Goldstein put the first loan on all the properties for $5,000,000 in 2008. 2014 he refinanced for $8,000,000. Less than a year later in 2015 he refinanced for $8,250,000. That generally means financial issues. If he were worth the ridiculous estimate of $100,000,000, he would not refinance his home quickly and repeatedly. Each loan has huge costs, fees.
Someone just emailed me this.
James Goldstein tore down the Lautner house next door to add a tennis court and party house to his Lautner house! He clearly does not respect the architect or landmark residence. He appears to be obsessed with only expanding his home so as to appear to be a party person. He also is extremely obsessed with his own image and possessions. The giving community oriented nature of the father clearly skipped the son.
James is also well known for being an NBA super fan. He was first hooked on basketball at his home state in Milwaukee. He later became a season ticket holder for the Lakers and Clippers. Currently
James Goldstein has interests in the real estate and fashion industries. Based on many
websites he only appears to be interested in his image in regard to young women, wealth and "fashion." I can find no business interests of his own. He appears to have inherited money from his father then later mother as the only heir.
