying rent on storage units she illegally put into her name from her dead father. This is why she was intentionally kicked out of the will and probably why her husband divorced her.
