Who is Robert Frederick Smith from Denver, Colorado billionaire, philanthropist? Family tree, ancestry, heritage, DNA by Mary Cummins

Robert Frederick Smith was born December 1, 1962 in Denver Colorado. His parents are Dr. William "Billy" Robert Smith b. 1932 (deceased) and Dr Sylvia Myrna Young Smith b. 1935. He has a brother Allan M. Smith b. 1961. His parents married in 1960.

Robert Frederick Smith attended Carson elementary school in Denver, Colorado then East High School in Denver, Colorado graduating in 1981. Below are pics from 1979 and 1981 respectively.

His family lived at 3401 E. 26th St, Denver, Colorado across the street from the golf course. Below is the home.

He graduated from Cornell in 1985 and was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha. He graduated from Columbia Business School in 1994. From 1994 to 2000 he worked with Goldman Sachs in technology investment banking first in New York then in Silicon Valley. In 2000 he founded Vista Equity Partners a private equity and venture capital firm. As of 2019 he had over $46 billion in capital commitments. What Robert Smith is most famous for is announcing that he will pay off all the student debt of the 2019 Morehouse College graduating class of 396 students.

Dr. William "Bill" Robert Smith was born in Denver, Colorado along with his twin Betty on May 24, 1932. William was one of eight children born to William Edward Smith and Elizabeth  North Smith. His siblings were Betty Joe (Annias) Reeves, Bonny (Bruno) Carr, Bayonne (Edward) Holmes, Bethanath "Beth" (James) Vaden, Wayne Edward Smith, Brenda (Harold) Strawder and Bonita (William) Vaden. William was a 1st Lt in the US Army in Korea in 1954. William received a BA in 1954, an MA in 1959 and a PhD in 1972 in teaching all from Denver University. He received a music scholarship for the band. William was a teacher at Harry M Barrett Elementary School in 1966. In 1967 he was assistant principal of the school. By 1970 he was the principal. William married Dr. Sylvia Myrna Young in 1960 who was also a teacher and a school principal. Together they had two children, Allan M Smith and Robert Frederick Smith. At the time of his death he was predeceased by his parents and brother Wayne Smith. He was survived by the rest of his siblings, grandchildren and many other relatives. William died on July 5, 1988 and was interred July 11, 1988 with a military funeral at Fort Logan National Cemetery. By Mary Cummins.

Robert's mother Dr Sylvia Myrna Young Smith was the Principal of George Washington High School. She graduated from Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior High School in Washington, D.C. class of 1952. This was her thesis at the University of Northern Colorado. Knight Fundamental Academy, 1982-1985 : a case study in basic education, Smith, Sylvia Myrna Young Thesis (Ed. D.)--University of Northern Colorado, Dept. of Educational Administration, summer quarter, 1987.

Smith stated his family has four generations in Denver, Colorado. That is clearly only his paternal side.  He said his family has been in the US for eight generations. Clearly he has done his tree. Eight generations makes sense going back to end of slavery. His paternal grandfather William Edward Smith completed two years of college. He's listed as a chauffeur in 1940. His paternal grandmother is Elizabeth North who completed four years of college at the University of Denver. In 1940 she's listed as a maid.

I have found info on his maternal grandparents. Sylvia Myrna Young Smith's father was Frederick Combe Young 1915 Washington, D.C. - 2010 College Park, Maryland. Below is his obituary.

"YOUNG FREDERICK C. YOUNG Departed this life on Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Survivors include three daughters, Dr. Sylvia M. Smith, Linda Wilson and Eileen Young-Ross; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister Lucy Young; and a host of other relatives and friends. Wake will be held Saturday, September 18, 10:30 a.m. Mass will follow at 12 noon at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church. 2021 Rhode Island Ave. NE. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date." He registered for the draft in 1940. He was a 2 Lt US Army. In 1940 he was a porter at a Department Store in Washington, D.C. He attended the 2009 inauguration of President Barack Obama.

Sylvia Young's mother was Bernice Jewell Henricy 1918 South Carolina - 1982 Washington, D.C. She is buried with her husband in Arlington National Cemetery.

