Holder had pleaded not guilty to one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder for the bullets that struck Lathan and Villanueva, two counts of assault with a firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. If convicted as charged, he faces a possible life sentence. Holder stated Lathan and Villanueva were struck by bullets accidentally if Villanueva was ever struck by any bullets.

Eric Holder is in solitary confinement for his own protection. They arrested him as soon as possible also for his own protection. If Eric Holder is ever allowed near the general population area, he will be killed.

There seems to be two booking numbers for Eric Holder. One shows $7,000,000 bail. This data is from Los Angeles County Sheriff Dept. Their info is frequently incorrect. Turns out he was booked twice. First at one station then he was transferred to another station.

The murder was caught on video. It's not graphic. The alleged murderer is Eric Holder a wanna be rapper who goes by Shitty Cuz and Fly Mac. Here is his Instagram which will probably go down.

Per TMZ "Our sources tell us sometime before the shooting, "Shitty" had a tense exchange with Nipsey. We're told Nipsey asked him if he had snitched to cops in the past, because that was the word around town. We're told "Shitty" felt disrespected, left to grab a gun ... then allegedly returned to get revenge."

Here is Eric Holder. I don't see a criminal record for him.

He died from gun shot wounds to the head and torso.

Nipsey Hussle real name Airmiess Joseph Asghedom per his birth certificate was born August 15, 1985 in Los Angeles County, California. He was going by first name Ermias. That is the name on his driver's license when he was murdered. Below is his birth certificate information.

Nipsey's mother is Angeliqu Kathleen Boutte. Boutte b. 1961 in Los Angeles, California married Dawit Asghedom b. 1958 December 11, 1981 in Los Angeles County, California. Together they had two sons, Ermias and his brother "Black Sam" birth name Samiel Ghebrehet Ashedom born 1982 in Los Angeles County.

Nipsey has two children, Emani and Kross Asghedom. Kross is the son of Lauren Nicole London who was born 1984 in Los Angeles County, California. Emani born 2012 is the daughter of Tanisha Foster. She sued Ermias for custody in 2013.

Nipsey's father is allegedly from Eritrea which is a country in the Horn of Africa between Sudan and Ethiopia. Eritreans speak languages from the Afroasiatic family either Ethiopian Semitic or Cushitic branches.

Nipsey went to Crenshaw High School and would have been the class of 2004. He was nominated for a Grammy for his hit album "Victory Lap." Pics of him as a kid.

Nipsey died from multiple gun shot wounds which caused his heart to stop. He was shot in the parking lot of his clothing store Marathon Clothing in South Los Angeles, California on Slauson. He died at the hospital. Below is the Los Angeles Coroner case file.

Nipsey is half African American mixed with maybe Native American Indian and white. One relative might have stated he was native American so he could marry a white person. Blacks, mulattos were not allowed to marry white people at that time. He's also half Eritrean American. Below is his family tree which I just started. His maternal grandfather Joseph Leo Boutte died in 2001. His maternal grandmother is still alive. Nipsey moved in with his grandmother at the age of 14. Nipsey's great grandfather on his mother's side is listed as Native American or Mexican. He was as carpenter. Nipsey's grandfather and great grandfather were in the military. The Boutte and Moret part of the family is originally from France then they went to Louisiana then came to California. They were never African American slaves. They were probably African French slaves. Last name is spelled and pronounced like this "Boutté."

Nipsey's paternal side of the family is in Eritrea.

Below are Nipsey and his businesses civil cases. They are for eviction, collections, a car accident and custody of a juvenile. He was evicted and has judgments against him for collections.

Nipsey was arrested in 2015 for traffic violation, codeine in car without prescription and he had a warrant for driving on a suspended license. He was arrested at least twice in Los Angeles County in 2017 for misdemeanors. He's been arrested at least 20 times in Los Angeles County from 2005 to 2017. He was arrested and found guilty of domestic violence in 2009. He was charged with threatening to kill the same person. He was charged with being in contempt of court, making noise in a court room, not obeying the judge. 2005 another domestic violence charge, guilty. Guilty of a firearms offense. Guilty of battery. Guilty of driving without a license, no proof of insurance many times. Guilty possession of controlled substance. He was sentenced to a few months in county jail, community labor, Caltrans duty and fines. He repeatedly was given 36 months probation. He committed new crimes while on probation. He was very lucky he didn't do more time in jail or prison.

