UPDATE: Cesar Sayoc sentenced to 20 years in prison. Sayoc pleaded guilty in March to 65 counts, including using weapons of mass destruction and the illegal mailing of explosives with intent to kill or injure. He faced up to life in prison.

"Judge Jed Rakoff said in his sentencing memo that Sayoc became "obsessive and paranoiac," which was made worse by steroid abuse. Rakoff also said he believed Sayoc intentionally designed the bombs so they would not detonate. These were some of the mitigating factors that kept Sayoc from life in prison, according to the sentencing memo."

The soonest he could be released is at age 75.

11/01/2018 Interesting information about John Giardiello Cesar Sayoc's step father. He was convicted under RICO for receiving kickbacks and other things. I believe this is the same Giardiello but I'm not 100% sure yet. I'll confirm it in a few minutes.Yes, this is him. Date, age, place match. 1982 he was convicted of working for a mob boss and trying to siphoning off $2M in union pension funds. He took $180,000 from the fund along with another defendant. They were barred from every serving in a position of trust. They appealed and lost. While in custody John and another guy talked about being involved in the murder of black labor leader Joseph Caleb. Giardiello said "they shouldn't have shot the nigger. They should have killed Ruben instead." John was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Cesar Sayoc has two full sisters, two half siblings and two step siblings. Cesar's father was married to Pilar Monroe in San Francisco, California before his marriage to Madeline in New York. Together they had two children, Stanley Monroe Sayoc born 1955 and April L Sayoc born 1958. Pilar divorced Ceasar via the newspaper in 1958. Caesar Sr abandoned his first wife just like he did with his second wife. Pilar married Marvin Schneider in 1962. Pilar allowed her children to be adopted by her new husband. Pilar and Marvin then had two children. One is is Robert Schneider the comedian. The other is John Schneider. What a small word. Thanks, you know who, for the tip. Today they found a bomb sent to Kamala Harris. The key tip came from the bomb sent to Maxine Waters. They found a fingerprint and DNA on the bomb. He has a public defender, Sarah Baumgartel. His family said he had dyslexia. He was an introverted teenager who liked to collect things, eat in his room and fall asleep with the television on. He spent some time at a boarding school because of his behavior. He was married then divorced in 2004 in Oklahoma.

Per the FBI this was not a bomb hoax. All of the bombs had everything necessary to explode. At least one of them would have exploded. Cesar Sayoc here just didn't do a very good job making them. Cesar can barely form a sentence. I could see how he would have problems making a bomb.

Cesar Sayoc's paternal grandparents are Lt Colonel Dr Burgos TopacioSayoc 1904-1993. He would turn Asian looking eyes into American looking eyes by adding the fold. He was an ears, eyes, nose and throat doctor specializing in plastic surgery in Philippines, New York, Hawaii... He developed the "Sayoc method" to create American looking eyes in 1949.

Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Burgos Topacio Sayoc's parents were Candido Reyes Sayoc and Aurelia Vina Topacio. He married Dr. Severina Zook September 16, 1926 in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines. Together they had the following children, Eleanor Zook, Dr. Melchor Zook, Ceasar Zook, Baltazar Zook, Dr. Oscar Zook and Manuel Zook Sayoc. Dr. Sayoc was chief surgeon of the Philippine Army Training Company in Rizal. He invented the "Sayoc method" for Asian eyelid blepharoplasty which makes the eyes look more Western. He first started developing this method in 1949. The operation was first described in the 1952 American Journal of Ophalmology. He won a medal of merit from the Philippine Ophthalmological Society. He presented his method at the 1962 international symposium of the Manhattan Island Eye-Ear-Throat Hospital in New York City. He was presented with a military merit medal from President Ramon Magsaysay. Most of his children were doctors or dentists with graduate degrees. He founded the Philippine Society for Cosmetic Surgery in 1972.

His paternal grandmother was Dr Severina Zook a dentist 1910-2000. Caesar Sayoc Sr had six siblings. A few are doctors and dentists.

He had four children with two wives. He was widowed by his first wife Estee Maddox with whom he had three sons. His second wife was Etta Moore with whom he had a daughter. He ran a cafe business. He died of coronary obstructive disease and coronary occlusion in Anderson County Memorial Hospital. Heart attacks from coronary obstructive disease is common in his family. Keep on eating that fried southern food, Lindsey.

His paternal grandmother was Estee Maddox born 1888 in Hart, Georgia and died 1915 most likely from the birth of her son James P Graham. Lindsay Graham then married Etta Moore who raised his sons. Below is Etta Moore Graham's obituary.

