03/14/2024 Below are some of the just unsealed court documents related to the Sabrina Morrissey acting as guardian for Wendy Williams Hunter against A+E Networks. They include the main motion to stop the "Where is Wendy Williams" program from airing along with Wendy Williams' contracts. Sabrina Morrissey argues that Williams was in no condition to agree to anything. FOR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

Sabrina Morrissey, Esq., acting in her capacity as Temporary Guardian of W.W.H., files

this Complaint for injunctive relief against Defendants A&E Television Networks, LLC (ìA&E

Networksî) and Entertainment One Reality Productions, LLC (ìEntertainment Oneî), and, upon

personal knowledge as to her own conduct and upon information and belief with respect to the

conduct of others, alleges the following:

NATURE OF THE ACTION

1. W.W.H. is a prominent and accomplished individual who has earned her status as

an icon in the African American community and beyond through her highly successful multimedia

career over the past three decades. Unfortunately, in recent years, serious medical issues have

severely diminished W.W.H.ís capacity to maintain her personal and business affairs, necessitating

guardianship proceedings.

3. In May 2023, W.W.H. was finally diagnosed by doctors at Weill Cornell Medical

Center with frontotemporal lobe dementia and progressive aphasia.

4. On February 2, 2024, Defendants A&E Television Networks, LLC (ìA&E

Networksî) and Entertainment One Reality Productions, LLC (ìEntertainment Oneî) released

a trailer of a purported documentary entitled ìWhere is Wendy Williams?î on its website (the

ìTrailerî),1

 and announced that the full documentary will be aired by Lifetime Networks (which

is owned by Defendant A&E Networks) in two parts on February 24-25, 2024. The Trailer, which

appears to contain privately-shot footage of W.W.H. in an obviously disabled state, shamelessly

exploits W.W.H. and portrays her in an extremely demeaning and undignified manner, incorrectly

states that W.W.H. is ìbroke,î and cruelly implies that W.W.Hís disoriented demeanor is due to

substance abuse and intoxication. The Trailer has been disseminated and discussed on YouTube

and other social media platforms by multiple gossip vloggers and other users, where it has been

watched and commented on by hundreds of thousands if not millions of people. The Trailer has

been viewed on Lifetime Networksí official YouTube channel over 725,000 times.2


5. It is readily apparent that the complete promised documentary would even further

portray W.W.H. in a humiliating and demeaning manner, unconscionably exploiting W.W.H.ís

condition, and perhaps even disclosing her personal and private medical diagnosis, for perceived

a vulnerable woman with a serious medical condition who is beloved by millions within and

outside of the African American community is disgusting, and it cannot be allowed.

November 7, 2015 Kevin Curry, his father Earl Roger Curry who suffered from dementia and mother Mary Curry landed in England. The son Kevin would end up dumping his father Roger Curry at a bus bench according to this article. Eventually his identity was known and the story unfolded.

Earl Roger Curry was born May 22, 1940. Wife Mary Jo Otters, Mary Joan Otters was born June 20, 1951 in Ohio. Son Kevin Daniel Curry was born in Los Angeles, California May 21, 1981. Daughter Jessica Marie Curry born June 12, 1990. Earl and Mary Jo were married November 22, 1975 in Los Angeles. As I look at the birth dates I bet Kevin has been pretending to be Roger. Below is a photo of Kevin and the mother. I believe the mother is also a victim. She doesn't look 100% to me. Roger was the class of 1958 http://www.ehs58.org/



There is currently a conservatorship case pending. The mother Mary is a petitioner. If she wanted conservatorship why did she allow her son to dump him in England? The father Roger needed 24/7 care which would be very expensive. I'd like to think they dumped him in England hoping he'd get the care he needed which they couldn't afford.

This just gets more bizarre. Jeannette Curry stated she was Kevin's sister. Nope, she's his wife. She was most likely involved. It says "w/o children." That means a couple. If it were his sister, it would be civil and not domestic.

A note to the reporter, in the US only the postal office can put items in a mail box. You can put a letter on top, in the gate, at the door but not in the mailbox. Just don't want him to face federal charges if he does it again to someone who reports him.

With the help of another I obtained the address where the BBC investigator went to look for a Curry family member. The address is 23202 76TH AVE, EDMONDS,  WA  98026. Earl Roger Curry's name is associated with this address. It appears he may own it in a fashion. It was in the name of Earl Roger Curry with his birth date. Now it's in the name of Roger C Bueing with the same birth date. That could be Roger Curry Bueing. Roger C Bueing is also listed somewhere else as being 58 years old instead of 76. This could just be an error. I will try to find out more. As it's a one bed, one bath home, I doubt this is the home he grew up in. He may have owned this as an adult. Oddly enough a Roger Bueing was in the same class as Roger. Could just be a huge coincidence.

