Donald Trump to visit Geoffrey Palmer Tuesday night September 17, 2019

UPDATE: I will update this with the exact time when I get it. It's Tuesday night 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Below is his exact route in California.

"Trump is expected to land at Moffett Federal Airfield in Santa Clara County about 11:10 a.m. ahead of a 12:20 p.m. fundraising luncheon in Palo Alto.

The president will depart the Silicon Valley around 2:20 p.m. and is scheduled to arrive at L.A. International Airport about 3:25 p.m.

From there, he’ll helicopter to the undisclosed location in downtown L.A. where he’ll be staying overnight, then helicopter out to Santa Monica around 6 p.m. (Someone just said he may be staying at the Ritz Carlton DTLA. Last time he stayed at the new Intercontinental Hotel in the Wilshire Grand Center area in downtown Los Angeles. Address is 900 Wilshire, Los Angeles, CA 90017).

A motorcade will accompany the president to Beverly Hills, where he’s expected to arrive around 6:30 p.m. for a joint fundraising committee dinner (at 1000 Cove Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210).

The motorcade will hit the streets again around 8:30 p.m., when the president is scheduled to return to his downtown lodging. (see hotel address above).

The White House has yet to make public Trump’s plans for Wednesday, but Politico reports he’s planning a fundraising breakfast in L.A. and a lunch in San Diego. (last few times Presidents were in BH the breakfast was at the BH Hilton, Beverly Wishire or Century City Hotel).

I wrote an original article about Geoffrey Palmer in 2014 when one of his developments burned down. He threatened to sue me for that article. I replied to his ridiculous threat and didn't change the article at all. Later his office called and wanted to be friends so I would share my research about the guy who burned down his development. All proceeds will go to Trump Victory. Along with the president, RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, RNC co-chairman Tommy Hicks Jr., campaign manager Brad Parscale and Trump Victory finance chairman Todd Ricketts are all listed to attend. Tickets start at $1,000 for individuals and go up to $100,000 for couples, according to the flyer. The $100,000 entrance fee gets two tickets to a round table with the president, a VIP reception, along with a photo opportunity.

Among those eager Republicans ready to write checks to Trump’s campaign are Celeste Greig, a former head of the California Republican Assembly — one of the most conservative grassroots groups in the GOP — who will be at his event in Bel Air.

“I’m going because he’s done a great job, maybe not perfect — but a great job,’’ said Greig. “Yes, he’s pissed some people off, but that’s what he is ... people have to get over that.’’

Greig says attendees have been promised appearances by Clint Eastwood — a movie icon who also served as the former mayor of Carmel, Calif. — and Mel Gibson, another conservative Hollywood voice.

Sunset Boulevard between South Sepulveda and Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills could also be closed anytime between 7 and 9 p.m. Rolling closures may also occur between 8 and 9 p.m. around West 9th Street between the 110 Freeway and South Flower Street and the area around South Figueroa Street between Olympic Boulevard and West 6th Street.

Who is getting $775/day to care for immigrant children in detention? Friends of Trump, big business, GOP

So I decided to do a little research into the $750/day figure I’d heard a private company was charging the US government per each detained migrant child. I wanted to, with my own eyes and brain, 1. verify this figure was accurate; 2. verify it was indeed a private company instead of a non-profit charging this, if true, as both have managed these detention centers (not that it really matters, ultimately, but stay with me); 3. try to figure out where this per diem sum — more than my monthly mortgage — was going, if not to even buy these tortured children toothbrushes and soap, which are about the cheapest basic necessities on the market, and which no individual has to replace every day.

$750/person A DAY should cover a lot of necessities, right? Right. So where the hell is all this money going? This can’t be true...

Well here’s what I found:

1. Yes, it’s a private company called Comprehensive Health Services (a subsidiary of Caliburn International). CHS operates the largest child migrant detention center, which is in FL and was already getting horrible press — especially from local FL papers — last year. But that didn’t matter, because CHS recently opened up a few more child prisons in TX, as it snagged a new government contract, despite many documented concerns about conditions there.