Lindsey Graham's maternal and paternal sides of the family are all from Georgia and South Carolina. They were mainly white farmers. I only went back five generations. I didn't find any "terrible" Iranians. I went to Beverly Hills High School during the Iranian revolution. The Iranians who could afford it fled the revolution and came to Beverly Hills. They were my friends. They weren't "terrible" people. They fled war with only the clothes on their backs. They couldn't even sell their businesses or property. They had to start from scratch. The only terrible person here is Lindsey Graham. His behavior has been absolutely revolting.

Beverly Hills school district is racist, elitist protesting the Metro - Mary Cummins

I went to Beverly Hills High School class of '83. I'm in the school Facebook group. They don't want the Metro as they fear "poor drug addict crims" coming to BH and "setting up tents, leaving dirty needles and committing crimes." The Metro stop is in Century City (intersection of Constellation Blvd/Avenue of the Stars) 1/3 mile away as the crow flies from the school. There has been a public bus that goes directly to BHHS and the elementary schools for decades and no drug addict bums have come to BH and set up camp.

I'm embarrassed a principal, teacher set up this protest with the students. Kids were out there holding pro Trump signs. They don't want the Metro to go under BH or have a stop there because they don't want the poors in BH. They're begging Trump to take away the Metro funding. They want to kill the Metro project that will go to the Westside. Talk about selfish.

Kevin Allen the principal of my elementary school El Rodeo said this, “Our students today are going to get a lesson on Rosa Parks." He's talking about peaceful protest not realizing he's a hypocrite for wanting to keep people from other areas away from BH. You know kind of like segregation but based on how much money you have. They now claim they fear underground oil tanks. BHHS was built on top of an oil field. If they really fear the oil tanks, they shouldn't use the school. I'm embarrassed by my school.

They should be happy about the Metro coming to BH. Now their maids can get to their homes faster so they can spend all day cleaning and taking care of their kids on the cheap.

ORIGINAL: Mark Judge, Mark Gauvreau Judge was born September 24, 1964. Judge's father was Joseph Ralph Judge born February 4, 1928 in Washington, D.C. died April 20, 1996 in Maryland. Here is his obituary.

"Joseph Judge, 68, Writer & Editor. Joseph Judge, 68, who worked for National Geographic magazine from 1965 until retiring in 1990 as a senior associate editor, died of cancer April 20 at his home in Potomac.

After joining the magazine as a writer, he wrote articles on Ireland, Jerusalem, Hong Kong, Australia and South Africa. He also ran the rapids in the Grand Canyon for another story. In addition to writing, he held editorial posts and produced a record on the space program for the magazine.

In November 1986, National Geographic published the results of his five-year study to determine the location of Christopher Columbus's landing place in the New World. Mr. Judge concluded that the site was Samana Cay -- a small isle about 65 miles from the traditional location, Watling Island.

In addition to his work for National Geographic, he also published poetry and other historical works. These included a 1994 book about the famed Civil War march toward Washington by Confederate Gen. Jubal Early. Titled "Season of Fire: The Confederate Strike on Washington," it was a featured selection of the History Book Club.

Mr. Judge was born in Washington, the son of the great Washington Senators first baseman Joe Judge. He attended Gonzaga College High School and was a 1950 English graduate of Catholic University. The university alumni organization presented him with its distinguished service award in 1975, and the university awarded him an honorary doctorate in 1988.

He served in the Army during the Korean War.

Before joining National Geographic, he was a reporter with Life magazine in New York and a producer-director with WTOP-TV in Washington. From the mid-1950s to the mid-1960s, he worked for the Labor Department, where he became deputy information director and assistant to the secretary of labor and received meritorious and distinguished service awards.

Mr. Judge was a 1970 founder of the Potomac Conservation Foundation. His hobbies included archaeology and painting.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Mitchell Judge of Potomac; four children, Joseph Judge of Virginia Beach, Michael Judge of Washington, Alyson Frederick of Silver Spring and Mark Judge of Potomac; two sisters, Anita Judge of Washington and Dorothy McDonough of Potomac; a brother, John, of Rockville; and two grandchildren."

Mark Judge's mother is Phyllis Anne Mitchell b. August 9, 1930 in Boston, Massachusetts. Mark's siblings are Joseph Mitchell Judge b. 1957, Alyson Ann Judge Frederick b. 1962, and Michael Judge.

Mark Judge's paternal grandparents are Joseph "Joe" Isnatius Judge the famous baseball play born May 25, 1894 in New York, died March 11, 1963 in Washington, D.C. Below is his obituary.

