If convicted as charged, he faces a possible life sentence. Holder stated Lathan and Villanueva were struck by bullets accidentally if Villanueva was ever struck by any bullets.

There seems to be two booking numbers for Eric Holder. One shows $7,000,000 bail. This data is from Los Angeles County Sheriff Dept. Their info is frequently incorrect. Turns out he was booked twice. First at one station then he was transferred to another station.

The murder was caught on video. It's not graphic. The alleged murderer is Eric Holder a wanna be rapper who goes by Shitty Cuz and Fly Mac. Here is his Instagram which will probably go down.

Per TMZ "Our sources tell us sometime before the shooting, "Shitty" had a tense exchange with Nipsey. We're told Nipsey asked him if he had snitched to cops in the past, because that was the word around town. We're told "Shitty" felt disrespected, left to grab a gun ... then allegedly returned to get revenge."



Here is Eric Holder. I don't see a criminal record for him.

He died from gun shot wounds to the head and torso.

Nipsey's mother is Angeliqu Kathleen Boutte. Boutte b. 1961 in Los Angeles, California married Dawit Asghedom b. 1958 December 11, 1981 in Los Angeles County, California. Together they had two sons, Ermias and his brother "Black Sam" birth name Samiel Ghebrehet Ashedom born 1982 in Los Angeles County. 

Nipsey has two children, Emani and Kross Asghedom. Kross is the son of Lauren Nicole London who was born 1984 in Los Angeles County, California. Emani born 2012 is the daughter of Tanisha Foster. She sued Ermias for custody in 2013.

Nipsey's father is allegedly from Eritrea which is a country in the Horn of Africa between Sudan and Ethiopia. Eritreans speak languages from the Afroasiatic family either Ethiopian Semitic or Cushitic branches. 

Nipsey went to Crenshaw High School and would have been the class of 2004.  He was nominated for a Grammy for his hit album "Victory Lap." Pics of him as a kid.

Nipsey died from multiple gun shot wounds which caused his heart to stop. He was shot in the parking lot of his clothing store Marathon Clothing in South Los Angeles, California on Slauson. He died at the hospital. Below is the Los Angeles Coroner case file.

Nipsey is half African American mixed with maybe Native American Indian and white. One relative might have stated he was native American so he could marry a white person. Blacks, mulattos were not allowed to marry white people at that time. He's also half Eritrean American. Below is his family tree which I just started. His maternal grandfather Joseph Leo Boutte died in 2001. His maternal grandmother is still alive. Nipsey moved in with his grandmother at the age of 14. Nipsey's great grandfather on his mother's side is listed as Native American or Mexican. He was as carpenter. Nipsey's grandfather and great grandfather were in the military. The Boutte and Moret part of the family is originally from France then they went to Louisiana then came to California. They were never African American slaves. They were probably African French slaves. Last name is spelled and pronounced like this "Boutté."

Nipsey was arrested in 2015 for traffic violation, codeine in car without prescription and he had a warrant for driving on a suspended license. He was arrested at least twice in Los Angeles County in 2017 for misdemeanors. He's been arrested at least 20 times in Los Angeles County from 2005 to 2017. Lawsuit against Flintstone House, Florence Fang by Hillsborough over landscaping, statues - by Mary Cummins

UPDATE: 06/27/2021 Lawsuit was resolved. Case was settled in favor of Fang. The city will pay Fang $125,000. Fang will apply for permits. 

ORIGINAL: June 13, 2019 The demurer was dismissed as moot as the city filed an amended complaint and added defendant Flinstone LLC. Florence Fang filed a cross complaint against the city. It's linked below. When Fang wanted to get a permit for a retaining wall the city instead offered to give her a demolition permit to tear down the entire home. Fang refused such a permit as she had no desire to tear down a home she just bought.

Fang applied for a permit for a retaining wall. When the city came to inspect the inspector against the order of the contractor went into the back yard which can't be seen from the street. The inspector noticed statues. The inspector then made up a regulation that does not exist, i.e. if the area is 10,000 sf or more, it needs a permit. The inspector then state the statues needed permits. The regulations do not state that statues need permits.

