Who is Dealio Lockhart charged with three murders in fiery crash after racing on 5 freeway in Los Angeles, California

Dealio Lockhart, car racing, crash, accident, dead, injured, los angeles, california, whittier, dodge, charger, challenger, mary cummins, prison, jail, convicted, murder,

UPDATE: 11/14/2024 Anthony is still in a coma. Dealio Lockhart is no longer in the CDCR system.

03/26/2022 "In an email distributed Thursday with the subject line “Nonviolent Parole Review Decision,” the California Board of Parole Hearings informed the victims’ families that Lockhart’s parole had been denied.

“The Board of Parole Hearings has conducted its review and has denied the inmate for release,” the letter reads. “The inmate will likely be screened again for possible referral to the board in a year so long as the inmate remains eligible for the Nonviolent Offender Parole Review Process.”

03/25/2022 Dealio Lockhard denied parole. Thanks to everyone who sent in letters to the parole board. The civil cases haven't even gone to trial yet. Dealio Lockhart is clearly a convicted violent criminal.

"March 23, 2022 Nonviolent Offender Parole Review Inmate was denied release"

https://inmatelocator.cdcr.ca.gov/Details.aspx?ID=BJ1472

02/28/2022 "Dealio Lockhart – who was convicted and sentenced to state prison for more than two decades after pleading guilty to the crash that killed two Valencia teenagers in February 2016 – could be released on parole imminently.

His release is the outcome of recent changes in the law, through Proposition 57 (The Public Safety and Rehabilitation Act of 2016). "

https://signalscv.com/2022/02/changes-in-law-may-let-prisoner-out-on-parole

Let's not forget about the other people injured in the accident. "Thomas Kwon, burned badly, Javier C. Gonzalez injured and pinned in his vehicle trying to free himself from a certain death, Nicole L. Ruiz, five others were hurt, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department."

Let's also not forget Dealio's own words.

“HOW MUCH PAIN AND SUFFERING THAT I'VE CAUSED FOR THE FAMILIES, EVERYONE'S FAMILY. THE ONLY REASON THAT I CAN GIVE FOR MY ACTIONS THAT NIGHT IS A PURELY SELFISH ONE AND THAT'S BECAUSE I WANTED TO WIN, AND WITH THAT SELFISH MINDSET I HAVE CREATED A TRAGEDY THAT'S GOING TO FOREVER BE ON THE FOREFRONT OF MY MIND EVERY SINGLE NIGHT UNTIL THE DAY THAT I DIE.” - Dealio Lockhart

“Adding insult to real-life injury and death, detectives say Lockhart displayed no concern for what happened, not even offering to assist the injured." "We have witnesses say he was in his car looking for his phone," said Boskovich. "That speaks volumes to me at what type of person this was."

Dealio Lockhart was scrubbing his social media and internet tracks which showed his extensive car racing history at the crime scene instead of helping victims of the crash he caused.

02/20/2022 I sent in an email to the Parole Board about my concerns. Dealio Lockhart is not a nonviolent prisoner based on his original charges and actions. He is a danger to society because he could easily re-offend as there are no restrictions on his driver's license or driving. His driver's license was only suspended for three years for vehicular manslaughter, if it was ever suspended. He may have to apply for a new driver's license.

From a comment:

This information can include any concerns about the release of Lockhart, may include safety of the general public.

Please remember Lockhart intentionally bought a car to race, recklessly raced with no regard for others, had a history of at least one other crash a couple other speeding tickets, even in other states. Three people died, one is still in a coma, several others sustained life-altering injuries and disfigurement.

02/19/2022 Dealio Lockhart wants to get out on parole. He was referred for parole because he was classified as a "nonviolent offender." I beg to differ. He killed three people and almost killed two more by racing at high speed on the freeway. I believe one is still in a coma and could still die from the accident. People will be speaking out against his release. I'll post the contact here for the parole board so everyone can write letters opposing his release.

04/2019 He was sentenced to 22 years in prison. It's only been three years since he was sentenced and six years since he's been in jail. He "pleaded guilty March 8 to three counts of vehicular manslaughter, four counts of engaging in a speed vehicle contest and 11 counts of assault likely to cause great bodily injury."

I can't find the exact sentence at the moment because lacourt.org is down. It's up now. Sentencing as follows: He actually got a six year sentence and not 22 years. He was only sentenced for one murder and not three. The other sentences don't matter when it comes to parole. They all run concurrently anyway. Everyone was saying that 22 years is a long sentence. Not when you consider parole. He clearly got off light as Prop 57 passed before he was sentenced. Let's see if he gets out on parole or not. Some say vehicular manslaughter is a violent crime but legally it's not unless he intentionally set out to murder the specific people that he killed. Definition of violent crimes per California penal code 667.5 (c). He knew there was a good chance that someone would die from reckless high speed racing. He was originally charged with three counts of second degree murder which is a violent crime.