He suffered a fatal heart attack Monday while shoveling snow at his home. A Requiem High Mass will be offered Thursday morning. A near-flawless fielder and steady hitter, Judge played 18 of his 20 major league years with the Senators and was on the Nats' only two pennant winning teams in 1924 and 1925. Small for a first baseman 5-foot-8 and 155 pounds he led the American League in fielding of his position for nine straight years. Along with second baseman Bucky Harris, shortstop Roger Peckinpaugh and third baseman Ossie Bluege he was part of what Clark Griffith, the late Senators owner, called the finest fielding infield of all time. Judge hit more than .300 for 10 seasons here and ended with a life-time .298 average."

Mark Judge's paternal grandmother was Alma Anna Gauvreau born May 30, 1890 in Winooski, Vermont. Died 1988 in Washington, D.C.

Mark Judge's maternal grandfather was George Joseph Mitchell born February 19, 1894 in Boston, Massachusetts and died March 23, 1979 in Scituate, Massachusetts. He worked for the Submarine Signal Co in Boston, MA. Below is his obituary.

Mark Judge's maternal grandmother was Alice Mary Ryan Mitchell born June 14, 1905, Boston, Massachusetts, died August 14, 1946, Egypt, Massachusetts. Below is her obituary.

"MITCHELL. In Egypt, Mass., Alice M. (Ryan), beloved wife of George J. Mitchell, formerly of Dorchester, at her residence, 8 Orchard road, Egypt, Mass. Solemn High Mass of Requiem in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, Scituate. Friday, Aug. 16, at 9 a. m. Interment private."

Below is Mark Judge's family tree. I have it one more generation back but it's not that relevant to Mark Judge. His family is mainly Irish and English with some French Canadians.

Mark's middle name "Gauvreau" is the last name of his French Canadian great great grandfather "Louis Gauvreau." It's odd that is his middle name as Louis Gauvreau abandoned his wife and two kids in 1891 in Vermont after the birth of their second child. She had to petition for divorce and won. In the newspaper she laid out that she was deserted. Gauvreau then went back to Canada and lived with his parents. In the census his wife Lena lied and said she was a widow. I assume she told her children that their father had died. There's no other way I can explain how he got deserting great great grandpa's last name as his middle name. Lena died 20 years before Mark was born. Maybe the name is a curse.

Whereas, Lena Gauvreau of Essex, in the county of Chittenden, in the State of Vermont has this day filed in the office of the Clerk of the County Court, for said County her petition for a divorce against Lewis Gauvreau, formerly of said Essex, but now, without this State, setting forth in substance that she was on the 27th day of November, 1887, at Burlington, in said county, lawfully married to the said Lewis Gauvreau and that she and the said petitionee lived together as husband and wife at said Essex until on or about the 6th day of May, 1891, that the petitioner has resided in the county of Chittenden since her said marriage and has faithfully performed all the marriage obligations incumbent upon her; that on or about the 6th day of May, 1891, the said petitionee with out just cause or provocation deserted her and ever since continued such desertion. One thing I did notice was that his father was gone a lot to cover stories, report, do research for his books, giving classes, seminars... Mark was also the youngest child. He appears to be the only child with major issues.

I am not saying that Tim "Timmy" Gaudette did anything. This article is just about where Tim's house was located July 1982. I needed to use his name, birth date to find his childhood home. Timothy "Tim" Patrick Gaudette was born March 5, 1965 in Dallas, Texas to Francis John Gaudette b Oct 1 1935 d April 1993 and Maureen Margaret Scarry b. Nov 11, 1938. In 1993 at the age of 28 Tim lived at 7232 Lanark Rd, Baltimore, MD, 21212-1403 (1993). It's a two story home but so are most in the area. It's three bedrooms with one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs per sales listing in 1998. It's a Colonial listed at $138,000 in 1998. He also lived at 911 S Charles St, Baltimore, MD, 21230-4064 which is an apartment building. These are both in Montgomery County. I assume the family home is 7232 Lanark. They also lived in Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland after his parents divorced. Parents divorced before 1977. There is another address from 1980 after the divorce at 507 Azalea Drive, Rockville, Maryland 20850. This is a condo 1,726 sf. It's not a home but it is two stories. There is a front door but because it's an attached townhome the other door is odd. Mother Maureen remarried to Marvin Feltman in 1985. They moved to New York and Florida. Marvin died in 1993.