Fang contends that the city has discriminated against her because she's Asian. They also told her not to speak at a hearing. Later they stated she didn't speak up for herself at the meeting. I've gone to city meetings and they've told me not to speak. I of course spoke on the record. There's a lot more to this issue. It appears the city of Hillsborough just doesn't like Fang and her home. It does appear to be discrimination and harassment.

April 13, 2019 Fang has filed a cross complaint. There will be a hearing May 24, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Fang filed a demurer stating she personally is not the owner of the house. Flinstone LLC is the owner of the house as of February 5, 2019 before the lawsuit was filed. I thought it odd they didn't list that owner in the lawsuit. I see it in title. Below is the demurrer.

April 6, 2019 "Fang’s attorney, Angela Alioto, said they expect to file a response to the city’s “public nuisance” lawsuit next week. She also says they plan to file a cross complaint." The City states Fang had a permit for an 18" tall wall in the front of her home. Fang allegedly did not have a permit for the other work she did. Fang's attorney stated they want to tell her what to do with her garden.

March 13, 2019 the town of Hillsborough sued Florence Fang the owner of the Flintstone House. Case is 19-CIV-01442 | TOWN OF HILLSBOROUGH, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION vs. FLORENCE FANG, et al . The town states Florence Fang needed building permits and review of any landscaping and other improvements made to the property. The town states she did not have the permits or review. They sent her a notice to stop any building. Florence Fang allegedly did not stop the improvements. There was a hearing. While Florence Fang attended the commission stated she didn't say anything. I find it hard to believe that Florence Fang wouldn't just get an attorney to appear for her and deal with this. Now the city states her improvements are safety issues and violate the Municipal Code including Section 8.16.035(N), (O), and (P). They also include other codes listed at the bottom of the complaint linked below. I'm sure a real estate attorney can take care of this for Florence Fang (pronounced Fong).

Florence Fang is a philanthropist who started the Florence Fang Asian Community Garden. Florence is an 80 year old Buddhist. Florence lives in an 8,200 sf home at 980 Parrott Dr, Hillsborough, CA 94010. She immigrated to San Francisco in 1960 with her husband John T.C. Fang. He died 1992. She and her husband had a successful printing business and published major newspapers in San Francisco. Together they have three sons, James, Teddy and Douglas. In the video she made steps out of just dirt and pavers. I think that's legal as it's just a walkway. She also added cribwall. You don't need permits for cribwall. Florence Fang looks and sounds great for 80.

Here are the Hillsborough code violations listed in the complaint. The codes they listed clearly state you don't need permits for walkways or driveways. The steps leading to the lower yard don't have to be to permit as they aren't the access to the house. You don't need railings for them. Going through this she can make walkways without permits. Statuary is mentioned but it doesn't say you need a permit for it. It says you need a permit to build anything related to the statuary. Are they talking about a cement pad upon which the statue will sit? You can build a cement pad without permits. I did that for a jacuzzi. It appears that they are only talking about removing a lot of dirt in order to make the pad to put the statue. I think the city is suing her just because she ignored them. The only little thing I see which is utter nonsense is fake grass is not allowed to be seen from the street. I hate places that have all these ridiculous rules and regulations. When it's already the Flinstone House what do they expect?

8.16.035 Nuisance property
The following are expressly declared to be public nuisances adversely affecting the public health, peace, safety or welfare and are deemed to be an offense against property:
N. Maintenance of premises in such condition as to be detrimental to the public health, safety or general welfare or in such manner as to constitute a public nuisance;
O. Property maintained in such condition as to become so defective, unsightly or in such condition of deterioration or disrepair that the same causes appreciable diminution of the property values of surrounding properties or is materially detrimental to nearby properties and improvements;
P. Maintenance of premises so out of harmony or conformity with the maintenance standards of adjacent properties as to cause substantial diminution of the enjoyment, use or property value of such adjacent properties;
V. All other acts, occupations, and uses of property, which are nuisances, including, but not limited to, all violations of Title 17.