Sylvia's siblings are/were Frederick Lauren Young 1936 - 1945, Linda Young b. 1950 married to Jacob Parker Bethea and later David Wilson, and Eileen Veronica Young married to Michael Ross.

Below is Robert Frederick Smith's family tree which I have completed so far. It's clearly lacking a lot. Having such a common name makes it difficult. UPDATE: I actually figured out his father the day I wrote the article. I was thrown because he said his family is four generations in Denver. Grandpa was born in Kansas so I thought I had the wrong guy. Gradpa did live in Denver.

Below is obituary of Robert Smith's Aunt Brenda Carrie Ann Smith Strawder who died in 2002.

"SMITH-STRAWDER, BRENDA Brenda Carrie Ann Smith-Strawder. Born to the late William Edward and Elizabeth North Smith on February 27, 1942 in Denver, Colorado, passed away September 26, 2002. Brenda is survived by her loving husband Harold Strawder; sons Anthony (Rose) Morrison, Richard (Kym) Ramsey; daughter Angela (Kevin) Batiste; grandchildren Angel Flowers, Tamara, Anthony Jr., and Christian Morrison, Morgan, Madison, and Mackenzie Ramsey; sisters Betty Reeves, Bonnye Carr, Bayonne Holmes, Beth Vaden, Bonita Vaden, and the late Dr. William R. An article about Robert Smith's Aunt Bayonne Smith Holmes.

Bayonne Holmes was DU’s first black cheerleader

“By working with students, I think we can make a difference,” says Bayonne Holmes. Photo courtesy of Bayonne Holmes

When Bayonne (Smith) Holmes began her college search in the mid 1950s, she hoped to leave Denver to attend a historically black college. Her mother had encouraged Holmes and her seven siblings to get an education, but Holmes couldn’t afford to leave Denver.

So, Holmes attended DU like her mother, Elizabeth (North) Smith (attd. 1937 and 1955–58) and brother William Smith (BA ’54, MA ’59, PhD ’72). By the time Holmes completed her education, another brother, Wayne Smith (BME ’64), also had graduated from DU.

After graduation, Holmes—BA sociology ’58, MA education ’68—taught elementary students in Denver public schools. She went on to develop and implement a high-school level black studies curriculum in Berkeley, Calif. Holmes also mentored students, giving those who otherwise wouldn’t go to college a “head start” toward college preparation.

Having several family members attend DU partly explains why the University is still so important to Holmes. For the past eight years, she chaired the African-American Alumni Association.

Holmes remembers when she was the only black student in all of her classes.

“There wasn’t any diversity,” she recalls. “You could count maybe 10 [black] undergraduates in a period of four years.”

Holmes says white students weren’t openly hostile, but generally ignored her. She didn’t let it bother her. Instead, Holmes says she became DU’s first black cheerleader, which helped her make friends.

Still, Holmes wants better for today’s students and is willing to volunteer her time and energy to that end.
“By working with students, I think we can make a difference,” Holmes says, noting that black faculty and alumni get to know incoming students and help them throughout their time at DU."

I used to spend the summers in Denver starting around 1973. I didn't see very many black people at all. At that time Denver was a ski resort and a place to listen to John Denver songs. It would have been tough to be black back then. This was after the Civil Rights Act but it still took time to be a little more fair. Took a lot of guts for her to be a cheerleader in an almost all white school.

Robert Frederick Smith has been married twice and has five children. His first wife is Suzanne McFayden b. 1965 in Kingston, Jamaica. She is an exotic beauty whom he met while they were both at Cornell University. Her father was Vincent Bancroft McFayden 1922 Kingston, Jamaica - 2005. Below is his obituary.

