UPDATE 08/24/2018 Interesting news. Rivera was living on land partly owned by the dairy farm where he worked. People who worked at the farm lived there in trailers rent free. The dairy farmer's wife owns the land. She is also a major GOP fundraiser. The candidates she's fund raised for are against immigration. Here the dairy farmer is profiting from cheap immigrant labor. I wonder if the trailers are legal rentals. GOP is complicit.

Pic of the trailers. They look like portable office trailers. They also have thousands of veal crates on the farm. So cruel.

Three more women have come forward stating that Rivera had followed them in his car. He would sometimes talk to them women complimenting them on their looks. Rivera per video followed Mollie around many times in his car on that day. It's looking like he may indeed be guilty. We still need to see the rest of the evidence.

08/23/2018: The dairy farm where Cristhian worked has received over 100 death threats within the last 18 hours. The Lang family stated they ask all employees for two forms of ID. They checked out that info with the social security dept and the info was verified.

Cristhian's FB page is still up. Thankfully Iris made her page for friends of friends only. All those nasty comments are gone.

I've covered a lot of cases of alleged murderers. I will say within the last three years government agencies remove the Facebook pages of the alleged criminal within six hours max from arrest. Cristhian's page is still up and it's been three days. Is it because he's from Mexico? The other murderers that I wrote about as a reporter were all white. Their pages went down so fast. That's why I always save them instantly now.

Some friends of him were saying he found the body and wanted the reward. He led police to the body and they accused him of killing her. They didn't want him to have the reward money. I have no idea if that is true or not.

Below is part of a motion filed by Allan Richards Rivera's attorney. It states he came to the US as a minor. He worked, paid his taxes and has no priors. Someone else said he used a different name to work. FYI Criag Lang is "Yarrabee Farms is owned by multiple generations of the Lang family, including Craig Lang, former Farm Bureau President and prominent Iowa Republican."

Mollie's aunt released this message,

"Please remember, Evil comes in EVERY color. Our family has been blessed to be surrounded by love, friendship and support throughout this entire ordeal by friends from all different nations and races. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you."

This is/was Cristhian's girlfriend Iris Monarrez. I was told the baby is his baby. Mollie is a friend of Iris. Iris was living with Cristhian and the baby together. She left after he was arrested and went to her mother's. The racists are coming out of the woodwork on her FB page. They're saying things like "Kill all the Mexicans! Kick them all out of here!" They're even stating Cristhian raped Mollie. No one has stated that in court. Autopsy is not even completed. The lies and hate are horrible.

Joseph James Pappas II was born February 9, 1956 in Harris County, Texas. His mother was Julia Alice Walker September 25, 1927, New York, April 2, 1997, Houston, Harris Texas. She allegedly died in surgery while Dr. Mark Hausknecht operated on her. Joseph Pappas' father was Joseph James Pappas Sr. June 23 1917, Houston, Texas, March 16, 2010, Houston, Texas.

Joseph Pappas is a Houston real estate agent and former deputy constable suspected in the daytime shooting of a cardiologist in the Texas Medical Center last month apparently tried selling a cache of weapons online days after the killing.

"A seller using the same phone number as the alleged killer posted listings for two tactical vests, a Smith & Wesson .38-caliber revolver, a $4,500 semi-automatic FN rifle, two sets of ballistic door panels for a Crown Victoria and a box of ammunition - items totaling thousands of dollars."

JOSEPH JAMES PAPPAS, 92, died peacefully, March 16, 2010, in Houston, Texas, at M.D. Anderson Hospital, after a long and courageous battle with CLL. He was born in Ft. Worth, Tx. June 23, 1917 to the late James A. (Pappadakis) Pappas and Mary A. Passalaqua.His family moved to Houston in 1932. He was in ROTC in Ft. Worth before moving and continued in ROTC at old Sam Houston High School, the beginning of his long Military Career. He graduated from Sam Houston High School and soon entered South Texas School of Law. He entered the Texas Defense Guard then delayed law school when he enlisted in the US Army, September 1941. He excelled in the Army, receiving numerous awards and accommodations. One of his later awards was the General John J. Pershing Award for high academic averages, award by the US Army Command and General Staff College. He was promoted and held every available rank but one, from private to Colonel, retiring from the Army Reserves, 75th MAC, in the mid 1970's. He took great pride in his military career and held many varied positions including tank destroyers branch, signal corps and civil affairs among others.Shortly after the war he received his law degree from South Texas College of Law and was a licensed attorney for the rest of his life. He soon entered law enforcement holding a number of positions in Harris County, including Chief Deputy, Precinct 2, Harris County for a number of years. ORIGINAL: Today Jarrod Ramos, Jarrod Warren Ramos shot and killed five people at the Capital Gazette newspaper newsroom. Ramos also injured other victims. Ramos had a long running feud with Capital Gazette and a writer who worked there in the past named Eric Hartley.