2. $750/day per child is an accurate sum of CHS’s CLAIMED operating costs, and what our federal tax dollars are paying for. A sum that was agreed to upon award of the contract. In fact, it was actually on the record as $775 last summer.

3. So where is this money going, you wonder, if not to soap and toothbrushes? Yeah, I did too, and it was quite easy to dig up. CHS, via Caliburn, is controlled by the private equity firm DC Capital Partners. For those of you who don’t know how private equity firms work, look it up, or ask me in the comments.

4. While I would not be able to find out vested shareholders in the DCCP portfolio, we do not have to assume they’re making some nice returns on these CHS operations and government contracts that line their pockets instead of covering even basic human needs for children. That’s clear, because why would a private company keep their costs down so low that they completely disregard humanity, even though they say they’re experts in “healthcare?”

PROFIT. FOR THEIR PRIVATE INVESTORS.

5. While I can’t name for you the private investors getting rich off of this humanitarian crisis, I can name for you members of the advisory board of DCCP, which approves everything in the portfolio.

First up: Trump’s former Chief of Staff, John Kelly, who was named to the board LAST MONTH, and photographed riding a golf cart into a CHS child prison. So with his own eyes, he saw the conditions there. And he was cool with it all, because hey, there’s money to be made for his rich investor friends, and maybe even himself! Who knows! Can’t say for sure, so feel free to reasonably assume what you wish. I’m just stating facts here.

Coincidentally, prior to joining Trump in the WH, he was also a paid lobbyist for DCCP. Hmmmm...

6. So next up on the DCCP board: Richard L. Armitage, former U.S. deputy secretary of state; Michael Corbin; former ambassador to the United Arab Emirates; Michael V. Hayden, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency and of the National Security Agency; Donald M. Kerr Jr., former deputy director of science and technology at the CIA; Anthony C. Zinni, former commander-in-chief of the U.S. Central Command and former U.S. Envoy to the Middle East; and Stephen F. Loftus, former director of the Office of the Budget for the United States Navy.

Are y’all seeing any patterns here?

7. Michael Hayden, last June, said on the record he sees “commonality” between Nazi Germany’s separation of children at concentration camps and the Trump administration policy that is forcing children to be separated from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border.

"I know we’re not Nazi Germany, alright. But there is a commonality there, and a fear on my part ... We have standards we have to live up to,” Hayden told CNN’s “New Day.”

It appears he left those standards at the boardroom door, along with many other individuals that dance with greed and corruption on the line of the private and public sectors COMPLETELY UNCHECKED.

8. Last month, the same month Kelly got his new gig, the government awarded CHS a brand new, hush-hush contract worth $341 million, even though there had been tons of pressure to close it due to its conditions.

THERE WAS NO COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR THE CONTRACT, and it happened under the radar.

9. Just two months before this, in March, CHS/Caliburn cancelled its IPO after registering with the SEC to sell $100m public shares. The CEO cited “market forces,” yet made it clear the company was thriving and growing.

I’ll leave you to come to your own conclusions about all of this, or do more research. And I’ll post a ton of sources in the comments for those who actually think this administration is “draining the swamp,” or who want to debate the semantics of whether these ”centers” can reasonably be called child concentration camps or not without offending some non-brown people.

And for those of you who think children don’t deserve the most basic human rights because they’re not American: There’s a special place in hell for you, and I imagine hell to be a whole lot like this situation.

For those of you who are cool lining the pockets of private citizens in DC with YOUR tax dollars while dirty, hungry, sick children live imprisoned and stacked in cages without even a dime of your money going to pay for soap and toothbrushes for these kids like it was supposed to: I’m ashamed to share this country with you as legal citizens, and I think you’re disgustingly dumb. We failed you, too, but at least you got to go to school when you were a kid, and didn’t spend childhood dying in a cage.

America, NONE OF THIS IS OK. WAKE UP.