UPDATE 08/24/2018 Interesting news. Rivera was living on land partly owned by the dairy farm where he worked. People who worked at the farm lived there in trailers rent free. The dairy farmer's wife owns the land. She is also a major GOP fundraiser. The candidates she's fund raised for are against immigration. Here the dairy farmer is profiting from cheap immigrant labor. I wonder if the trailers are legal rentals. GOP is complicit.

Pic of the trailers. They look like portable office trailers. They also have thousands of veal crates on the farm. So cruel.

Three more women have come forward stating that Rivera had followed them in his car. He would sometimes talk to them women complimenting them on their looks. Rivera per video followed Mollie around many times in his car on that day. It's looking like he may indeed be guilty. We still need to see the rest of the evidence.

08/23/2018: The dairy farm where Cristhian worked has received over 100 death threats within the last 18 hours. The Lang family stated they ask all employees for two forms of ID. They checked out that info with the social security dept and the info was verified.

Cristhian's FB page is still up. Thankfully Iris made her page for friends of friends only. All those nasty comments are gone.

I've covered a lot of cases of alleged murderers. I will say within the last three years government agencies remove the Facebook pages of the alleged criminal within six hours max from arrest. Cristhian's page is still up and it's been three days. Is it because he's from Mexico? The other murderers that I wrote about as a reporter were all white. Their pages went down so fast. That's why I always save them instantly now.

Some friends of him were saying he found the body and wanted the reward. He led police to the body and they accused him of killing her. They didn't want him to have the reward money. I have no idea if that is true or not.

Below is part of a motion filed by Allan Richards Rivera's attorney. It states he came to the US as a minor. He worked, paid his taxes and has no priors. Someone else said he used a different name to work. FYI Criag Lang is "Yarrabee Farms is owned by multiple generations of the Lang family, including Craig Lang, former Farm Bureau President and prominent Iowa Republican."

Mollie's aunt released this message,

"Please remember, Evil comes in EVERY color. Our family has been blessed to be surrounded by love, friendship and support throughout this entire ordeal by friends from all different nations and races. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you."

This is/was Cristhian's girlfriend Iris Monarrez. I was told the baby is his baby. Mollie is a friend of Iris. Iris was living with Cristhian and the baby together. She left after he was arrested and went to her mother's. The racists are coming out of the woodwork on her FB page. They're saying things like "Kill all the Mexicans! Kick them all out of here!" They're even stating Cristhian raped Mollie. No one has stated that in court. Autopsy is not even completed. The lies and hate are horrible.

ORIGINAL: Today Jarrod Ramos, Jarrod Warren Ramos shot and killed five people at the Capital Gazette newspaper newsroom. Ramos also injured other victims. Ramos had a long running feud with Capital Gazette and a writer who worked there in the past named Eric Hartley.

Jarrod Warren Ramos was born in Maryland December 21, 1979. His father is Miguel "Mike"A Ramos born 1955 in Maryland. His parents were born in Puerto Rico. Here are their graves. His mother is Jennifer Yvette McCumber Ramos born 1958. Her family is from Ohio. Both the mother and father, all grandparents were in the military. They're big military people, also into baseball and football.

Miguel "Mike" works for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and previously worked for the National Security Agency NSA. He studied at the Data Processing Institute and graduated from Arundel Senior High School just like his son. Dad seems like a nice, happy family man.

January 1997 Jarrod Ramos was an honor student at Arundel High Shcool in the 12th grade. Ramos graduated in June 1997. March 2001 Ramos received a scholarship from the Northwest Iowa Telephone Co. Inc. He was a junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer engineering at Capitol College in Laurel, Maryland.

September 23, 2015 Maryland's Appeals court upheld a ruling in favor of Capital-Gazette Communications, a former reporter and a former publisher accused of defamation. The original case was filed in Prince George's County Circuit Court in 2012 after a 2011 column by Eric Hartley, then a reporter for The Capital, about Ramos' guilty plea to criminal harassment. Circuit Judge Maureen M. Lamasney dismissed Ramos' claim in 2013 saying the article was based on public records and Ramos presented no evidence it was inaccurate. Ramos represented himself pro se. The Judge stated "A lawyer would almost certainly have told him not to proceed with the case" in her opinion. "It reveals a fundamental failure to understand what defamation law is and, more particularly, what defamation law is not." The Baltimore Sun, Sep 23, 2015 pg A5.