"MCFAYDEN, VINCENT BANCROFT, 83, of Hernando, died Saturday (April 29, 2005) under the care of family and hospice. He came here five years ago from his native Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies. He was retired after 15 years of service as liaison officer for Appliance Traders, Ltd., and a member of Hernando United Methodist Church and Jamaica Constabulary Force. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Dolores; two sons, Anthony, Jamaica, and Robert, Orlando; four daughters, Suzanne McFayden-Smith, Mill Valley, Calif., Joan Blair, Hernando, Beverley Francis Herndon, Va., and Dian Sacramento, Calif.; a brother, Keith, Ocala; three sisters, Joyce Magnus, Jamaica, Phylis McFayden, Ocala, and Yvonne Ashley, Ocala; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren."

Suzanne McFayden's mother is Dolores Victorine Webster. She married Vincent McFayden in 1944 in Kingston, Jamaica. Together they had the above children. Suzanne had the following children with Robert Smith, Zoe Suzanne Smith b. 1997, Maximos Robert Smith and Eliana Frederick Smith. Zoe is an entertainer. The other two children are in college. They were married from 1988 to 2010. Below is Suzanne's tree.

Robert Smith's second wife is Hope Christina Dworazcyk b. 1984 in Port Lavaca, Texas. Robert is three years older than Hope's father. Her parents are Frederick Shawn Dwoaczyk and Tina Marie Tristan. Robert Smith and Hope Dworazcyk have two children, Hendrix Robert Smith and Legend Robert Smith. Below is their public wedding photo. To Robert's left are his two daughters. To his right is his son from his first wife.

Donald Trump spoke at May 17, 2019 National Association of Realtors event. Crazy and bizarre.

donald trump president, mary cummins, nar, national association of realtors, speech, crazy, pocohontas, tariffs, iran

President Donald Trump spoke at the National Association of Realtors®' Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo on Friday afternoon at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.. He spoke over an hour. Part was read off two teleprompters from a written speech which was okay. The rest was totally off the cuff, bizarre and deep into crazy town. It was another lie-a-thon. Here's part of the transcript.

Trump enters to the song "God bless the USA." People stand and applaud. Trump states "I tell you to sit down or they'll say he got no standing ovation.'"

"I'd like to thank Secretary of HUD Ben Carson for his tremendous leadership. I said to him, Ben, what do you know about real estate? Ben said 'Not much.' I said how would you like to head HUD."

Trump wanted to thank John Smaby and said "John Schmaayby, thanks. Thanks for all you do to support realtors around the country. I guess that includes me. (Wrong. Being a "Realtor" means you are a member of NAR. It does not mean the same thing as a real estate agent or investor). Trump continued "I took a little sabbatical for eight years."

Trump "We got you one hell of a tax cut and the regulation cut may be more important. In Bedford, NY I was bldg a development of really beautiful luxury houses. They might be screwing up NY. We got to be careful. They just started a mansion tax. I had 216 acres. There was a puddle on it when it rains. I found out I can't build on the land. It was considered a lake. My consultant told them (it was a lake). This way you have to use your consultant longer, pay him more money to get out of a jam. I fired his ass so fast, true story. We're getting rid of lot of the regulations." He repeatedly called the ACA "Obamacare."

"We're building refineries. It's a building with all pipes inside in Louisiana. $10B, 10K jobs, even more of them. Great refineries are going up. We worked with the EPA. We're stopping them. We got the permits. We did a big pipeline, Keystone XL, 48,000 jobs, the Dakota access. It's environmentally great, better than trains or trucking it. This wouldn't have happened if anyone else in the world got into office."

"We reached a (trade) agreement with Canada and Mexico selling our products to them without tariffs. Canada has a 285% or more tariff for agricultural products. It's a barrier, barrier to our farmers being able to sell products. That deal will be fantastic."

Speaks to Tracy who is a Realtor. "I won't pay you 6% (commission which was standard), Tracy. I'll pay you 1%. I was famous for that." Crowd: BOOOO! Trump said  "Don't worry, no one accepted it but I tried like hell." He brags about trying to grind agents.

Trump "$100M house. Bought for 39M, took a couple of years, had to paint it inside a little." This is the home he sold to a Russian in odd circumstances.

"You (Realtors) are really truly talented. Some of you don't have such great talent. You know who I am. You know who they are."

