"Two alleged gang members were charged Tuesday with the murder of a 19-year-old Marine from Camp Pendleton, who was found shot inside his vehicle in South Los Angeles nearly two months ago.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gustavo N. Sztraicher ordered Oscar Aguilar, 26, to remain jailed in lieu of $4.2 million bail, and co-defendant Esau Rios, 28, to be held on $3 million bail while awaiting arraignment Nov. 30 in connection with the Sept. 16 shooting of Lance Cpl. Carlos Segovia-Lopez.

The criminal complaint alleges that Aguilar personally and intentionally discharged a handgun, and that the killing was committed in association with or for the benefit of a criminal street gang.

Aguilar — who allegedly has a string of prior convictions — is additionally charged with one count each of possession of a firearm by a felon and dissuading a witness by force or threat.

Segovia-Lopez was on leave from Camp Pendleton in San Diego County when he allegedly exchanged words with the defendants on Sept. 16, according to Los Angeles County prosecutors.

He was found shortly after 11:30 that night, covered in blood and slumped over the steering wheel of a Dodge Charger in the 2100 block of 31st Street. He was taken off life support three days later after doctors informed the family that he could not be saved."

Previously there was a different photo posted above. It came from newspaper articles about Carlos Seogiva Lopez identifying that photo as him. I thought it looked a little different but major newspapers had posted it so I trusted them. That was not Carlos. I have changed the photo.

Per his Facebook page he was born in San Miguel, El Salvador. He attended James A. Foshay Learning Center K-12 and Foshay High School both in Los Angeles. He volunteered with USC Troy Camp for kids who released this statement. He was originally a young camper with USC Troy Camp. When he was older he volunteered at the camp. Another fundraiser is here. His nickname was "Hedgehog." Carlos used to stay with LA Cloud9 Teen President Claudia Perez when he was in LA. She is updating her page with news about Carlos. His mother is Sandra Lopez born in El Salvador. Carlos and his mother are both US citizens. His father is most likely Martin Segovia Coto who still lives in El Salvador. He has a sister named Cindy Reyes.

U.S. Marine Lance Corporal Carlos Segovia Lopez from Camp Pendelton, California was shot by an unknown assailant. He was found at 11:35 p.m. Friday, September 16th, slumped over and unconscious in a Dodge Charger. He was killed at the 2100 block of 31st Street near St Andrews Pl. Carlos Segovia was taken off life support and died September 19th at 8 p.m. at California Hospital Medical Center.

He left the military base near San Diego on Friday and had just visited his girlfriend that night and was preparing to drive to the home of a family friend, when he struck by gunfire.

During his short time in the Marines, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Certificate of Commendation.

Corporal Carlo Segoviaz worked with LA on Cloud9, helping to develop the Teen Project program and supporting the homeless community through Street Team Soldiers, according to the organization.

The divorce was filed yesterday in the Stanley Mosk downtown LA court house. They are not yet available online. It looks like TMZ sent a messenger. The father now states his son had radicalized. It also came to light that he stabbed his brother with a knife in a fight. Looks like the same combination of young male, anger management issues, mad at the world and radicalization after trips back to Afghanistan. I will bet he didn't have a girlfriend. All these young men mad at the world find a cause to rationalize harming and killing people. Our domestic terrorists were mad at the government, hated black people or upset they had no girlfriend. I can only imagine what the government reaction will be after this incident. Will pressure cookers become illegal? Will you need a background check and hold period to buy a pressure cooker? You will probably have to show ID just to buy a crock pot now. I have no idea how to solve this problem of young, mentally unstable men who just want to kill people.

He was born January 23, 1988 in Afghanistan and became a naturalized citizen along with the rest of his family. His family owned and operated First American Fried Chicken at 104 Elmora Ave, Elizabeth, NJ 07202. He had attended Middlesex County College, where he majored in criminal justice, from 2010-12, but did not graduate according to school officials. His father is Mohammad Rahami. His mother is Najiba 51 years old. He has two brothers. One goes by Mohammad and the other Qasim. His sister is Zobyedh Rahami. On her Facebook page she asked people for privacy. She's a writer at the Daily Targum at Rutgers where she goes to school. The Rahamis have owned and operated the First American Friend Chicken restaurant since 2002. They sued the city in 2008 after they were forced to close at 10:00 p.m. when other restaurants are open to midnight if not 24/7.

UPDATE 08/092017: This email is to inform you of the recent transfer of ERLIS CHAISSON from the MCLENNAN COUNTY JAIL to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on 8/9/2017.

ORIGINAL: Erlis Joseph Chaisson was born November 30, 1968 in Louisiana. His father was Clarence Joseph Chaisson. His mother was Mildred Loupe Santiny Chaisson. He is the youngest of six children. He was in the construction business framing houses in Texas. He had a prior burglary and DUI conviction. He also had a prior child molestation case in 1993 in Louisiana of an eight year old girl.

Erlis left Louisiana in 1994 to go to Texas with the mother and her three young children. He started a construction company called CHAISSON CONTRACTING, INC. which he runs out of his house at White Settlement Rd, Weatherford, Texas. The address is in his sexual predator registration page. He claims to make $210,000 a year with three employees. He's a house framer. He had a contractor's license 42904 until Texas no longer required them. That's crazy to get rid of the licensing for so many reasons. That's Texas for ya.

