Earlier today a 52 year old woman named Kim Murphy Say basically accused JJ Watt, Justin J Watt, Justin James Watt a very kind and charitable football star for the Houston Texans of keeping the $37,000,000 he helped raise for victims of hurricane Harvey. Twitter user @kimsbow ranted on Twitter to @JJWatt demanding to know where the money went. She said she didn't know anyone who received any of the money. JJ told her it went to help victims of the hurricane.
After she kept demanding I posted JJ Watt's foundation Justin J Watt Foundation 990's to show exactly where the money went. This crazy lady kept demanding "why are you only showing me old 990's? Where is the money raised for Harvey victims?" like I worked for the foundation. I told her that 990 was not yet prepared. I then posted a link to JJ's foundation page which stated they gave $30M of the money raised for Harvey victims to four non-profits i,e Americares, Feeding America, SBP and Save the Children, who gave and are still giving resources and funds to the victims. Here is that press release from JJ. The foundation still has $7M of that money which they will distribute in 2018 for hurricane victims.
Kim kept attacking me and everyone else demanding that JJ help the poor and homeless. I stated that their 990 states they do after school athletic programs. I told her to search out non-profits which help the poor and homeless in Texas. Kim kept attacking me and JJ demanding that we help her. Finally someone tweeted to me that she was looking for someone to give her money to pay her rent.
"Mary. @kimsbow has been begging on FB for 2 weeks for donations to help pay her rent. Blaming her kids for stealing 40k that was supposed to be left to her from her parents. Begging every day for a hand out to pay her rent. Then she tried calling JJ. Not worth arguing with her."
I finally stopped responding to Kim even though she kept attacking me saying it's my responsibility to help poor people in Texas. I have a non-profit which helps people and animals here in California.
I decided to do a little research to see who this crazy lady was. Her name is Kim Say maiden name is Murphy born May 26, 1965. Her aliases are Carolyn Kim Murphy, Carolyn K Murphy, Kim Murphy Say and Kim Tomberg. She considers herself a "trained Chef" per her other Twitter account @chefkimsay. If you look at her cakes and candy, they're all made with molds. Even with molds the finishing is child-like, very low quality.
She was arrested January 11, 2008 for reckless driving. She was found guilty case #150187501010-2 filed in Harris County, Texas. At that time she lived at 7610 Braesglen Houston. She's 5'4" and a US citizen. Her bond was $500.
It looks like March 20,1995 she adopted a kid or two with her ex-husband. Her name at that time was Kim Murphy (Tomberg) Say and her husband was Nathan Tromer Say. The guardian was Cameron Vann. Another ex husband is Mark J Tomberg whom she married in 1991 in Harris, Texas.
In 2007 she and her husband Nathan Say divorced with children. Husband had to pay child support. There was a temporary restraining order probably against both parties. Husband's wages were withheld.
It seems Kim's Bakery is operating without a commercial kitchen license or food vendor permit. You can't just start a bakery in your home and sell food. The health department has to inspect to make sure your commercial kitchen is clean and sanitary. You have to take special classes in order to be certified to prepare food. If you don't know what you're doing, you could make people very sick.
Kim here states she infuses her cakes and brownies with alcohol then sells those cakes and brownies. "Fun edible entertainment and treats for all. Specializing in adult liquor infused cupcakes to spice up any party." She has no liquor license or marijuana dispensary permit. I don't think marijuana is legal in Texas.