Jarrod Warren Ramos was born in Maryland December 21, 1979. His father is Miguel "Mike"A Ramos born 1955 in Maryland. His parents were born in Puerto Rico. Here are their graves. His mother is Jennifer Yvette McCumber Ramos born 1958. Her family is from Ohio. Both the mother and father, all grandparents were in the military. They're big military people, also into baseball and football.

Miguel "Mike" works for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and previously worked for the National Security Agency NSA. He studied at the Data Processing Institute and graduated from Arundel Senior High School just like his son. Dad seems like a nice, happy family man.

January 1997 Jarrod Ramos was an honor student at Arundel High Shcool in the 12th grade. Ramos graduated in June 1997. March 2001 Ramos received a scholarship from the Northwest Iowa Telephone Co. Inc. He was a junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer engineering at Capitol College in Laurel, Maryland.

September 23, 2015 Maryland's Appeals court upheld a ruling in favor of Capital-Gazette Communications, a former reporter and a former publisher accused of defamation. The original case was filed in Prince George's County Circuit Court in 2012 after a 2011 column by Eric Hartley, then a reporter for The Capital, about Ramos' guilty plea to criminal harassment. Circuit Judge Maureen M. Lamasney dismissed Ramos' claim in 2013 saying the article was based on public records and Ramos presented no evidence it was inaccurate. Ramos represented himself pro se. The Judge stated "A lawyer would almost certainly have told him not to proceed with the case" in her opinion. "It reveals a fundamental failure to understand what defamation law is and, more particularly, what defamation law is not." The Baltimore Sun, Sep 23, 2015 pg A5.

Sandra Faye Twiggs was born October 18, 1959 in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida. She died April 18, 2018 at her home in Lauderhill, Broward County, Florida at the age of 59.

Judge Merrillee Ehrlich berated frail and elderly Sandra Faye Twiggs in court. Twiggs suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. Days after her release from jail Sandra died. Judge Ehrlich who has a history of improper behavior in the court is no longer on the bench. Twiggs is survived by her sister Anna and a two daughters.

This Judge doesn't just insult sick elderly people. She also insults children. In 2011 she stated about juveniles in her court "I wanted to make it a creative endeavor, something positive. Something to turn the atrophied muscle on top of their heads into a working brain."

Merrilee's father was Paul Ehrlich 1922-2003. Her mother was Barbara Elaine Stern 1931-2017. Her brother is Melvin A Ehrlich who pleaded guilty to child pornography. He was a dentist. She has a sister named April Vandenberg. They were all born in New York then moved to Florida.

This Judge is almost as bad as Los Angeles, California Judge Carol Boas Goodson who was voted the most "evil" Judge in California two years in a row. Judge Goodson berated a party so horribly that the woman suffered a seizure in the courtroom and had to be carried out.

UPDATE: Uber just settled a case from the daughter and husband of Elaine Herzberg who was killed. They didn't release the names. I posted them below. We know she had three husbands. Myrone Herzberg died. I thought that was her last husband as she used his name. I would think the previous two were ex-husbands. I'm amazed her mother didn't join in the lawsuit. Maybe she will file her own lawsuit later.

Her husband was Rolf Erich Ziemann born about January 1973. They were married around 2011 per his FB. It appears he was in a relationship with someone else in 2017. He states he's from Germany. Christine Terresa Wood Paredes ~~may be~~ is her daughter. Looks like he posted this right after getting the signed settlement agreement. He didn't post anything about her in a long while. He was even seeing someone else. Maybe they got married so he could get citizenship?

