03/26/2022 "In an email distributed Thursday with the subject line “Nonviolent Parole Review Decision,” the California Board of Parole Hearings informed the victims’ families that Lockhart’s parole had been denied.

“The Board of Parole Hearings has conducted its review and has denied the inmate for release,” the letter reads. “The inmate will likely be screened again for possible referral to the board in a year so long as the inmate remains eligible for the Nonviolent Offender Parole Review Process.”

03/25/2022 Dealio Lockhard denied parole. Thanks to everyone who sent in letters to the parole board. The civil cases haven't even gone to trial yet. Dealio Lockhart is clearly a convicted violent criminal.

Let's not forget about the other people injured in the accident. "Thomas Kwon, burned badly, Javier C. Gonzalez injured and pinned in his vehicle trying to free himself from a certain death, Nicole L. Ruiz, five others were hurt, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department."

“Adding insult to real-life injury and death, detectives say Lockhart displayed no concern for what happened, not even offering to assist the injured." "We have witnesses say he was in his car looking for his phone," said Boskovich. "That speaks volumes to me at what type of person this was."

Dealio Lockhart was scrubbing his social media and internet tracks which showed his extensive car racing history at the crime scene instead of helping victims of the crash he caused.

02/20/2022 I sent in an email to the Parole Board about my concerns. Dealio Lockhart is not a nonviolent prisoner based on his original charges and actions. He is a danger to society because he could easily re-offend as there are no restrictions on his driver's license or driving. His driver's license was only suspended for three years for vehicular manslaughter, if it was ever suspended. He may have to apply for a new driver's license.

02/19/2022 Dealio Lockhart wants to get out on parole. He was referred for parole because he was classified as a "nonviolent offender." I beg to differ. He killed three people and almost killed two more by racing at high speed on the freeway. I believe one is still in a coma and could still die from the accident. People will be speaking out against his release. I'll post the contact here for the parole board so everyone can write letters opposing his release.

04/2019 He was sentenced to 22 years in prison. It's only been three years since he was sentenced and six years since he's been in jail. He "pleaded guilty March 8 to three counts of vehicular manslaughter, four counts of engaging in a speed vehicle contest and 11 counts of assault likely to cause great bodily injury."

~~I can't find the exact sentence at the moment because lacourt.org is down.~~ It's up now. Sentencing as follows: He actually got a six year sentence and not 22 years. He was only sentenced for one murder and not three. The other sentences don't matter when it comes to parole. They all run concurrently anyway. Everyone was saying that 22 years is a long sentence. Not when you consider parole. He clearly got off light as Prop 57 passed before he was sentenced. Let's see if he gets out on parole or not. Some say vehicular manslaughter is a violent crime but legally it's not unless he intentionally set out to murder the specific people that he killed. Definition of violent crimes per California penal code 667.5 (c). He knew there was a good chance that someone would die from reckless high speed racing. He was originally charged with three counts of second degree murder which is a violent crime.

Remember, Dealio was deleting his car racing photos, videos, history while he was at the crime scene. That's how I got involved. I heard about the crash that night then searched him asap. I saw the photos, videos and profiles disappearing so I saved them from cache and his friend's profiles. By the morning they were gone and his friends made their profiles or that content private. He knew he committed a crime and was trying to hide evidence that he was a known reckless car racer. People saw him on his phone at the crime scene.

Here is video of Dealio Lockhart in the same car probably on the same freeway showing what a bad ass driver he is. I looked at the video frame by frame. It starts out near the ocean maybe San Pedro. There are crumbling palisades to the left. He turns out of a parking lot then eventually on to a freeway. Next there is a sign for the Long Beach 710 freeway. He appears to be going north west. He drives into the sun setting and exposure changes. Then it's night time. In one frame he edited out the bottom left corner. I think it was a license plate of another car.

Who was Vance Rodriguez, Vance John Rodriguez the once unknown hiker Mostly Harmless? by Mary Cummins

Last year I got sucked into the story of the unknown hiker who died in his tent on the trail in Florida in 2018. Earlier today I heard that they now know his name. The hiker formerly known as "Mostly Harmless" is actually Vance John Rodriguez born in 1976 in Lafayette, Louisiana. While I read both stories I still wanted to know more about this mysterious person so I did some research.

Vance John Rodriguez was born February 25, 1976 in Lafayette, Louisiana. He has a twin sister named Vicki Ann Rodriguez and an older brother Larry Joseph Rodriguez. Both of his siblings are married. His parents are Lawrence Joseph Rodriguez and Ethel Rose Gaudet both born and living in Louisiana. I went back five generations and the entire family is from Louisiana. The farther back you go the more French the names become. For instance "Hoover" became "Oubre." The English sounding names were Anglicized from French. I went back to the 1700's.

