UPDATE: 03/15/2022 Enrique Tarrio was charged with criminal conspiracy as an alleged planner of the January 6 attack of the Capitol. Tarrio was so bold as to have stated "We did this" after Jan 6 event. Evidence showed the attack was planned in advance.

01/27/2021 Henry Tarrio was a federal informant snitch. I thought his 16 month sentence was pretty light for his crime.

He was released with a stay away order from DC. He's listed as 5'9" 195 lbs "H/W" i.e. Hispanic/White with a "light" complexion. Henry Darrio stated on video that he is guilty of destruction of property and burning the banner.

Henry Tarrio has one case in the District of Columbia. It's as follows. It was listed as three cases but it's basically one case. The church sued Henry Tarrio and Proud Boys but they sued him as Enrique Tarrio. Enrique is actually his father. He's always been Henry. Proud Boys is a corporation out of Texas. Their corporation documents are included in the lawsuit. It's a fraternity. Their docs say a member can't masturbate over once a month. They can't use pornography. They can't wear flip flops or cargo shorts. Gavin McInnes is the founder.

There's a part which was redacted in the bylaws. It lists the original eight members. Here are their names. "Harry Fox, Heath Hair, Enrique Tarrio, Patrick William Roberts, Joshua Hall, Timothy Kelly, Luke Rofhling, and Rufio Panman." When the Proud Boys redacted that they just overlayed solid black text. They didn't actually redact it. These people are dumb.

He was sued for destruction of property over $10,000. They included John Does so other people will be added as they are identified.

Henry Tarrio Jr and his two friends stole diabetic blood test strips. They were expired. Then they altered the labels so they wouldn't appear to be expired and sold them. They were found guilty of stolen property, altering labels of medical devices and selling stolen property. Below are the final charges. He was sentenced to a reduced sentence of 16 months. Notice $1,200,000 in restitution.

Proud Boys was selling hate speech tshirts and items on Amazon, Etsy and a few other places. After being notified by the media they pulled all the items and accounts.

Someone on Twitter said Eric Ponsetto is her father. I don't know. Her mother is I believe Nicole Claudine Ponsetto born March 20, 1977 or 1978. Teena Lyn Ponsetto Rolfe a paralegal from Florida is another relative.

Miya claims she's Puerto Rican. She previously claimed she was Vietnamese and Italian. She is that. I don't see Puerto Rican yet unless her birth father was from Puerto Rico. Below is her family tree so far. I only have the maternal side because I don't know who her father is at the moment. Great grand parents born in Pennsylvania. Great great grand parents born in Italy. Maternal grandmother Thanh Thi Nicole Nguyenhoang born in Saigon, Vietnam November 1946. Thanh married Lawrence Allen Weinberger and had two kids before she married Robert Ponsetto September 1977. He divorced his wife to marry her. Thanh divorced Ponsetto 1985 in Florida and later married Glover to become Nicole T Glover.

After lying about being born in Spain she said she was born in Boston, Massachusetts but then lived in Spain until she went to University in New York. Photos from her high school yearbook were posted. This is not a real apology.

UPDATE: Hilaria now says she's going to go social media silent...yet she's still posting. Below is more proof of her busted story.

Her explanation is now that she was raised in both countries and speaks both languages. This doesn't ring true. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts. She lived with her family in Massachusetts during her entire upbringing. Her parents didn't move to Spain until 2011 per their own biographies and relatives obituaries I posted below. Her parents ran one week seminars in California in Spain before that. They never lived there. Hilaria was 27 in 2011 a year before she married Alec.

If you speak another language, you will have an accent in English if you speak that other language from birth to age 18. That didn't happen. Fake accent. If you do have an accent, it should sound like your parents. My English and Spanish sounds exactly like my grandmother who raised me. Hilaria's parents both sound like they spoke English from birth which they did.

Here's another questionable statement. She claims her real name "Hillary" is "Hilaria" in Spanish. I've never heard of "Hilaria" but I have heard of "Hilario" which is an old timey male name in Spanish. "Hilario" would be a translation for "Hilary" as in the man's name "Hilary." Hilaria is close to Hillary so whatever. She can clearly call herself whatever she likes. If her parents were Spanish even if she were born in Boston, they would not have named her "Hillary Lynn Hayward-Thomas." They would have picked a different Spanish first and middle name. Notice the names Hilaria gave to her children who were born in New York, i.e. Carmen, Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo and Eduardo. She gave them real Spanish names. Why didn't her parents if she were truly Latino? Because she's not.