He also has a record. Resisting arrest, drug paraphernalia, false report to law enforcement, dangerous drug violation, aggravated assault - guilty, illegal control of enterprise, computer tampering, crimpossession of forgery device. There was a warrant for his arrest in 2017. I hate to say this but I think this money may not be good for him.

ORIGINAL: Who was the homeless woman Elaine Marie Herzberg who was hit by an Uber in automatic mode and died? She was born August 2, 1968 as Elaine Marie Wood. She was called Elle. She grew up in Apache, Arizona and went to Apache Junction High School graduating in 1985. Below is a school yearbook photo from 1985.

Elaine Wood married Myron Max Herzberg January 25, 1999 in Las Vegas when she was 31 and he was 53. Myron was born 1946 and died in 2008. Elaine became the step mom of Tina Marie Herzberg White. It seems Myron also had some issues. He was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault/touch to injure in 2000, theft 2002, 2008 he was sued for default, repossession of home, 1997 driving with suspended license and 2005 a crime which caused him to be on probation.

Per her Facebook page (she has a few Elle Wood Ziemann Elle Wood Elle Wood Ella Wood Elle Wood Elaine Herzberg) she "became a mother at 15yrs. old ~ had daughter at 18yrs. old ~ married 3 xs." I see her having been married to Herzberg, Ziemann and perhaps Tony. Her real daughter has allegedly already filed suit against Uber.

Her mother may be Sharon Elaine Collins Wood Daly aka Jody still living in Apache Junction, Arizona with current husband Mark L Daly. Sharon it seems took care of Elaine's baby. All these people are on Facebook.

By now everyone knows of her lengthy criminal history. They are small crimes for drugs, driving without a license and not leaving an apartment.

Below is video of what happened from the inside and outside of the vehicle. It appears she wasn't paying attention and walked into the street with a car coming toward her with the lights on. She didn't even look at the car until she was directly in front of it. Maybe she assumed the driver would see her and stop. I've seen some homeless do that. Still, the driver clearly wasn't paying attention. Perhaps he should have had his high beams on and was looking at the road. It's odd the car didn't sense Elaine and her bicycle and stop. It'll be interesting to see what happened.

What records I have for her show her living in Scottsdale, Chandler, Tucson, Arizona. There isn't much more to her story that I can find. I will update the article.

UPDATE: 01/16/2018 And the truth starts to come out. As I suspected this has to do with Woodward having odd feelings about homosexuals. Stabbing two dozen times shows rage filled hate.

"A man suspected in the killing of a 19-year-old University of Pennsylvania student who was stabbed nearly two dozen times and buried in a shallow grave at a California park told investigators that he was being hit on, a newspaper reported."

"Bernstein texted two female friends about a June interaction with Woodward, according to the affidavit. Bernstein wrote that Woodward was about to “hit on me” and “he made me promise not to tell anyone.”

"The affidavit also noted that Woodward told investigators that Bernstein kissed him on the lips at a stop before the park, and that he pushed Bernstein away.

Investigators said in the affidavit that as he recounted that part of his story, Woodward clenched his jaw and his fists, saying “he wanted to tell Blaze to get off of him.”"

Woodward is a lot bigger and could have easily done that. Sounds like a self-hating deep in the closet homosexual.

ORIGINAL: Charges have not yet been filed. Nothing is in the court system. Sheriff stated charges may be filed Tuesday. Tomorrow is a holiday. The charges will be based on the result of the coroner exam. DNA evidence already links Woodward to the crime. Other evidence was found on Blaze's Snapchat account after his parents allowed police access to his account. We don't know how well these two knew each other in high school. We do know that Woodward has extreme views on the bible and white supremacism and guns.

Samuel Lincoln Woodward born 04-27-1998 (He is 20) is now in custody in Orange County jail in California booking 3034445. He was arrested for the alleged murder of Blaze Bernstein around January 3, 2017. The suspect and the arrested man had attended the Orange County School of the Arts in Santa Ana at the same time as the victim at one point.

Samuel is 6'2" 185 lbs. Blaze was 5'8" 130 lbs. Samuel has six inches and 55 lbs over Blaze. He easily won that fight. I think this had to do with a personal relationship or else it's a hate crime against homosexuals. I have no proof yet.

So far I see two priors. Blond hair, blue eyes.