15.24.030 15.24.030 - Permit—When required.
A. Grading falls into three categories as follows:
Category 2 : Grading of fifty or more cubic yards of material, with a maximum of one thousand five hundred cubic yards to be taken from the site to an off-site location and/or from an off-site location to the site, shall require a grading permit (in addition to any other approvals and/or permits that may be required) as set forth in Section 15.24.040.
15.30.40 Permit—Application and fees.
A. Application for all grading permits shall be filed with the city engineer on the form provided by the town and shall include the following information:
15.30.070 C. If a property owner fails to complete construction by the applicable time limit, the applicable penalties shall accrue daily.
17.56.02017.56.020 - Definitions.
For the purpose of this chapter:

"Landscaping" means any one or combination of the following:

1. Installing or planting trees, shrubs, grass, or ornamental or other vegetation; 2. Installing or constructing decks, fences, walls, arbors, lighting fixtures, statuary, fountains, ponds, or other ornamental structures; 3. Arranging the land and the elements thereon by grading (which includes, but is not limited to, moving, altering, scarifying, excavating, digging, leveling, filling, tunneling, or scraping the natural topography); 4. Removing any tree (which includes, but is not limited to, major surgery to the trunk or major limbs of the tree); 5. Demolishing any swimming pool; 6. Altering or potentially altering drainage or creating or potentially creating a soil erosion problem.
"Landscaped"

17.56.050 B and E - Landscaping projects subject to review and permitting.
Landscaping projects subject to the review and permit procedures of this chapter are the following:

B. Adding or moving fifty cubic yards or more of dirt or soil. E. Synthetic grass in areas visible from the public right-of-way.

17.56.060 - Design review.
A. Landscaping projects listed in Section 17.56.050 shall require design review approval as set forth in Section 2.12.070. (Landscaping projects listed in Section 17.56.050 require type B design review per Section 2.12.070(A)(2)(c)(viii). Landscaping projects not listed in Section 17.56.050 are not subject to design review at all, per Section 2.12.070(B)(1)(e). B. The applicant shall obtain design review approval of the landscaping plan prior to the issuance of any building permit for the construction, reconstruction, or remodel of any structure being built in connection with the installation of the landscaping.

17.56.070 - Permit(s) for landscaping.
After securing design review approval as set forth in Section 17.56.060, the applicant shall file a written application with the building department to obtain the appropriate permit(s) required for the installation of the landscaping. (Depending on the design of the landscaping, such permits can include building, plumbing, electrical, encroachment, etc.) The application for permit(s) shall be filed on a standard form prepared for that purpose, together with the application fee as set forth from time to time by resolution of the city council. If Section 17.56.040 is applicable to the landscaping plan, the application for permit(s) shall also include an irrigation system plan that provides for efficient use of irrigation by grouping high water use plants together. Approved landscape permits associated with construction projects subject to a building permit are required prior to the granting of a final approval on a construction permit. When a permit for removal is issued the entire tree must be removed to within twelve inches of grade.

15.06.030 Section R105.2, Work exempt from permit—Building—Amended.
        Section R105.2, Work exempt from permit—Building, of the California Residential Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

Building #1. One story detached residential accessory buildings used as tool and storage sheds, playhouses, or similar uses as determined by the City, provided the square footage does not exceed 120 square feet and the structure is built entirely above grade and is not located on a maintenance easement, on a public utilities easement, or on front and side street setbacks as required by the City’s Zoning Code. The structure shall not exceed the height requirements set forth in the City of Wheatland Zoning Code. The eave overhangs shall not extend more than 24 inches beyond the exterior wall of the structure. For fire protection purposes, the structure’s location on the property shall be in compliance with the California Residential Code and the California Building Code, as those codes may be amended from time to time. All construction shall be in compliance with acceptable standards for construction as outlined in the Wheatland Building Code. Detached residential accessory structures on any size of lot or parcel that include electrical and plumbing work shall not be exempt from building permit requirements.

Building #5. Sidewalks and driveways provided they are not part of an accessible path of travel required by the Wheatland Building Code.

Section R114 Stop Work Order

R114.1 Notice to owner or the owner’s authorized agent

Upon notice from the building official that work on any building or structure is being executed contrary to the provisions of this code or in an unsafe and dangerous manner, such work shall be immediately stopped. The stop work order shall be in writing and shall be given to the owner of the property involved, or to the owner’s authorized agent or to the person performing the work and shall state the conditions under which work will be permitted to resume.

R114.2 Unlawful continuance Any person who shall continue any work in or about the structure after having been served with a stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be subject to penalties as prescribed by law.

Below is part of the father's obituary from August 21, 2010. Rodney worked for James Hardie Industries which processed asbestos. Maybe Brenton got money from the company when his father Rodney died of asbestosis.