Roger is currently staying at the Simla Villas in Bellflower, California at 16623 Ardmore, Bellflower, CA 90706, phone is 310 483 6965. I called them. He has no food allergies. You can send him what he likes which is chocolate muffins. I doubt they'd allow sherry.

The father Roger Curry has a military pension and from his work as a nurse besides social security. The BBC reporters stated that the son did not do this for money. I believe they may be wrong. They didn't look at the burned down home in Whittier, California.

Earl Roger Curry bought the home at 14817 Janine Dr, Whittier, CA 90605 in 1979 for $87,500. Any purchase loan would have been paid off.  For some reason the property transferred from Roger to Roger and Mary then to the Curry Trust in 2007. Since Roger has dementia and his wife Mary Jo has Parkinson's these transfers may not have been proper. The more troubling issue is that someone took out big loans on the property. I doubt Roger was mentally able to understand the loans which were for $319,000 in 2004, $100,000 in 2005, $500,000 refinance in 2006, 2nd loan of $15,000 and a new loan in 2011 for $551,000.

The home is, was 4 bed, 3 bath 1,561 sf on 10,845 sf lot. It was listed for sale allegedly by Roger and Mary Curry February 2009 for $675,000. The phone number for contact is actually a real estate agent. The listing was cancelled.

This is the home as of 2009 and today 2017. It burned down in November 2014 after Kevin moved in with Roger and Mary Jo.

The articles stated they lived on an air mattress in the backyard after their home burned down. Beyond sad. Below are documents showing the sale, refinance, default and trustee sale in 2010. The home was foreclosed upon and sold but they didn't transfer title. They could have done that so it wouldn't be reassessed for property tax purposes. They could have done it to try to cover up the refinances. Hard to say. If the property had a loan before it burned down, there was fire insurance money but that money would first go to pay off the loan. Someone said the property is being rebuilt. By whom? The Officer fired seven bullets at Francisco. Five hit Francisco. This is per the coroner today.

What happened after the murder was even worse! Police must withhold the name of the victim if the victim dies until after they tell the family the victim died.

"It is difficult to accept that our dad's life ended so brutally, abruptly and with such excessive violence. We feel our dad was stolen from us at a time when our family should be celebrating the holidays, birthdays and making happy family memories," Imperial read.

"Instead, our dad was murdered by BPD...

"Our dad was treated like a criminal, and we feel he was left to die alone, without his family by his side. Our family was questioned and restricted from comforting our mother for about 14 hours, while BPD completed their investigation.

"Family who asked to see their mother were told by BPD that if they crossed the police line they would be arrested."

According to family members, details were withheld from the family by investigators. They said they learned, not from the police, but from social media and the morning news that their father had died.

The family is asking for a civil rights investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice. They also called upon the state attorney general to launch an independent investigation."

It appears Francisco was carrying a crucifix. He thought he may be near death (how prophetic) so he carried a crucifix with him. I come from a Mexican family. Religion is very important. My Nana had a couple of these religious beliefs about keeping a rosary on her so I can understand him carrying a crucifix when in fear or doubt. That might have been mistaken as a gun.

He was shot as he continued to come toward the officer when the officer told him to stop. He was confused with dementia. Sometimes when they get dementia they revert back to their first language which for Francisco was Spanish. The officer allegedly shot him nine times. Police said they shot him seven times. I went through the police academy. We are told to shoot if they do not obey an important command. Still, they could have shot him once to drop him. The officer must have been frightened and over reacted unloading his gun into the 73 year old man killing him. Such a horrible shame. I hope the family sues the police. They need better training when it comes to disabled people, people with dementia, mentally challenged people...

Bakersfield police shot and killed 73 year old Francisco Serna who had dementia in a case of mistaken identity. Serna was killed across the street from his home at 7913 Silver Birch Avenue, Bakersfield, California.

Serna had been taking late night walks when he couldn't sleep. He was walking late at night when a neighbor reported a man with a gun. Police arrived and told Serna to take his hands out of his pockets and don't move. Instead Serna walked toward them confused. Police shot him as he did not obey their commands.

Kern County, California has one of the highest rates of police shooting and killing people. It probably doesn't help that he was brown.

Francisco y Rubia Serna bought their home on Silver Birch through a HUD foreclosure in 2010 for $145,000. It's four beds, three baths, 2,410 sf on a 6,000 sf lot built in 1988.

Francisco and Rubia's children were born in Texas.

Serna worked at a cotton gin in McFarland in central California until retiring a dozen years ago. he's lived in Wasco, Bakersfield, Coalinga, Shafter and Indio, California and Brownsville, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Rubia Rosaura Gonzales Serna 70, five children Laura 47, Francisco "Frank" 45, Rogelio "Roy," Jesus, Rubia 50, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