"Mary Lou Thomas of East Arlington, the librarian responsible for the Russell Vermontiana Collection of the Martha Canfield Library in Arlington, died at home of cancer on Sept 1. She was 67. Mrs. Thomas was born in Goff, Kansas, on May 14, 1927, the daughter of Walter and Mary (Springer) Artman. She attended Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Mo., and then the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 1949, with a major in hospital dietetics. She also attended Bank Street College in New York City, where in 1964 she received a master's degree in education. In 1946, she married David L. Thomas in Kearney, Neb. After completing their studies, they moved to the Syracuse, N.Y., area where Mrs. Thomas owned and operated a nursery school, and then to the Schenectady, N.Y., area where she taught in church nursery schools. In 1959, Mrs. Thomas and her husband moved to Scarsdale, N.Y., where she taught part-time in the public schools. Mrs. Thomas subsequently accepted a position in the library of the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society in New York City and, after more than 10 years retired as head, librarian in 1982. Upon her retirement, Mrs. Thomas and her husband made their full-time home in Arlington where they first had bought property in 1955. Thomas, Jr. and wife Dr. Kathryn Hayward of Mallorca, Spain, his daughter Carol Jean Thomas and husband Marty Jacobs of Needham, Massachusetts, his grandchildren Jeremy Hayward-Thomas and wife Maria Carreno Perez of Mallorca, Spain, Samuel Thomas Jacobs of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Michael Thomas Jacobs and wife Cheng Ma of Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and Hilaria Baldwin and husband Alec of New York City, and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by Patricia's son Evan Germeles of Wyoming, and Patricia's daughter Dr. Christina Herold, husband Kenneth and grandson Teddy of Needham, MA. David was predeceased in 1994 by his cherished first wife Mary Lou (Artman), the mother of his two children, and by his brother, John W. Thomas.

Fondly known by family members as "DL", David enlisted at age 17 in the U.S. Navy at the very end of WW II, too late to be deployed overseas. Upon returning home to Nebraska after discharge, he married his high school sweetheart, Mary Lou (affectionately known as "ML") on September 1, 1946. They graduated from the University of Nebraska shortly after the birth of David Jr. and, prompted by David's first East Coast job in a management-training program at General Electric, (GE) moved to Syracuse, NY in July 1949, where their daughter Carol was born.

In 1954, the family moved to Schenectady, NY where David became a GE traveling auditor for GE, traveling extensively within the U.S. and to Argentina on audits. A few years later, he took his family to Argentina to visit places where David had lived and worked, an experience which instilled in his children a curiosity about the wider world and inspired them to become proficient in the Spanish language.

In 1959, the family moved from Schenectady to Scarsdale, NY, when David began working as a corporate financial officer, first at McCall's and later at General Dynamics in NYC. In 1971, he joined Dun and Bradstreet Corporation, from which he retired as Sr. VP-Finance in 1982 at the age of 55, to pursue his many other interests.

Early in their marriage, David and Mary Lou had traveled to Arlington, VT in search of genealogical roots. They discovered that David's family presence in that part of Vermont pre-dated the American Revolution. They purchased a summer cottage and later an old farmhouse in East Arlington. Upon retirement from jobs in NYC, they made Arlington their home.

David was an avid reader and student of American history and an appreciator of Vermont history and American antiques. In 1984 he purchased an old Boston business that specialized in handcrafted and antique silver. From Arlington, DL continued to run that business, enjoying the connections it brought him with others knowledgeable and interested in American antiques. He loved planning and planting his vegetable garden each Memorial Day weekend, and tending it through harvest time, involving his children and grandchildren in the annual ritual.

In Vermont both David and Mary Lou participated in community activities. David was a trustee of the Bennington Museum (1983-1994 and Trustee Emeritus) and of the Vermont Historical Society (1988-1994.) David and Mary Lou devoted much time and effort to preserving, building, and curating the Russell Vermontiana Collection, now housed at the Martha Canfield Library in Arlington. Until recent years, David served on the Board of the Martha Canfield Library and was one of the founders of the Arlington Townscape Association, which was responsible for a book about the history of Arlington. In his various volunteer endeavors, David's sense of humor and congeniality, as well as his financial expertise, were appreciated by those who worked with him.