"Rodney Got Most out of Short Life; Rodney Tarrant

The saying that the good die young doesn't apply to everyone who passes on, but in the case of Rodney Tarrant, who died in April from cancer aged 49, this term would be apt.

The sixth of nine children to John and Joyce Tarrant, of Great Marlow, Rodney was a dedicated family man, father of Lauren and Brenton, and a competitive athlete.

After completing his Year 10 School Certificate at Saint Aloysius, Rodney began his apprenticeship at Woods Garage before going on to work with his father on the local garbage run when he was 22.

Chatting to a very proud mother, Mrs Tarrant reflected on a son who never thought anything was much bother.

"Rodney had a very friendly, gentle nature, he never said a bad word about anyone," she said.

"He was one of those people who were good at anything he wanted to do. He always tried his best and was able to achieve his goals without too much fuss."

Recalling a conversation with some of the many people who attended his funeral, Mrs Tarrant said her son's character was evident by their words.

"They had never seen anyone with as many friends as Rodney because he never lost one," she said.

The inspiration for Rodney's competitive stage of his life came after he married Sharon Fitzgerald in 1984 and within two years he had given up cigarettes and was focusing on his fitness.

After six months of training between two and three hours per day either cycling or running, Rodney entered his first competitive event, the 1987 North Coast Half Marathon.

He finished 40th overall, which inspired a 13-year competitive career which saw him complete 75 triathlons, including the gruelling Foster Iron man Triathalon where he finished 39th overall and 13th in the over-30 years class. …"

His mother is Sharon/Sharyn Maree Fitzgerald an English teacher at a local school.

His paternal grandparents are John Lynch Tarrant 1925-2002 and Joyce May Knox Tarrant b. 1925 94 years old. They were married in 1945. His maternal grandparents are William Frederick Fitzgerald and Maree Nevell Hicks. All of the relatives listed in the tree were born in Australia, Ireland, Scotland and England. They were mainly farmers the generation before Brenton's father.

As you can see his family is very white. I don't see any mixing at all. All the names are Irish. Perhaps that's why he doesn't like Muslims or darker people. I read his "manifesto." I personally believe he's just another young man with psychological issues who probably couldn't get a girlfriend easily. He was known as shy and withdrawn as a kid. He was never married. He blames Muslims maybe because he sees them with women and is jealous. He said he maid money in crypto current but he really inherited it two years after his dad died. He inherited money from his father after his death which he used to travel and buy guns and ammo. Maybe the money came from an asbestos claim against the company where the dad worked. He stated he was in the military but he was really just a fitness instructor. Just another mentally ill person who should not have had access to guns. I saw the video of the killing in the first mosque. There is really no reason for anyone to have semi or fully automatic weapons like that. Their only purpose is mass killing. The video looked like a video game simulation of mass killing. Hard to believe it really happened. A man at the mosque says "welcome, brother" to Brenton as he was entering the Mosque then Brenton instantly shot and killed him. It's just so horrible to kill innocent people in a place of worship.

Pat O'Rourke, a colorful El Paso politician, businessman and observer who lived life with passion and loved taking chances, was killed Tuesday morning riding the low-slung bicycle that was taking him across the country this time last year. A former county judge and commissioner, O'Rourke helped engineer the consolidation of the city and county tax offices and left office as the county's top Democratic official in 1986. Soon after, he switched parties to make an unsuccessful run for Congress as a Republican. He was 58; the father of one son, Robert "Beto" O'Rourke and two daughters, Charlotte and Erin; and husband to Melissa Williams O'Rourke, who runs the upscale Charlotte's furniture store on the city's West Side. Pat O'Rourke owned and managed the Ethan Allen furniture store on the West Side. A funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Patrick Cathedral, 1118 N. Mesa, after which O'Rourke will be buried at Memory Gardens of the Valley, 4900 McNutt, in Santa Teresa. Arrangements are by Martin Funeral Home West. "I just saw him two nights ago," Commissioner Dan Haggerty said. "You just kind of think that life is funny, life is fragile, and all of the things that people think are so important aren't really." Haggerty said what many others who knew O'Rourke might have thought on hearing the news that he died doing what he loved, pedaling a bicycle alone. "When he crossed the country, we followed the diary," Haggerty said, referring to the daily account O'Rourke posted on stanton-street.com, an online magazine run by his son. "He was very deep. As much as many of us would like to say we knew him, we did not know him. I think he was a lot more of a man and a lot less of a politician than some of us would like to think."