The mother of victim seems to still support her husband. Her Facebook profile is a pic of him with her in it. He's ten years younger than the mother. The mother is so messed up that her cover photo is a photo of her with her daughters and Erlis with hearts on it and "Happy Mother's day." It's been there since 2013 so it's not a fake account.

Wife of convicted Texas child rapist Erlis Joseph Chaisson was a bad mother to her children

Reading the article about Erlis Joseph Chaisson raping his relative when she was a child was very disturbing. I kept thinking all the while what type of mother allows her children to be in that type of situation. Chaisson was already convicted of child molestation when she met him. After researching Erlis Chaisson I found the mother of the child he raped. It appears they were still together when this case came to light!

*I will not name the victim or give info that would lead to her. I believe she has changed her name anyway.

As the media stated the victim and her family lived in Louisiana. The mother and father were married in Louisiana and had three minor children when they divorced around 1993. They both filed for sole custody. The judge awarded them shared custody.

The mother was dating Erlis Joseph Chaisson in Louisiana. He'd just been released from prison for child rape November 30, 1993. He was a registered sex offender. The mother lost her well paying professional job in Louisiana and moved to Texas with the three children for a new job. Erlis went with them. As the mother uses his last name I assume they got married somewhere along the way.

When the mother moved the father filed suit for custody as their previous agreement stated neither would leave the area. In the course of that trial it came to light that the mother would drink alcohol to excess, beat the kids in public, curse at the kids, yell at the kids, beat them with a belt... The mother admitted that one time she dislocated her child's arm by yanking it hard. She also admitted to giving them bruises. The mother was intoxicated and aggressive in public. The children were frightened and sometimes cried.

The Judge had no problem with that behavior! The one thing the Judge was upset about was the fact that the mother was not raising the children with religion. Religion! The judge felt the beatings were for discipline reasons so it was okay.

The Judge changed the custody agreement. The children would stay with their father in Louisiana during the school year. They would stay with the mother in Texas during the summer. This is how child rapist Erlis Joseph Chaisso gained access to the victim. The mother knew her boyfriend was a child rapist because he had to register. The mother knowingly allowed a child rapist around her two young daughters. Why wasn't this woman charged with child abuse?

Based on my research Erlis and his wife/girlfriend/mother of the victim were trying to hide. They changed their names and birth dates I believe so they wouldn't be associated with Erlis' child rapist past. Erlis owns a contracting company in Weatherford, Texas called CHAISSON CONTRACTING, INC. Below is his sex offender registration.

Turns out Erlis already had criminal charges for burglary and DUI. His attorney pleaded for mercy at sentencing. Mercy? Erlis harmed many people with his revolting act. The brother of the victim already has his own criminal rap sheet for theft and possession of prohibited weapon. Having a monster like that in the house harmed the entire family.

I just looked at the mother's Facebook page. Her profile photo is of her and Erlis. Her cover photo is a photo collage of her and her daughter with Erlis which she posted in 2013. Erlis is younger than the mother by ten years. The photo is creepy every way you look at it. I just noticed that the daughter posted a pic of her mom from earlier this year. It appears they must have made up.

Plastic bags are highly flammable as they are made out of crude oil. Do not knit, make clothes, bowls or mats with them

I wrote some articles about this ten years ago but they seem to have disappeared. Plastic bags are made out of crude oil. Extra oil is added so the bag will release from the mold. They are highly flammable for these reasons. With an open flame they instantly catch fire, melt and release a toxic odor. Do not make clothes, purses, bowls or bed rolls out of them.

I had a better video which I can't find. A guy held a plastic grocery bag in a metal drum and lit it on fire. It instantly had a huge flame then melted. Imagine if someone is wearing a dress made out of knitted bags or sitting on a bed roll and they drop a cigarette butt. This would be very dangerous. The bag melts and clings to the person's skin causing burns. I can't believe people are still knitting with them.

Look at the bottom of the plastic bag. It probably says HDPE with the number "2" in a triangle. That is highly flammable though it won't emit toxic fumes if lit. It will not only catch fire with an open flame but it will melt with high temperatures. From scientific journals on HDPE and flammability, "High density polyethylene (HDPE) is highly flammable."

Melania Trump claims she came to the United States legally with a visa. Donald Trump got this attorney to write this letter stating she came to the US legally August 27, 1996. The problem here is that she did a paid nude modeling session in Manhattan, New York in 1995 with famed photographer Jarl Alé Alexandre de Basseville. Those photos were released in the January 1996 "Max" magazine. Melania is not telling the truth. The photographer claimed it was a two day modeling shoot in his Chelsea apartment/studio with model Emma Eriksson. He claims she'd recently come to New York from Milan, Italy.

Oddly enough Donald Trump himself commented on the nude photos. He didn't say it never happened or the date was wrong.

“Melania was one of the most successful models and she did many photo shoots, including for covers and major magazines,” Trump said when asked for comment. “This was a picture taken for a European magazine prior to my knowing Melania.”

One of Trump's top aides stated the same, “They’re a celebration of the human body as art,” Jason Miller, the Trump campaign’s senior communications adviser, said on CNN’s “Reliable Sources.”
“There’s nothing to be embarrassed about,” he added. “She’s a beautiful woman.”

Now they say the model shoot took place October 1996 nine months AFTER it ran in the magazine. Melania is amazing.