Trump "how many people leave their key under the mat when you're gonna be gone for weeks? You only trust a good realtor with that." (No one leaves keys under the mat. They may be in a lock box that is locked).  "I have a speech, and great speech writers but they don't know this stuff. So far this is off the cuff. They don't know these kind of little things."

"I added 120K real estate jobs. I view it as a negative. What do we need that competition for?"
"I lifted more than 5M off food stamps. They're getting back into work force. Food stamps are very expensive." (False claim about lifting people off food stamps)

"60% of new jobs went to women. Men should sue for discrimination. Get a good lawyer and sue."
"The blue collar worker has the biggest increase in income of anybody." (False claim)

"We're taking bad characters out of Washington and giving it to the American people. Just think about Comey and the gang. Drain the swamp. Comey, Brennen, Clapper. We're draining the swamp, folks."
"We eliminated estate tax, death tax. (False claim) If you want to leave your company to your children, if they love you, otherwise don't do it. Hell with them. Who does not love their child, children, raise your hand? (he looked for raised hands). You don't have to pay any estate taxes. No tax to pay anymore. Nobody talks about it. (Because it's a false claim)

"I think Ben will agree with me. He has to agree with me! (laughter). We're investing in opportunity zones. Tax incentives."

Bob Turner speaks about opportunity zones.

Trump, "Nothing kills economic growth more than bureaucrats, regulations. This is a historic deregulation campaign. Look at the horrible result of regulations. Look at California. Housing costs are the highest, development restrictions. They make it impossible to build. Years and years of turmoil. The coastal commission. Fun to deal with (sarcastic). If you're good, you'll have permits within 20 years or not (Probably his ocean golf development in orange county). We're trying to end that. Local regulation can add $200K to cost of a home."

"I  don't want to single California out. Have you heard of this (California) train disaster? It's fast but not a bullet train from San Francisco to Los Angeles then cost overruns. I said we're not paying anymore money. It has to be a straight run (from LA to SF). They build one section then another then they can't hook it up. It doesn't hook. It's crooked." (It could never be a straight line due to mountains, private property, rivers...) It's a high price (to build the train), more than (buying) Southwest airlines. A plane is much faster, less money. Train is slower. It's obsolete. Governor (of California), I talked to him about forests. Clean the floor of the forest and no fires. Newsom said it's global warming. You have 4 feet of leaves, broken trees, been there 25 years. I got killed for that. Three weeks later they announced I was right." (False)

"So on the train, we'll make it shorter. These people are crazy! I told Elaine Chow, secretary of transportation, it's over for them. If a plane is much faster, what are we doing? We're not paying more money into that one. It's a disaster."

"China was placed into the WTO (world trade organization). Great catastrophe, that and NAFTA, allowing it to do whatever they want to the american market. You see what's happening. It's expensive for them. We had a deal. They (China) broke it. I'm used to that. I've done it many times myself. We put 25% tariffs on $250B. Our people pay a little. It's worth it. It's 100's of billions of dollars. We're giving a little to our farmers. Our farmers will do really well, will be very happy. Maybe 15B out of 125B (in tariffs) to our farmers. Farmers have been going down for years. Never heard a complaint from a farmer. Alleged farmer said 'Ya we're hurting, but I know China doing terrible things to us. This is the only Pres who had the guts to fix it. We're behind it all the way.' Farmers may be better than realtors." Audience "booo."

"I met farmers in the oval office. I told them I will give you a subsidy. The farmers said 'we don't want a handout.' I said you must be kidding. They said 'we just want a fair playing field.' With Canada's 285% tariffs. China uses farmers to negotiate because they know I love them. Every person in the room agreed with that."

"Countries want military protection but won't pay for it. Those days are over."
Crowd chants "USA! USA!"

"You're smart people. Aren't we tired of being ripped off? We were paying for most of NATO. I made them pay $100B more. European union treats us worse than China though they're smaller. Trade barriers. They don't want our farm products or cars. They send Mercedes Benz, BMW, we hadly tax at all. We spend 100's of billions protecting them and they take advantage of us on trade. We love Europe."