Below is the obituary of his paternal grandfather Albert Rodriguez who died recently. His paternal grandmother is still alive.

"Albert Rodriguez. A native of St. Martinville and longtime resident of Cade, Albert was born on January 13, 1926 to Joseph Adam Rodriguez and Stella Bonin Rodriguez. Albert honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He married the love of his life, Laura Mae Louviere, on May 14, 1947, a union that lasted 73 years. He worked as Assistant Chief Engineer at Iberia Sugar Cooperative for 45 years. Following his retirement in 1992, he enjoyed gardening, fixing things around the house, monitoring his rain gauge, and tending to his perfectly manicured lawn. His greatest joy was spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. A firm believer in hard work and providing a good life for his family, he was proud to instill these virtues in his children and grandchildren. In his words, “I might have told you this already, but I’m going to tell you again…”

He is survived by his wife, Laura Louviere Rodriguez; three sons, Mike (Vicky C.) Rodriguez, Lawrence (Ethel G.) Rodriguez and Sherman J (Susan B.) Rodriguez; daughter, Linda Rodriguez (Douglas) Landry; grandchildren, Larry J Rodriguez, Vance J Rodriguez, Steven J Rodriguez, Vicki R Derouen, Tiffany R Gauthier, Renee' Landry Ortego and Breigh V. Rodriguez; great grandchildren, Alaina Rodriguez, Katherine "Katie" Derouen, Laura Derouen, Olivia Gauthier, Sarah Gauthier, Evan Rodriguez and Tevin L. Ortego; one great grandson on the way, Breck Ry Ortego; brother, Allen Rodriguez; two sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Louviere Broussard and Judy Louviere Berard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Adam and Stella Bonin Rodriguez; sister, Edith Rodriguez Boutte; brother, Alton Rodriguez; and a great grandson, Ryzer J Ortego."

Below is the obituary of his maternal grandfather Joseph Gaudet. His maternal grandmother is dead but her obituary is identical to this one with a few changes that you can see in the above tree.

"Joseph Gaudet Sr. Funeral services were held Morday, March 3, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Joseph Gaudet Sr., 92, who died Saturday, March 1, 1997 in a Lafayette hospital. Burial followed in St. Michael Cemetery. Mr. Gaudet was a member of St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Leila Berthelot Gaudet; five sons, Clifton Gaudet and Dennis Gaudet, both of St. Martinville, Louis Gaudet of Moss Bluff, Raymond Gaudet of Loreauville and Joseph Gaudet Jr. of Broussard; six daughters, Hilda Gaudet. Mrs. Billy (Lillian) Fontenot and Mrs. Lawrence (Ethel) Rodriguez, all of Lafayette, Mrs. Robert (Jenny) Bateman of Houma; Shirley Hernandez of San Antonio, Texas, and Mrs. Allen (Joyce) Gondron of Loreauville; a sister, Amelie Trosclair of Loreauville; 26 grandchildren and 22 greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and eight sisters. Evangeline Funeral Home of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements."

Researching newspapers.com shows that he received awards for excellence in school and received a partial scholarship to go to college. The previous two articles linked above go into more detail of his early life and life on the trail. Based on everything I've read his family seems like a typical normal caring family that worked, went to church and were very involved in the community. Vance clearly had some personal issues and demons. Too bad he could never recover enough to rejoin society in a healthy successful manner.

ORIGINAL: Today Jarrod Ramos, Jarrod Warren Ramos shot and killed five people at the Capital Gazette newspaper newsroom. Ramos also injured other victims. Ramos had a long running feud with Capital Gazette and a writer who worked there in the past named Eric Hartley.

Jarrod Warren Ramos was born in Maryland December 21, 1979. His father is Miguel "Mike"A Ramos born 1955 in Maryland. His parents were born in Puerto Rico. Here are their graves. His mother is Jennifer Yvette McCumber Ramos born 1958. Her family is from Ohio. Both the mother and father, all grandparents were in the military. They're big military people, also into baseball and football.

Here are photos of Jarrod with his mother and father from Miguel's Facebook page. Miguel "Mike" works for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and previously worked for the National Security Agency NSA. He studied at the Data Processing Institute and graduated from Arundel Senior High School just like his son. Dad seems like a nice, happy family man.

January 1997 Jarrod Ramos was an honor student at Arundel High Shcool in the 12th grade. Ramos graduated in June 1997. March 2001 Ramos received a scholarship from the Northwest Iowa Telephone Co. Inc. He was a junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer engineering at Capitol College in Laurel, Maryland.