"KORTH. Charlotte Williams Korth, 82, passed away Tuesday morning at her home. Charlotte Brooks was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin and later moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she met her first husband Robert L. Williams. She and Robert moved to El Paso where they raised three children and started the furniture store that bears her name. She was known nationally as a leading interior designer and Charlotte's Furniture Store is still regarded as one of the premier furniture stores in the Southwest. In 1980 she married Fred Korth, former Secretary of the U.S. Navy. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert L. Williams and her second husband, Fred Korth; her sister Betty Miller, her brothers, Lewis, Edward and Robert Brooks and her son- in-law Pat F O'Rourke. She is survived by her children, Patricia Williams, Melissa O'Rourke and Brooks Williams; her grandchildren, Robert F. O'Rourke, Charlotte O'Rourke Pearson, Bonnie Williams and Erin O'Rourke, and her brother-in-law Dorr Miller. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2003 from 6 to 8 pm, with a rosary at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-West located at 480 N Resler. Nevada St., who died yesterday in a local hospital will be held at 9:30 a. m Wednesday in St. Patrick's cathedral. Burial will be in Evergreen. Fr. D. J. Kirgan will officiate. Rosary services will be held at 8 p. m. today in the Kaster & Maxon chapel with the Ladies of Charity in charge. Mr. O'Rourke was a Southern Pacific railroad conductor. He had lived in El Paso for the last 15 years. He is survived by his widow and three sons, James, Raymond and Frank O'Rourke, all of El Paso, and two sisters, Mrs. Frank Connolly, Enid, Okla., and Mrs. George Buck, Kansas City, Mo."

Anna Elizabeth was born 1876 in Ystradyfodwg, Glamorgan, Wales. She married James Francis in 1906 in Kansas. She died 1963 in Orange County, California.

Newton Marion Jasper was born in Clinton, Missouri 1868 and died 1939 in Las Cruces. Per the 1930's census he was a foreman at a college dairy.

O'Nora Belle Dressler was born 1876 in Randolph County, Missouri and died 1965 in Montezuma, Kansas. From her obituary.

Beto's maternal great grandparents were Robert Lee Williams 1888 - 1946, Eunice "Ennie" Bird 1900-1991, Lewis C Brookes 1876 - 1960 and Marguerite M Peil 1890-1927.

Robert Williams was born and died in Georgia. He was an operator at a gasoline filling station in 1940 per the census.

Eunice Bird was born in Georgia 1900 and died in Mississippi 1991. She completed four years of college. She was a supervisor for the WPA in 1940. 1958 she was the supervisor for the Housing Authority of Savannah.

Lewis Centennial Brooks was born 1876 in Ohio and died 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Below is a photo of him.

Mr. Brooks also organized and served as president of the Wisconsin National Fiber Container organization, Cudahy. He was a charter member of the University club of Milwaukee. Marguerite Peil Brooks was born 1890 in Wisconsin and died 1927 in Racine, Wisconsin. From her obituary.

"MRS. BROOKS, FORMER RACINE WOMAN, DIES. Mrs. Marguerite Brooks, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo A. Peil of this city, and wife of Louis C. Brooks, Milwaukee, died in that city yesterday. She is survived by her husband, five children, a sister. Mrs. Walton H. Miller, this city and a brother. Edward Piel, Chicago, and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock Friday morning at Holy Rosary church. Milwaukee. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery, in this city, and will be private."

I will now only do Beto's second great grandfather and wife on the O'Rourke side. Bernard "Barney" O'Rourke was born 1830 in Glencar, County Leitrim, Ireland. He died 1896 in Nebraska. Below is his obituary.

"Barney O'Rourke, well known about here, and who owned a farm northeast of town, but who lived near Nebraska City, was last week returning from that city to his home, with another person, in a buggy, when, by the horses taking fright, or some other accident, they were thrown out. O'Rourke's collar-bone was broken, but it was thought that he was not otherwise hurt. However, he was undoubtedly injured internally, as he suddenly became worse, Friday, and died that evening. When the Rock Island road was being built through here, he operated a boarding car."