In 1995 he married Patricia, of Litchfield, CT, who shared his interests in antiques, history and reading. For a number of years they maintained a home in Litchfield, having great fun restoring an antique house there, but more recently moved to the Boston area to be closer to family, while continuing to spend time in Arlington."

Irene Webler Hayward maternal grandmother 1932 - 2016.

"Traveling with Purpose" "Irene Hayward was free of suitcases and carry-on bags when she journeyed on Friday, October 14. The family encircled her in the living room, singing, “Goodnight Irene,” “Amazing Grace,” “I’m Leaving on a Jet Plane,” and “Let it Be.” While we were singing “Over the River and Through the Woods,” at 9:18 p.m., she took her last breath and passed.

In doing so, Irene joined her parents and other loving family members. She also joined the exodus of travelers who have passed from this world who, over the years, participated in the tours that she and her husband, Chuck Hayward, offered to the community for more than 35 years.

Irene, a 1954 graduate of Massachusetts General Hospital’s nursing program, and Chuck guided thousands of people during more than 100 cultural tours in countries on 5 continents. Through both their own tour organization called Hayward Cultural Tours and their work with the Springfield Library and Museums Association, Irene and Chuck visited so many places that they jokingly remarked, “We know the location of the ladies’ rooms in virtually all of the world’s most famous museums.”

For decades, they followed the footsteps of Winslow Homer, Vincent Van Gogh, Michelangelo and Tut Ankh Amen among innumerable others.

Irene’s job was to see that the trip Chuck designed was executed flawlessly. One traveler remembers that Irene “genuinely cared about each and every person she encountered with compassion and a zest for life. There was nothing casual or routine in the way that Irene ran the travel program. The people under her care were her priority, and that had a huge impact on me.” Admirers of this wonderful woman include bus drivers, participants, guides and staff at the destination; Irene was instinctively tuned in to them on so many levels.

Irene developed pneumonia that led to her passing. We in her family honored her wishes and brought her home from the hospital under the compassionate expertise of Baystate VNA and Hospice and HomeWatch CareGivers. Through the care of these angels and shepherds, we were able to be together in her last hours, supporting her passage and one another. Most importantly, she left us from the comfort of her home.

Irene’s parents were Francis and Lillian Webler from Agawam. Her brothers are Roy and Bob Webler, and sisters-in-law are Dottie and Pat. Her children are Kathryn, Matthew and Jonathan, and children-in-law are David, Lorna, Robin and Patty. Her grandchildren are Jeremy, Hilaria, Julia, Andrew, Justin and Christopher, and grandchildren-in-law are Maria and Alec. Her great-grandchildren are Gabriel, Carmen, Rafael and Leonardo. Her brother-in-law is Pierce Hayward and his wife is Jane."

Mary Cummins was born in 1965 in Long Beach, California. Cummins is an author, speaker, actor, real estate expert, freedom of speech advocate, animal rights activist and a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.

Early life and education

Cummins was born in Long Beach, California. The family soon after moved to Beverly Hills, California. She was raised by her grandmother Mary R. Cummins born Maria Rivera. Her grandmother was born in the Federal District of Mexico in 1899. Her grandfather is Robert Cummins who died in WWII. She has an older sister who is an actress named Juliette Cummins who is most well known for acting in horror movies.

She attended St. Victor's Catholic School then Beverly Hills Catholic School now called Good Shepherd Catholic School in Beverly Hills. She then attended El Rodeo public school in Beverly Hills for 7th and 8th grades and Beverly Hills High School. She later attended the University of Southern California on scholarship as a biology/psychology major. She was on the Dean's list in high school and college. Cummins also volunteered with her church, school, local hospital, YMCA, projects for the elderly and disabled.