Tim has a brother Sean Francis Gaudette born February 3, 1960 in Dallas, Texas. Another brother Michael William Gaudette Nov 11, 1962 Dallas, Texas died 1986 in Rockville, Maryland on Interstate 270. Michael died after ramming his car into the back of a Mac truck 2:42 a.m. Sounds like drunk driving to me after bars, clubs let out. The family moved to Baltimore, Maryland after 1965. Parents divorced before 1977, both remarried. Father Francis Gaudette married Doris Hudgins in 1977. Francis and Doris had two more children, Megan and Andrew.

The other people at Timmy's house July 1, 1982 were Tom Kaine, PJ Smyth, Bernie McCarthy and Chris Garrett besides Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge.

Brett Kavanaugh, Georgetown Prep, fraternities, '80's, Yale, USC, law school, parties - Mary Cummins

UPDATE 09/27/2018 This morning Dr Ford stated that her alleged sexual assaulter and his friend laughed while she was sexually assaulted. If you read my account of a 1982 frat party the alleged sexual assailants also laughed. I thought that would mean the victim wasn't sexually assaulted and or raped. I'm clearly wrong. I now think the USC sorority woman was gang raped. I didn't know anyone at the party. The fraternity asked me, a dormie, if I wanted to go to a party with a frat member. I said okay not knowing what to expect. My date was polite and nice. He was drunk by the time he was at the party because frat made him drink an entire bottle of champagne. I was supposed to drink half but I didn't drink. He was passed out drunk at the party and on the way home. The next day he apologized for anything he did. I told him he got drunk, did nothing improper and passed out on a lounge chair by the pool. He said "thank god!"

I wish I weren't so shy and passive at the time. I wish I were more assertive back then as I am today. I wish I knew more about the USC Greek system at the time. I truly wish my super young 16/17 year old self would have protected another woman. I just didn't know fully know what was happening. I'm thankful that I didn't drink anything in college or I could have been sexually assaulted or raped. I feel so bad that that happened to other woman. That would have truly devastated me as a strict orthodox virgin Catholic at the time. I feel so bad for women who had this happen to them :-(

ORIGINAL: I attended a frat party while I was at USC in 1982. I had no idea what to expect. I didn't drink alcohol until way after college because I saw students drunk and vomiting at a USC football game. I was also very under age.

My date picked me up at my dorm and we went to a nice private bus parked outside of the frat house. They gave each couple a bottle of champagne they had to drink before we got to the party. My date drank the whole thing as I didn't want any.

We arrived at a nice home with no adults. It had to be a rental or someone's parents were away. Everyone was getting very drunk except this one girl with beautiful long blonde hair and me. She said she didn't want any alcohol.

My date was passed out on a lounge chair by the pool. Guys were chasing girls trying to make out with them. Guys running around naked pushing women into the pool. Almost everyone was totally drunk. Guys were trying to grab, kiss, hug, whatever me so I went back to the bus and hung out with the bus driver. I sat low in my seat so no one would realize I was on the bus.

When it was finally very early the next morning like 2:00 a.m. the bus driver said they had to get on the bus or he was leaving without them. I saw the girl with long blonde hair almost passed out drunk. Did they force her to drink or slip her something? Two guys had to help her on the bus. They took her to the back row seat of the bus I assumed so she could lay down.

Ten minutes from USC I finally notice a line of guys going to the back row of the bus laughing. I then noticed that they seemed to be taking turns looking at her (?) and laughing as she was passed out. My naive young self did not think anything bad was happening to her. There's no way anyone would commit the crime of rape, right?

When we finally arrived back at USC the boys left her on the rear seat. I went back to see if she needed help getting off the bus. She was passed out and had vomited all over her beautiful hair. Her shoes were gone and her dress was all messed up. I finally went outside to find her sorority sisters so they could help her off the bus. It took two of them to get her off the bus as she was still passed out.

I didn't think at the time that guys would rape her back there. Rape is a crime. They shouldn't do that, right? I really hope that didn't happen but I don't know. Based on what I'm reading about what happened at other colleges, I think she may have been raped by a few guys. If it happened today, I would have intervened when she got on the bus half passed out. Actually my more experienced self wouldn't go to a frat party today even if I were that age. That was my first and last frat party. That party made me not want to drink for a long time after college. It's also why I never wanted to be drunk ever.

No one ever asked me about what happened that night. I never heard anyone say she was raped. She probably didn't report it because she was passed out drunk. I wonder how she's feeling today reading all this Kavanaugh news. It must be upsetting.

Back in 1990 a Headmaster for a Washington private school issued this warning to parents of a few local schools. The warning is about unsupervised parties with alcohol and "sexual license."