Count 1 192 (C)(1) Vehicular Manslaughter  6 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON. "192.  Manslaughter is the unlawful killing of a human being without malice. (c) Vehicular—(1) Except as provided in subdivision (a) of Section 191.5, driving a vehicle in the commission of an unlawful act, not amounting to a felony, and with gross negligence; or driving a vehicle in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death, in an unlawful manner, and with gross negligence."

Count 2 (same charge) " 16 MONTH(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 3 " 16 MONTH(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 4 23109.1 motor vehicle contest causing injury 8 MONTH(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 5 " 8 MONTH(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 6 " 8 MONTH(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 7 " 8 MONTH(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 8 245(A)(4) assault likely to cause great bodily injury 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 9 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 10 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 11 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 12 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 13 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 14 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 15 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 16 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 17 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

Count 18 " 1 YEAR(S) IN ANY STATE PRISON

"Is Vehicular Manslaughter a Violent Crime?

While it may be a serious charge, vehicular manslaughter is generally not considered to be a violent crime from a legal standpoint. However, laws can change and vary from state to state. For something to be considered a violent crime, the victim has to have been threatened with or harmed by violence. Even if you are responsible for a fatal accident, this is not considered to be violent if you did not intend to harm the other person."

Remember, Dealio was deleting his car racing photos, videos, history while he was at the crime scene. That's how I got involved. I heard about the crash that night then searched him asap. I saw the photos, videos and profiles disappearing so I saved them from cache and his friend's profiles. By the morning they were gone and his friends made their profiles or that content private. He knew he committed a crime and was trying to hide evidence that he was a known reckless car racer. People saw him on his phone at the crime scene.

Parole Eligible Date (Month/Year) 03/2022

"Once an inmate is determined to be eligible for the process, the department will determine when the inmate will have served the full term of his or her primary offense. This date is called the inmate's nonviolent parole eligible date (NPED)."

"The maximum misdemeanor sentence for vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence is one (1) year in county jail—and the maximum felony sentence is six (6) years in state prison. But if you acted with only ordinary negligence, then Penal Code 192(c) is a misdemeanor."

This would cause one to be deemed unsuitable for parole i.e. "demonstrating an exceptionally callous disregard for human suffering." This is per the California Prison and Parole Handbook 2019.

Here is video of Dealio Lockhart in the same car probably on the same freeway showing what a bad ass driver he is. I looked at the video frame by frame. It starts out near the ocean maybe San Pedro. There are crumbling palisades to the left. He turns out of a parking lot then eventually on to a freeway. Next there is a sign for the Long Beach 710 freeway. He appears to be going north west. He drives into the sun setting and exposure changes. Then it's night time. In one frame he edited out the bottom left corner. I think it was a license plate of another car.

Kenneth Lynch involved in car crash in school zone while speeding in his McLaren, Relativity Media, Los Angeles California

UPDATE 11/07/2016

Daily News just released an updated article. The police and witnesses state Kenneth and two other cars were racing. How incredibly selfish to endanger people's lives just for a cheap thrill. Robert Rosenthal is James Harris' attorney. If you have any evidence you'd like to give to him, his site is here http://www.lg-attorneys.com/

http://www.dailynews.com/general-news/20161107/movie-executive-in-woodland-hills-mclaren-crash-liked-to-race-cars-lapd-says

I just received this press release about the victim James Harris who was driving the Audi which Kenneth Lynch ran into with his car. He suffered extensive injuries. It appears there were two other cars going as fast as Kenneth Lynch. I really hope they arrest Kenneth after he gets out of the hospital.

PRESS RELEASE - McLAREN WOODLAND HILLS ACCIDENT

November 6, 2016

This press release is in response to the various media inquiries regarding the identity and condition of the driver injured on Thursday, November 1, 2016 in Woodland Hills when his Audi was slammed into by a speeding 2015, lime green 650 McLaren.

James Harris was driving his 2014 Audi A6 home, when one block from his destination, his Audi was broadsided by the McLaren owned and driven by 49 year old, 'Relativity' movie executive Kenneth Lynch. Witnesses and evidence make it appear as though Lynch and two other vehicles were "drag racing" southbound on Platt Avenue at a high rate of speed when the accident occurred.  The McLaren came to rest adjacent to Hale Jr. High school's soccer fields, where children were playing at the time of the 4:45pm accident.  Police are looking for a late model black Dodge Charger and Black BMW, which vehicles were seen driving at similar high speeds as Lynch, in the apparent drag racing contest.

People familiar with Lynch and his wife Tara Lynch have acknowledged that the two apparently participate and enjoy racing their high-powered cars.  The Lynch's also own a bright yellow Ferrari.  Citizens residing in the surrounding  residential neighborhood have voiced many complaints over the past few years of high speed driving on Platt Avenue, including drag racing.  Platt Avenue is a 25 mph school zone when children are present. Estimates of Lynch's speed prior to the impact range from 80-100 mph.  Lynch's McLaren was demolished from the impact, with its entire front end having been destroyed.  Harris' Audi was also totaled.