"Bernard O'Rourke a former old and respected citizen of St. Joseph, but now of Talmage, Nebraska, made a very pleasant call at the Tribune office Wednesday on his way home from the Indian Nation, where he has been engaged all spring in the construction of a railroad. Mr. O'Rourke built and ran the Everett house on South Seventh street many years ago and looks as fresh today as he did then."

Barney's wife was Mary Anne McDermott born in Ohio 1848 and died in El Paso in 1923. From her obituaries.

"MRS. MARY A. O'ROURKE DIES WHILE VISITING HER SONS. Mary A. O’Rourke, 74 years old mother of J. F. and H. J. O’Rourke of El Paso, died Saturday at 1411 East Nevada Street. Mrs. O’Rourke arrived in El Paso last Monday from her home in Herington, Kan., for a visit with her sons. Besides her sons here, she is survived by two daughters in Herington, Mrs. Frank Connolly and Miss Alice O’­ Rourke; a son, B. J. O'Rourke, of Parsons. Kan., and a brother, P. J. McDermott of Liberal, Kansas. The body will be forwarded tonight to Harrington for burial by the J. J. Kaster & company."

"Mrs. Mary A. O'Rourke Dead. Mrs. O'Rourke is dead. This simple message, which passed from neighbor to neighbor and on through the town Saturday, brought a shade of sadness to the hearts of all who heard it, for this good woman who has lived among us for a number of years, had endeared herself to all by her simple kindnessm her consistent christian life, her charming personality and her cheeriness at all times. The children loved her, the young people enjoyed her the older friends trusted her and came for sympathy and understanding and her immediate family and friends adored her. Her passing leaves a place that cannot be filled, but her life among us leaves a pleasant memory of kindly service and unselfish devotion to family, friends and her religion, that is an inspiration to all and  will linger long after she has gone.  Mrs. O'Rourke left Herington about ten days ago to visit her brother at Liberal and two sons at El Paso, Texas, and was taken ill with pneumonia the second day of her visit there. Her daughter, Miss Alice went to her, arriving the day before her death and everything possible was done to save her for her family and friends but death claimed her on Saturday morning at eight forty-five. The body arrived in Herington Monday morning accompanied by her daughter and her two sons, H. J. and J. F. O'Rourke and their wives. The older son B. J. O'Rourke of Parsons and his son, Bernard, arrived Sunday afternoon, also Mrs. C. G. Stevenson of Pratt, Kansas, a niece. The brother, T. J. McDermott of Liberal. Kansas, was prevented from coming by sudden illness. Mrs. O'Rourke has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. F. P. Connolly for over five years and the funeral was from this home to St. John's Catholic church where a High Requiem mass was said with Father J. B. Glynn officiating. Prayers for the repose of her soul were offered by the ladies of the Altar society and the Knights of Columbus at the home Monday afternoon and evening. Interment was made at St. John's cemetery. Out of town relatives and friends were Mr. and Mrs. J. F. O'Rourke and Mr. and Mrs. H. J. O'Rourke of El Paso, Texas; B. J. and Bernard O'Rourk of Parsons, Kansas; Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Stevenson of Pratt, Kansas; Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Cole of Dalhart, Texas; Mrs. Jas. Gleason and Mr. and Mrs. J. P. McSteen of Kansas City, Missouri and Mrs. John Crowley of Pratt, Kansas. Mary Ann McDermott was born near Cleveland, Ohio, August 20th, 1848 and died at El Paso, Texas, January 27, 1923. She was married to Bernard O'Rourke at St. Joseph's cathedral, St. Joseph, Missouri, August 26, 1866. Nine children were born of this union, three of whom died in infancy and one son, Domino, died May 4, 1807, being killed while in railroad service. Mr. O'Rourke died at Talmage, Nebraska, August 26, 1896. The O'Rourke's lived at St. Joseph, Missouri, for many years coming west with the Rock Island Railroad as it built from that place. Mrs. O'Rourke leaves the following children: -  B. J. of Parsons, Kansas; ,J. F. and H. J. of El Paso, Texas; Miss. Alice and Mrs. F. P. Connolly of Herington, besides a brother, T. J. I may later post the maternal second great grandparents. For now the paternal side of the family is from Ireland, Wales, Kentucky, Missouri and Kansas. The maternal side of the family is from Georgia, Massachusetts, Canada and Wisconsin. The family history matches up perfectly with what Beto O'Rourke has said about his family tree. I've done the family trees and histories of other candidates and Beto is the only one who has been honest about his family history. Beto is a third generation Texan from El Paso.