"Highways take 21 years to get approved, spent a lot on environmental reviews, statements. We were going to build a straight road. Now it's a curvy road because of nesting different things. Who the hell knows what's nesting. The road is now twice as long and curvy. Unless you're 100% sharp, you're in deep trouble with the turns. My father and I would have built that thing (road) for nothing. It cost 100's of millions of dollars. Environmental reports are total nonsense. 17, 18 years to get highway built. We have down to two years, want to get to one year."

"We've freed local lenders from heavy handed regulations. Pocahontas (Elizabeth Warren) had an agency. She was a disaster. She enjoyed destroying local lenders. She got pleasure out of destroying local lenders, Pocahontas, her and her beer commercial. She has a lot of pent up anger, an angry person. CFPB regulations cost credit unions $6B. I did a good job. Last year we rolled back Dodd-Frank regulations (made in response to last recession). That was crippling local banks that home buyers rely on. Bankers were being crushed, threatened (unethical lenders gave expensive loans to people who couldn't afford them and they lost their homes). They were phenomenal people. I'll never get credit for this. Who cares. The fake media. That's why I have to use social media, because media is dishonest."

"We're dealing with Iran. So much fake news. They say 'confidential sources.' They don't use a person's name, no source, person doesn't exist. It's bullshit, person is not alive. (Trump used to praise himself while pretending to be a representative named John Barron). These are bad people. I came up with the term fake news. It's a hoax."

"Fannie Mae, Freddic Mac still in conservatorship. There is no comp from private sector. I directed treasury and HUD to come up with housing finance, one that welcomes the private sector. We will work with Congress to pass these reforms, get rid of ridiculous regulations so you can build. All Americans should have the right to choose their own health care."

Teresa from Nevada Realtors spoke about health insurance.

Trump "We have an election coming. They (Dems) want to raise taxes to 80-90%, 95%. 25 people are running for office of President, some are stone cold crazy. It's the biggest socialist takeover in history of the world. $100 trillion for the green new deal. You can't take a plane anymore. You have to take a train to Hawaii, Australia. If you can't build a train from San Francisco to Los Angeles, what will happen when they build a train to Europe? 100 mph, plane, 600 mph. It'll be a long trip by train to Europe. (a joke as there are oceans between us) I want to save the rest for the election. I don't want them (Dems) to change. I want them to go with this stuff. It won't happen as long as I'm the President. You can bet on that.

Just to finish up. I know what you do. I did the same thing (Trump was never a real estate agent, broker or Realtor) It's been three years (since I've been President). Can you believe it? They said he has no experience. Intelligence is a good substitute. I'm gaining a lot of experience very fast. I was in your business (no, he wasn't). 1:03.

Who is Governor Kay Ivey? Married, divorced, no children, parents are blood related - by Mary CumminsGovern

Governor Kay Ivey, Kay Ellen Ivey, abortion, rights, bill, Mary Cummins, Alabama, ban, horrible person, votes, gay, homosexual, barren, married, divorced, no children, parents may blood related, husband Dr Genny Allan Laravia, Boarman Ivey, Barbara Nettles, Earl Nettles, Olive Burson, Thomas Ivey
THIS IS AN ACTIVE STORY. CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES.

UPDATE: 10/29/2019 The Court just reversed this ruling it is unconstitutional. Thank god.

ORIGINAL: I just did Governor Kay Ellen Ivey's family tree to see if she was married and had kids. She was married twice but had no children. Her first husband divorced her, married someone else then instantly had two kids. Husband could have kids. Kay Ivey remarried in 1991 to Tom Franklin Clement. They did not have children. Tom had two sons from a previous marriage. They appear to have divorced.

I found it odd that Kay Ivey was an only child. She was born in 1944 six years after her parents married in June 1938. Both her parents come from big families that had babies immediately after getting married. There appears to be multiple levels of inbreeding within the Nettles family. Her father and mother are both from the Nettles family. Maybe this is why they could only have one child. It's also possible Kay Ivey could be adopted. Below is the tree. I'll add another generation later. I added another generation.