Growing up she was on the Beverly Hills YMCA swim team with swimmer Dara Torres, Culver City Roadrunners Swim Team with swimmer Tiffany Cohen, Beverly Hills High School swim and water polo teams and University of Southern California swim team. She was a top ten AAU swimmer in the United States and completed the first precursor to the modern day triathlon. Cummins worked out with the Soviet Union swim coach Boris Zenov and Gold and Silver medalists Marina Yarchenia, Marina Koshevaya at the UCLA pool in 1976 as featured in the LA Times.

Real Estate

Cummins received her California real estate sales license in 1984. She became a full broker in 1986. She received her California real estate appraiser licensein 1994 when they were first mandatory. Cummins has been a real estate expert in both civil and criminal trial cases in California. She was one of the appraisers of the Ambassador Hotel in the eminent domain case in the 1990's. She's also done appraisals for eminent domain cases for the Los Angeles Metro and pro bono work for local non-profits. Besides teaching real estate appraisal theory classes she's also written many articles on all aspects of real estate appraisal and sales. To date she has done over 25,000 real estate appraisals for AMC's, brokers, lawyers, accountants, government agencies and private individuals. She has worked for Merrill Lynch, Westside Properties, the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) and Forensis Group.

Freedom of Speech

Cummins is an advocate on freedom of speech issues. In the past 20 years she has written reports on securities fraud and animal cruelty cases. In two of these cases she was sued for defamation in retaliation for posting her reports on the Internet and filing complaints with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)and authorities.

"Fredric Rittereiser, Ashton Technology vs Mary Cummins", 2000. In this case the CEO of Ashton Technology Fredric Rittereiser and the company sued Cummins for defamation and tortious interference. Cummins represented herself pro se and won this case in November 2001.

"Kathy Knight-McConnell vs Mary Cummins", July 2003. In this case company paid stock promoter Kathy Knight-McConnell sued Cummins for defamation, trademark infringement and securities claims. Cummins represented herself pro se and won in 2004. This case set case law precedence as this was the beginning of internet law.

Bat World v Mary Cummins. In this case Cummins reported Amanda Lollar and Bat World Sanctuary to authorities for animal cruelty, violations of the Animal Welfare Act and other violations. As a result they lost their USDA permit. In retaliation Cummins was sued for defamation and breach of contract. Lollar also began stalking, cyberstalking and defaming Cummins. Cummins received a restraining order against Lollar. All but one claim was reversed on appeal. The Appeals Court confirmed that Lollar forged her exhibits and submitted perjured testimony which are crimes. Lollar is currently under investigation for prosecution. The case is ongoing.

Animal Activism

Cummins has always been a strong proponent for animal rights. She has rescued animals since she was a small child rescuing a fawn, bunny and squirrels at the age of six. Cummins started her own non-profit Animal Advocates in 2002. She is licensed with the California Department of Fish & Game and the USDA to rescue and rehabilitate wildlife including coyotes, bobcats, foxes, raccoons, skunks, opossums, squirrels, all the way down to bats. Mary Cummins speaks to local community groups and students about respecting wildlife and humane wildlife control. Mary Cummins is also a Wildlife Control Operator. Mary Cummins has written manuals on small mammal rehabilitation besides numerous articles. Cummins is also on the Humane Society of the United States' animal rescue team. Cummins helped with a cock fighting raid in California in 2010. Cummins also assisted in a hoarder intervention in Lucerne Valley which was featured on Animal Planets show "Confessions, Animal Hoarding" in 2012.

Cummins also lobbies and speaks out for animal rights. She worked with other animal rights groups to help pass the West Hollywood fur ban. She also worked with Dr. Jennifer Conrad of the Paw Project to help ban the declawing of domestic cats, large cats and wild animals. In 2004 she was able to change the wildlife policy for the City of Los Angeles. She also made an amendment to zoning in Los Angeles County to allow wildlife rehabilitation. She's also lobbied for many new bills such as SB 1229. Cummins went through the Rio Hondo Police Academy and the Humane Academy to become a Humane Officer. Cummins also worked for American Humane and the Found Animals Foundation. She was also outspoken about the tainted and rancid puppy and kitten formulas made by Petag.

Personal life

Cummins currently lives in Bel Air, California which is also home to her wildlife sanctuary and wildlife rehabilitation facility. Her hobbies are motorcycling, skiing, scuba diving, hiking, cooking and reading. She is a "green" Vegan doing what she can to help the environment, people and animals.