Beto's wife Amy Hoover Sanders comes from an amazing family. They lived in Mexico and Texas. My family is from El Paso, Texas which is on the Mexican border. That's how my grandpa met my Nana. It was normal to go back and forth frequently over the border. Below is Amy's tree only to great grandparents. Amy's family is highly educated, successful and wealthy. They've been in Texas and Mexico for generations. One was a well known Texas Judge. They are from Germany and the US. They're also involved in a lot of philanthropy.

Jeanine's birth date may be 1951. The 1946 birth date I listed may be the birth date of her sister. Jeanine listed her birth date as 1946 in two directories. There is no birth certificate available.

Jeanine's mother  Esther's birth date may be 1924. Her headstone shows a birth date of 1927. Esther listed her birth date as 1928.

Jeanine's maternal grandmother Julie Shaheen may have been born in New York or Lebanon and not Iran. The census lists her birth in Syria. California death certificate states "other country."

August 23, 1975 Jeanine Ferris married Albert James Pirro Jr. a lawyer at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Elmira. His grandparents are from Italy. Together they have two children Christine b. 1986 and Alexander b. 1989. Albert "Al" Pirro was Donald Trump's highest paid lobbyist in the '80's and '90's helping him lobby for casinos and real estate.

"On February 23, 1999, Pirro's husband was indicted by the office of United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York on one count of conspiracy, four counts of tax evasion, and 28 counts of filing a false tax return for hiding over $1 million in personal income as business expenses between 1988 and 1997.That day, Pirro appeared with her husband at a joint press conference in response to the charges, criticizing the investigation as "invasive and hostile." New York Governor George Pataki released a statement saying that the Pirros had been personal friends for "a long time" and that he and his wife "wished them well." With the trial beginning on May 15, 2000, and closing arguments given on June 19, 2000, the jury found Pirro's husband guilty on June 23, 2000 on 23 of the charges brought against him and not guilty of 10.In November 2000, he was sentenced to 29 months in a minimum security federal prison but received some leniency in exchange for waiving his right to appeal. In the midst of the trial, Pirro had attacked the prosecution for bringing up matters which involved her, calling it a "desperate attempt by them to bring me into this wherever they can. The couple separated in 2007 with their divorce being finalized in 2013."

After Jeanine's husband's arrest her political career was negatively affected. She blames all of her political failures on other people. She even blames her husband being arrested and charged with tax evasion on other people. Everything negative that happens in her life she has blamed on others.

While she was the District Attorney there were some questionable charges and lack of charges against certain wealthy well known individuals. Jeanine ran for Senate against Hillary Clinton but dropped out to run for Attorney General. Jeanine lost that election to Andrew Cuomo.

Albert's brother Anthony G. Pirro an accountant did Albert's tax returns. Anthony was also charged and sent to prison. Albert was so low that he blamed his tax return mistakes on his brother whom he tried to frame. Albert also claimed his brother was a cocaine addict. In turn Anthony claimed Al was admitted to a psych ward for depression and mood swings.

Al cheated on his wife and fathered another daughter with another woman. There was a paternity case. He was the father and paid child support.

Jeanine Ferris Pirro's paternal grandfather was Ferris Nasser Nathan Ferris 1895-1980 born in Beirut, Lebanon. Below is his obituary,

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nora Hamdan Ferris, Binghamton; 2 grandchildren, Mary Louise Ferris, Jenine Ferris Pirro; 2 step sons, Fred Joseph of Scranton and Fred A. Hamden of Endicott; several cousins. Mr. Ferris was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Funeral services at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home, Inc., 71 Main St., Binghamton, and 9:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Jeanine Pirro's paternal grandmother was Rose Halabi/Halebe born 1895 in Lebanon, Syria died 1945 Scranton, Pennsylvania. Grandparents were divorced. It was contentious.

Jeanine Pirro's maternal grandfather was Calal/Caleb Charles Merod Joseph Awad Sr 1908-1961. His original last name coming to the US was Joseph. He later changed it to Awad. Below are his obituaries and a write up by me.