Turns out they all lived in a town of only 1,000 people. Even in 2017 the population was only 2,000. There are two traffic lights, three banks and nine churches. Mother's side going back four generations from Monroe, Alabama. Father's side from Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina going back the same amount of time. All the great grandparents are from Monroe County, Alabama.

August 1967 Kay Ellen Ivey married Dr. Benny Alan LaRavia 1940-1994 in Alabama. They divorced with no children. He remarried and had a son and a daughter so it appears he could have kids.

Kay Ellen Ivey, Dr. Benny Allan LaRavia marriage wedding 1967 Alabama, abortion, Governor, divorce, sin
September 7, 1991 Kay Ivey married Tom Clement. They have no children. They married at 47 so I could see why. I don't believe they are still married to each other. Kay only used the name "Kay Ivey Clement" until 1993. Tom had two sons from a previous marriage.

Kay Ellen Ivey, Tom Clement wedding marriage 1991 Alabama divorce sin abortion
If abortion is wrong because it's against Christian beliefs then so is divorce. If you divorce, you cannot remarry in the church. You cannot receive the host. Her second marriage was in the First United Methodist Church. Her first marriage was in the Camden Baptist Church. This woman is a major sinner besides a hypocrite. She even had the nerve to wear white at her second wedding.

Maybe Governor Kay Ivey wants to ban abortion because she is barren and can't have kids. I've seen many who are against abortion just because they can't have kids.

Turns out it's legal to marry first cousins in Alabama. That's why there is so much inbreeding in the Nettles family. They were a large prominent family in a small area of Monroe County, Alabama. Multiple Nettles married Nettles. They even list all the names in the obituaries. That should be something that you would hide, take to your death bed. I can't help but hear the soundtrack to the movie "Deliverance" when I look at this family tree.

Look at the far right. William J Nettles and wife Ann Johnson are listed twice. They are ancestors of both the bride and groom! Also William Thames Nettles is the brother of William J. B. Nettles who are great grandparents of Barbara Nettles on both her mother and father's side! When I spread the tree in regular view you see a lot more of that with much closer relationships in the same generation. I have to list them as separate people or the tree falls apart. Governor Kay Ivey's inbred family tree broke Ancestry.com software. Everyone in her family on both sides of her family is basically the children of William Joseph Nettles Jr 1776-1849 from South Carolina.

Governor Kay Ivey, Kay Ellen Ivey, abortion, rights, bill, Mary Cummins, Alabama, ban, horrible person, votes, gay, homosexual, barren, married, divorced, no children, parents may blood related, husband Dr Genny Allan Laravia, Boarman Ivey, Barbara Nettles, Earl Nettles, Olive Burson, Thomas Ivey
Governor Kay Ivey was a member and leader of Future Homemakers of America. She clearly did not become a homemaker. Maybe she feels that she failed as a homemaker and mother which is why she signed that anti-abortion bill? She had the nerve to say "all life is precious." She's against abortion but she's for keeping all the Confederate statues. They didn't feel all life is precious.

Turns out all the Nettles are descended from the grandfather of Captain Thomas Alexander Nettles 1842 to 1917. Below is his obituary.

05/14/2019 Girard Saenz may face Federal gun charges. He used an obscure federal license intended for collectors of antique firearms to build up his massive collection. The curio and relic license that Mr. Saenz possessed is issued by the federal government for antique firearm collectors. It streamlines the purchases of historic or novel guns and would have allowed Mr. Saenz to avoid California regulations including a 10-day waiting period and a minimum 30-day span between purchases of handguns, according to the law-enforcement officials. I don't see that he's been charged in Los Angeles County Court. Perhaps LAPD just assisted the Federal Government with the search warrant and arrest.

05/10/2019 Girard Saenz was once married to Francoise Marie Verges Saenz. He filed for divorce Nov 12, 1991 in San Diego. Case info here.