I just saw the full video of Candace Owens in Congress. She trotted out her grandfather to the media in the Congressional hearing. She used him, demeaned him for her own agenda. So shameful! Candace Owens is paid by a pro Trump PAC. She is paid to say these horrible things.

He ran the Johnny on the Spot Cleaners in Stamford, Connecticut before retiring to Fayette, North Carolina. Candace's paternal grandmother was Nola Alexis VanHolten 1942 - 2013. From the beginning of her obituary,

After graduating from Stamford High School in Stamford, Connecticut in 2008 Candace Owens settled a lawsuit against the board of education for $37,500. From January 19, 2008 Hartford Courant, Hartford, Connecticut,

"The board of education has settled a federal lawsuit with the family of a black teenager over threatening phone calls from classmates. Officials say threatening and racist messages were left on the girl’s phone last year by a group of boys, including fellow Stamford High classmates and Mayor Dannel Malloy’s youngest son. The family of Candace Owens sued the city, saying it failed to protect her rights by allowing those students to attend school with her. The case has been settled, but neither side will disclose terms. A school board spokeswoman says a confidentiality clause is part of the settlement."

Here is Candace Owens' amended complaint. Her father sued on her behalf. This shows her father was still in her life. The grandfather did not file this case. The case is Robert Owens o/b/o minor daughter, Candace Owens vs Stamford Board of Education, case # 3:07-cv-00829-CFD filed in federal court May 24, 2007. Right before her graduation.

In the complaint Owens stated she received phone calls. She didn't say voice messages. When she speaks at events she states she received voice messages, audio recordings. I see now why people called her a liar. If she did indeed have voicemail messages in 2007 with caller ID, then she'd have physical evidence of the calls and callers.

Here the NAACP represent Owens in the hate crime case and today she shits on them. Not only that but today Candace claims there is no racism against blacks today. That was long ago in the past. What about what happened to her in 2007?

March 2016 Candace Owens wrote for Degree180 which she operated. She wrote shock articles to get hits and traffic. Seems Candace Owens has a long history of just saying weird shit to shock people for attention and internet traffic. Around 2016 she seems to have realized that if a black person says negative things about black people white Republicans will invite them to speak on shows at events for money. Candace Owens sued her landlord in 2017 stating there were water leaks, mold ... in her apartment. Here is her complaint. Legally you don't have to pay rent if your place is not livable. It appears Candace may have tried to get out of paying rent as she stopped paying. Notice all of the physical ailments she seems to have. She claims she has "inability to think clearly, causing, anxiety and depression," "systemic yeast infections," "scars requiring laser removal" ... She admitted above that she had cystic acne. I would bet the laser removal was for acne scars and not water leaks. In these articles she admits she scored Adderall and Xanax without an exam. She admits to being depressed, crazy...

There is the defendant's reply. They stated Candace Owens did not pay the rent on her $3,500 a month luxury apartment. They seem to infer that is why Candace filed suit against them. Eviction process was started against Candace Owens then it was dropped, settled. This happens if landlord, tenant agree to terms such as "leave now and we won't get a judgment on you." This lawsuit is scheduled to go to trial September 2019.

Currently Candace Owens works for Turning Point USA. She was hired allegedly during a time when Turning Point had issues with racism. Owens also started the Blexit movement to encourage blacks to abandon the Democratic party. Candace Owens is all over the place. ORIGINAL: Donald Trump will be at a fundraiser tonight at the home of Lee Samson, Lee Crystal Samson b. 1946 the President and Chief Executive Officer of Windsor Healthcare. The home located at 804 N Elm Dr., Beverly Hills, California was purchased by the Samson Family Trust in 2006 for $7,600,000. There is a $4.2M first loan on the property by a private lender. In 2013 it had a $9.9M loan by Bank of America.

The home is 19,474 sf on a 29,579 sf lot. It has six bedrooms and 16 baths. It was originally built in 1935 but was rebuilt in 2011 as a Tuscan villa. It was designed by architect Richard Landry. Property tax was $184,973 in 2018. Lee Samson owns it with Babber Heather (Heather Babber?). It's listed as owner occupied though they rented it out 2006-2008.