September 23, 2015 Maryland's Appeals court upheld a ruling in favor of Capital-Gazette Communications, a former reporter and a former publisher accused of defamation. The original case was filed in Prince George's County Circuit Court in 2012 after a 2011 column by Eric Hartley, then a reporter for The Capital, about Ramos' guilty plea to criminal harassment. Circuit Judge Maureen M. Lamasney dismissed Ramos' claim in 2013 saying the article was based on public records and Ramos presented no evidence it was inaccurate. Ramos represented himself pro se. The Judge stated "A lawyer would almost certainly have told him not to proceed with the case" in her opinion. "It reveals a fundamental failure to understand what defamation law is and, more particularly, what defamation law is not." The Baltimore Sun, Sep 23, 2015 pg A5.

Sandra Faye Twiggs was born October 18, 1959 in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida. She died April 18, 2018 at her home in Lauderhill, Broward County, Florida at the age of 59.

Judge Merrillee Ehrlich berated frail and elderly Sandra Faye Twiggs in court. Twiggs suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. Days after her release from jail Sandra died. Judge Ehrlich who has a history of improper behavior in the court is no longer on the bench. Twiggs is survived by her sister Anna and a two daughters.

This Judge doesn't just insult sick elderly people. She also insults children. In 2011 she stated about juveniles in her court "I wanted to make it a creative endeavor, something positive. Something to turn the atrophied muscle on top of their heads into a working brain."

Merrilee's father was Paul Ehrlich 1922-2003. Her mother was Barbara Elaine Stern 1931-2017. Her brother is Melvin A Ehrlich who pleaded guilty to child pornography. He was a dentist. She has a sister named April Vandenberg. They were all born in New York then moved to Florida.

UPDATE 0709/2018 "SAN BRUNO, Calif. (AP) — Northern California authorities say a woman who shot and wounded three people at YouTube headquarters died of a self-inflicted gunshot to the heart at the scene of the shooting.

The Mercury News of San Jose reports Monday that the pathology report from the San Mateo County Coroner's Office showed no evidence of alcohol or drugs in her system."

Statement from her family.

"The father provided The Times with a statement saying Aghdam's family was in "absolute shock and can't make sense" of the violence. "Our family would like to express their upmost regret, sorrow for what happened to innocent victims. Our thoughts and prayers are with them and their families," the statement said. "We are praying for speed recovery of the injured and ask God to bestow patience up all persons hurt in this horrific senseless act." "She never hurt one animal, one ant. I don't know how she did ... this," he said while handing out the statement. "I'm sorry. I can't believe it."

ORIGINAL: Nasim Najafi Aghdam was born 5 Apr 1979 in Iran. She died 3 Apr 2018 (aged 38) in San Bruno, San Mateo County, California, USA. Nasim was an animal rights activist, Vegan and PETA supporter. After shooting other people at YouTube headquarters in San Bruno, California, she turned the gun on herself and died at the scene at age 38.

Based on her website http://nasimesabz.com/ she was upset that YouTube demonetized her videos. Most of her accounts were deleted by YouTube/Google and Facebook/Instagram. As I look at the images she didn't understand what the error message meant. Her site got an error message as the first words were not in English. Google doesn't automatically translate words in title and meta tags. Google was not doing this intentionally to her. It was just a robot.

She lived in Menifee, Riverside, California and San Diego, California. I think her father may be Ismail Najafi Aghdam. He owned the house in San Diego where Nasim lived. He bought it in 1998 when it was new and sold it in 2011. His wife is Rouhiye Samandari Seysan. They moved to 32866 Mira St, Menifee, CA 92584. Father is an electrician, "STARS ELECTRIC, 32866 Mira Street, Menifee, CA holds a Electrical license and 1 other license according to the California license board." He's been licensed since 2000. Her brother is Shahran. Seems the father reported Nasim missing before the shooting. He told police she was mad at YouTube for demonetizing her videos. He said she may be going to YouTube. They have another headquarters in SoCal which would have been a lot closer.

Nasim started a non-profit organization called Peace Thunder Inc, NASIM AGHDAM, 9320 GALVIN AVE, SAN DIEGO CA 92126. The purpose of the organization was to "educate people about animal cruelty, environmental pollution and how to make healthy choices and save the world and animals from extinction."

FTR I'm an animal rights activist, Vegan and PETA supporter. PETA is not a militant, out there organization. Caring about animals doesn't mean you're crazy. I am sad that this woman killed others. She clearly had mental health issues. A true animal activist would never harm animals or humans.

Someone had to take these photos of her unless she brought a tripod everywhere. I see her at Farm Sanctuary's Animal Acres in Acton taking pics with the farm animals.