Harris was taken from the scene to Northridge Hospital & Medical Center where he has remained since the incident.  On Thursday, November 2, Harris underwent  surgery due to serious internal injuries suffered in the accident, including a lacerated diaphragm, liver abrasions and a resulting collapsed lung.   Harris also suffered several broken bones, including a broken ankle, foot and two broken ribs.  One of Harris' fractured ribs was comminuted, requiring the application of a metal plate and screws.

While Harris is expected to recover from the injuries suffered and will be released from the hospital later this week,  he will be required to undergo what is expected to be extensive therapy for the next several weeks/months to regain full breathing capacity and to recover from his orthopedic injuries.  It is unknown what, if any, residual effects there will be from his injuries.

Harris, 71, both resides and works In Woodland Hills.  He is a certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter and has been providing his clients with financial advice and products for over thirty years.

___________

In this photo you see young children playing soccer right behind the crashed McLaren. Thank god for that light pole and fence. If they weren't there, Kenneth Lynch could have killed those kids.
Kenneth lynch, kenneth edward lynch, relativity media, mclaren, crash, los angeles, california, Tara Lynch, Tara Suzanne Smiton, ferrari, racing, race, school zone, crash

Kenneth Lynch of Relativity Media was involved in a crash yesterday in a school zone in front of Hale Charter Academy located at 23830 Califa St, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. The exact spot was the intersection of Califa and Platt where the school's playground is located. The place where Kenneth Lynch crashed is where children generally cross the street. This happened right after school was let out. Kenneth Lynch was noted to be speeding prior to the crash. LAPD is still investigating whether or not he was racing another car or just speeding by himself for fun. At the very least this is speeding and reckless driving both of which are crimes. McLaren hit an Audi then swerved and crashed into a light pole. Look at the damage to the car. He was definitely speeding.

49 year old West Hills resident Kenneth Edward Lynch and his wife 46 year old musician Tara Suzanne Smiton Lynch are sportscar enthusiasts. Kenneth's 73 year old father Dr Kenneth Lynch is also into sportscars. Kenneth and Tara race on the track and the street. Tara has stated she prefers street racing. One should keep in mind that Kenneth and Tara have two young sons 14 and 16 years old. Why would Kenneth endanger other people's children by speeding, driving recklessly in a school zone?

Below is evidence of Kenneth and Tara's car racing and speeding. Tara is in the yellow Ferrari. Kenneth is in the green McClaren. There are many phtoos and videos of them boasting about racing. I'm glad in this race they were on the track.

Interesting note others have stated that Relativity Media went bankrupt. Relativity Media just emerged from bankruptcy April 2016. Then they had two flop movies and are now cash starved. They have been trying to sell the company with no takers. They will have to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy by the end of the year and liquidate assets. It appears the CEO has not been honest about the company for years. He keeps stating cash infusion is coming but it never comes.

http://deadline.com/2016/03/relativity-media-ryan-kavanaugh-bankruptcy-claims-fact-check-1201717186/

This article notes that all the main people in the company are into expensive sports cars. If they sold those cars, they could bail their company out of bankruptcy. Obviously they won't.

 http://pagesix.com/2016/11/03/how-luxury-sports-cars-played-into-relativitys-downfall/

I suggest speed bumps, stop signs in that area so other people will not race or speed. They race there because there's a long stretch of street with no stop signs.

Kenneth lives very close to the crash site. He is familiar with that intersection and school location. He should know better than to speed there. I really hope this accident causes Kenneth Lynch and his wife Tara Lynch to stop racing on the streets. Go race on the track all you like. Don't endanger other people or they could end up being charged for manslaughter if they kill someone like Dealio Lockhart who murdered three people and severely injured two more. I blame the Fast and Furious movies for this increase in street racing, street speeding and reckless driving at speed.

"A supercar worth hundreds of thousands of dollars was smashed into pieces in Woodland Hills Tuesday in a suspected street-racing crash that sent two people to a hospital.

The collision involving a green 2016 McLaren 650S Spider worth more than $300,000 and an Audi A6 happened around 4:45 p.m. at the intersection of Califa Street and Platt Avenue — right next to a schoolyard full of kids. Police said a third driver involved took off from the scene.

According to investigators, the McLaren was speeding down Platt when it crashed into the innocent driver of the Audi at the intersection, and slammed into a light pole. The light pole may have saved the children playing soccer outside the Hale Charter Academy from being struck. The impact of the crash was so violent, the front of the sports car shattered into pieces on a sidewalk outside the middle school.

Police said the driver of the McLaren may have been racing the driver of a black Dodge Charger when he crashed into the Audi, which was making a left turn at the light.

Police said the driver of the Audi was hurt along with the driver of the McLaren. The driver of the Charger left the scene, but may not have known what happened.

Witnesses told police, the McLaren driver was driving 70 to 80 mph at the time of the crash in a 25 mph school zone.

“It’s pretty scary because when the accident happened, many students from both high schools and the elementary school [were leaving] the school and it’s pretty dangerous,” said Miri Hod, who lives in the neighborhood. “I drive this road almost every day and I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.”

The McLaren is registered to Kenneth Lynch, a controller for Relativity Media LLC, which has produced dozens of hit movies like “Blood Diamond” and “Despicable me.”