05/09/2019 The man arrested was a personal friend of Cynthia Beck. He is her contractor whom I mentioned below yesterday, Girard Damien Saenz, 57, aka Gerry Saenz. He owns a property on Sunset with Beck and two of her daughters. He lived in San Diego in 1990. He led the design team for the restoration and remodeling of the Lawrence’s Crown Manor. He dated an older woman who was Lawrence's aide. He appears to like older wealthy women. Below is from booking. He was arrested by "fugitives" division? Was he a fugitive? $50,000 bail is low because they must feel he's not a threat to society or flight risk.

UPDATE: One man was arrested. We don't know who yet. "A man was placed under arrest at the scene for violating Penal Code 30600, California's law regarding assault weapons and .50 BMG (Browning Machine Gun) rifles. It prohibits the manufacture, distribution, transportation, importation and sale of any assault rifle or .50 BMG rifles, except in specific circumstances, according to the California Legislature." The cars at the location are registered to Cynthia Beck. We still don't know it there was a tenant or squatters. There were people coming and going allegedly to care for the home.

ORIGINAL: At 2:00 p.m. LAPD and ATF raided a home at 111 N Beverly Glen Blvd, Los Angeles, California 90077. It is just barely north of the intersection of Sunset Blvd and Beverly Glen Blvd right next to UCLA campus. 1,000 + guns were retrieved. LAPD and ATF still on site processing the evidence.

The home is owned by 65 year old Cynthia Dianne Beck born 1954, 728 N Bunker Hill Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012. She does not live at the Beverly Glen property. She lives at 728 N Bunker Hill, Los Angeles, CA 90012 is her mailing address. She lives in Pacific Palisades. She owns other properties with Gordon Getty of Getty Oil. Turns out Cynthia Beck was Getty's mistress. They had three daughters together. Cynthia owns a few abandoned mansions in Malibu and Bel Air. Here's an article that mentions them including this home. The article states Cynthia Beck lives there. Allegedly she was involved in litigation with her neighbor over a property line. I do see in permits she tried to build a retaining wall. Clearly Beck is a multi-millionaire and doesn't need to sell guns. I'm sure it's a tenant. I could be wrong about the tenant. Beck appears to leave her properties vacant.

FTR I lived up the street two blocks until 2015. I'd drive by that home every day.

https://www.yolandaslittleblackbook.com/blog/2018/05/18/cynthia-beck-abandoned-malibu-mansion-28012-sea-lane/

Per the above link,

"Of note about this Bel Air house is that Ms. Beck was involved in a lengthy — and extremely costly — disagreement with her next-door neighbors, apparently stemming from a boundary dispute. In 2009, after a protracted eight-year legal war that ultimately ended with a jury trial, Ms. Beck was ordered to pay the couple next door a whopping $6 million in compensatory and punitive damages. Two years later, her neighbors won another award against her for attorneys’ costs totaling $446,302.21."

Here is more from the lawsuit. Beck appealed and lost. Seems the original neighbor to the north 141 N Beverly Glen built a pool, reflecting pond and wall on Beck's property. Beck told her neighbor to remove those improvements. They entered into a settlement agreement to remove the improvements. Beck then violated the agreement. Neighbor won on appeal. I bet the neighbor at 141 Beverly Glen turned in the person at 111. They are the only ones who can see into the property.

Is a friend or friend of the family living in that home? Maybe squatters? There is a friend named Girard Damien Saenz, 57, aka Gerry Saenz a contractor.

It seems Gordon Getty's second family was an open secret per the LA Times. "Nicolette, Kendalle and Alexandra are my children," Getty wrote in a statement released to the media. "Their mother, Cynthia Beck, and I love them very much." Their full names are Kendalle Pauline Getty, Nicolette Michelle Getty.

The property is rented to, had the following people living there. I don't know if these are the guilty parties. I'm just stating they lived there recently. I'm not going to post the alleged tenants. They are the names of the past owners.

The home is 8,229 sf Colonial with 5 beds, 8 baths on a 38,973 sf lot. There is a pool. It was built in 1930. It last sold in 2001 for $2,600,000. It appears to be free and clear. Below is past MLS listing. No interior photos. No work has been done on the home since 1965.
