The charge is "aggravated child molestation 16-4(c) against victim in that said Accused did "COMMITTED THE OFFENSE OF AGGRAVATED CHILD MOLESTATION, WHEN HE COMMITTED A SEXUAL ACT, TO-WIT: KENNETH ADKINS COMMITED AN ACT OF"sodomy involving the mouth of the accused, victim under the age of 16, with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of the child or the accused." If I'm reading this correctly the Pastor is accused of giving a rim job to the male child under the age of 16?