CHARLES M. AWAD. Awad, Real Estate Broker, Dies. Charles M. Awad Sr. of 3079 Arnold Ave., Horseheads; a prominent Horseheads business man, died at the Arnot-Ogden Hospital at 8:15 this morning following an extended illness. He was 53. Mr. Awad was a real estate broker and owned the Awad Trailer Sales Inc. of 3026 Grand Central Ave., Horseheads. A native of the Republic of Lebanon, he came to this country while still a boy and settled with his parents in Cortland in 1917. He was graduated from Cortland schools and attended Elmira College for two years. He entered the U. S. Navy in 1942 and saw action during WWII. He was injured in the battle of Salerno and was taken to the Jacksonville, Fla., naval hospital. He operated a Newburgh, N. Y., restaurant and a Scranton Supermarket before moving here in 1947. From 1947 to 1950, he was active in Athletic Promoters Inc., a group which sponsored athletic events in the area. In 1950 he returned to Lebanon for a year's visit. He then entered the real estate business here, and later established the trailer sales. Mr. Awad was married to the former Miss Ruth Bullis of New Haven, Conn., in 1944. A member of Harry B. Bentley American Legion Post at Elmira, Mr. Awad also belonged to the American Lebanese Federation of the Eastern Coast and the Elmira Heights and Horseheads auxiliary police organizations. During the past 10 years, he has visited Europe on several occasions. He has been active in several local drives to raise funds for St. Mary's Church, Baslim, Lebanon. For the past seven years, Mr. Awad delivered baskets of food to needy families on Christmas Eve. He was a communicant of St. Charles Borremeo Church, Elmira Heights. Star-Gazette, Elmira, New York. His original name was Calale/Caleb Merod Joseph. His parents were Merod Joseph and Helen Hakeel both born in Lebanon. His first wife was Juliette/Julia Marie Shaheen 1911-1984. She and Calale Merod Joseph are the parents of Esther, Edna, Jennie and Nellie Joseph. They were married October 6, 1926 in Niagara Falls. 1928 Charles was involved in a car accident while driving his bakery delivery truck. He was burned and injured in the accident. In 1929 he filed for bankruptcy. Charles abandoned his family in 1936. Juliette filed for divorce due to "non support and extreme cruelty." Divorce was granted 1937 in Bay County, Michigan. Charles changed his name before 1940 to Awad. He remarried and had two sons. His daughter Esther told the Times that the father divorced her mother as she only bore him daughters and he wanted sons. He is the grandfather of Jeanine Ferris Pirro.

Juliette's parents were Abraham Shaheen June 14, 1878 - Oct 13, 1964 and Shafika Fadel 1888 - June 7, 1922.

Jeanine Pirro's paternal great grandparents were Nathan Ferris 1872-1927 born in Turkey,  Libbie/Libby Schere 1879 - 1947 born in Syria.

Jeanine Pirro's maternal great grandparents were Merod Joseph 1877 - 1931 born in Syria, Helen Hakeel 1881-1961 born in Syria, Abraham Shaheen 1878-1964 born in Lebanon and Shaafika Fadel 1888 - 1922 born in Lebanon, Syria.

Based on this research Jeanine Ferris Pirro is 100% Syrian. Her kids are 50% Syrian and 50% Italian. Her family came here poor from Syria and worked hard to attain the American Dream. Now that Jeanine is in the country she doesn't want any other immigrants to enter. She's an immigrant hating immigrant.

Another thing to note is that Jeanine wore a religious head covering in church and Catholic school. Here she is wearing her religious head covering just outside of church. Why is she against Iilan Omar wearing religious head covering? Jeanine claims Omar is a Muslim and her religion comes before the Constitution. That is incorrect but what is true is Jeanine is a Catholic. God, the bible and the Pope come before the law or Constitution. That's why some didn't want to let Irish Catholics in the US. They didn't think they'd follow the law or the Constitution. That didn't happen.

I've actually communicated with a couple of Jeanine's relatives. They are nice down to earth people. I don't believe Jeanine is reflective of her entire family. She appears to be an overly driven Type A personality who loves to attack people like immigrants and Muslims. What's odd is that her grandparents helped immigrants. She's like a Stephen Miller but for Syrians instead of Jews.