The route that Donald Trump will take to the event is below.

Here is Trump's route. He'll land at LAX then take a helicopter to Santa Monica airport. Then he'll drive on Sepulveda to Sunset to the fundraiser on Elm. Below are traffic areas and road closures.
"Trump will then fly into Los Angeles International Airport aboard Air Force One, the White House confirmed.

A number of road closures will be in effect on L.A.’s Westside and in Beverly Hills during the president’s visit, and delays should be anticipated in the afternoon and evening hours, according to a joint news release from police in both cities.

The following areas will be affected between the following times on Friday:

The area around Bundy Drive between Airport Avenue and West Pico Boulevard, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
The area around Sunset Boulevard between South Sepulveda Boulevard and North Hillcrest Drive, from 3 to 4 p.m.
The area around Sunset Boulevard between North Hillcrest Drive and South Sepulveda Boulevard, from 6 to 7 p.m.
The area around Bundy Drive between West Pico Boulevard and Airport Avenue, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The following closures will be in place on Friday:

Sunset Boulevard between Foothill and Hillcrest roads, from 1 to 7 p.m.
Foothill, Elm and Maple drives between Sunset Boulevard and Elevado Avenue, from 1 to 7 p.m.
“Heavy traffic” should be expected in West L.A. and Beverly Hills during Trump’s visit, and motorists are urged to avoid those areas if possible, the Los Angeles Police Department advised in a news release emailed to KTLA.

UPDATE: Cesar Sayoc sentenced to 20 years in prison. Sayoc pleaded guilty in March to 65 counts, including using weapons of mass destruction and the illegal mailing of explosives with intent to kill or injure. He faced up to life in prison.

"Judge Jed Rakoff said in his sentencing memo that Sayoc became "obsessive and paranoiac," which was made worse by steroid abuse. Rakoff also said he believed Sayoc intentionally designed the bombs so they would not detonate. These were some of the mitigating factors that kept Sayoc from life in prison, according to the sentencing memo."

The soonest he could be released is at age 75.

11/01/2018 Interesting information about John Giardiello Cesar Sayoc's step father. He was convicted under RICO for receiving kickbacks and other things. I believe this is the same Giardiello but I'm not 100% sure yet. I'll confirm it in a few minutes.Yes, this is him. Date, age, place match. 1982 he was convicted of working for a mob boss and trying to siphoning off $2M in union pension funds. He took $180,000 from the fund along with another defendant. They were barred from every serving in a position of trust. They appealed and lost. While in custody John and another guy talked about being involved in the murder of black labor leader Joseph Caleb. Cesar Sayoc's paternal grandparents are Lt Colonel Dr Burgos TopacioSayoc 1904-1993. He would turn Asian looking eyes into American looking eyes by adding the fold. He was an ears, eyes, nose and throat doctor specializing in plastic surgery in Philippines, New York, Hawaii... He developed the "Sayoc method" to create American looking eyes in 1949.

Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Burgos Topacio Sayoc's parents were Candido Reyes Sayoc and Aurelia Vina Topacio. He married Dr. Severina Zook September 16, 1926 in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines. Together they had the following children, Eleanor Zook, Dr. Melchor Zook, Ceasar Zook, Baltazar Zook, Dr. Oscar Zook and Manuel Zook Sayoc. Dr. Sayoc was chief surgeon of the Philippine Army Training Company in Rizal. He invented the "Sayoc method" for Asian eyelid blepharoplasty which makes the eyes look more Western. He first started developing this method in 1949. The operation was first described in the 1952 American Journal of Ophalmology. He won a medal of merit from the Philippine Ophthalmological Society. He presented his method at the 1962 international symposium of the Manhattan Island Eye-Ear-Throat Hospital in New York City. He was presented with a military merit medal from President Ramon Magsaysay. Most of his children were doctors or dentists with graduate degrees. He founded the Philippine Society for Cosmetic Surgery in 1972.
