05/24/2018 Four acts of sex crimes have been added to the charges against the father. Bail has been increased. There are protective orders over medical records. I assume they are of the children. Judge has been allowing the media to film the proceedings.

05/16/2018 Ina Rogers was arrested and jailed today after her bail was increased to $495K. She was charged with ten counts of child abuse and neglect. She is now charged with allowing Allen to harm the children. Allen's mother Wanda Rogers stated that she witnessed Allen slap a baby and put duct tape on another baby's mouth. Wanda also said Allen worships the devil.

"Ten Children Rescued from Horrible Living Conditions

On March 31st, the Fairfield Police Department responded to a report of a missing juvenile in the 2200 block of Fieldstone Ct. The officers located the missing 12-year-old and returned to the child’s home. Once at the home the officers conducted a search due to concerns for the safety and health of the child and the child’s siblings. During the search of the home officers located nine more children, ranging in age from 4 months to 11 years old, living in squalor and unsafe conditions. The mother, Ina Rogers, a 30-year-old Fairfield resident was arrested and booked into Solano County Jail for child neglect. All 10 children were taken into protective custody by Solano County Child Welfare Services.
With the assistance of Child Welfare Services and the Solano County District Attorney’s Office, detectives with the Fairfield Police Department’s Family Violence Unit initiated an investigation. The investigation revealed a long and continuous history of severe physical and emotional abuse of the children. As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for the father of the children.
On May 11th at approx. 08:30 AM detectives with the Fairfield Police Department responded to the residence on Fieldstone Ct and served the arrest warrant. Arrested was, Jonathan Allen, a 29-year-old Fairfield resident. He was booked into the Solano County Jail for 9 counts of felony torture and 6 counts of felony child abuse.

Joseph James DeAngelo was born November 8, 1945 in Bath, Steuben, New York. His father was Joseph James DeAngelo born January 19, 1920 in Watkins Glen, New York, died February 15, 1995 in South Korea. His military records use the address of Pacific action 96266 which is South Korea as his place of death.  He is noted as being in Korea in the 1970's. He was a sergeant in the military from about 1950 to 1975. In 1955 he flew from New Jersey to Pennsylvania on military transport with his wife and all of his children. He's listed as a sergeant. Joseph Sr's parents were Samuel DeAngelo Italy 1882-1942 and Mary Frances Belvedere 1885-1951. Joseph had a brother named Dominic who was also a decorated military man 1917 - 2003.

Joseph's mother was Kathleen "Kay" Louise DeGroat Bosanko born June 26, 1923 in New York, died August 21, 2010 in Exeter, Tulare, California. Kathleen married Joseph Sr November 20 1941 in New York. Kathleen lived in Auburn with Joseph Sr in 1964.  Kathleen divorced Joseph's father after 1964 and in 1965 married Percy "Jack" John Bosanko born 1922 died 2000.

Joseph DeAngelo's siblings are/were Constance "Connie" Kay DeAngelo Ryland Perry 1948-2017, John C DeAngelo b. 1949 and Rebecca "Becky" DeAngelo Thompson b. 1942.  John C was also in the military. He also graduated from Sierra College.

Joseph was trained in the military in 1964. Joseph was engaged to Bonnie Jean Colwell in 1970. They did not marry. Joseph married Sharon Marie Huddle b. 1952 on November 10, 1973 in Placer, California. Together they had three daughters, Misha Louise b. 1981, Sascha Marie b. 1986 and Tessa Irene DeAngelo b. 1989. Joseph is divorced. He seems to have stopped raping and killing people after the birth of his second daughter. I'm shocked his wife never knew what he was up to.

He bought it in 1980 new from Lewis Homes of California under a VA loan for $77,000. March 1, 1992 Sharon's name was removed from title and he put it in a trust for himself.

Nov 4 1991 there is a civil case involving him in Sacramento County. This sounds like his divorce.

Judge Merrillee Ehrlich berated frail and elderly Sandra Faye Twiggs in court. Twiggs suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. Days after her release from jail Sandra died. Judge Ehrlich who has a history of improper behavior in the court is no longer on the bench. Twiggs is survived by her sister Anna and a two daughters.

They had no children. When she ran for Judge her "top priority" was to "Allow dignity for everyone who appears in court." Merrilee also ran for Attorney General and lost.

Merrilee was instructed by the court not to return to the court room. "Broward Chief Administrative Judge Jack Tuter said Saturday that he’s telling Ehrlich not to return to the courthouse because of her treatment of Twiggs, reports the Sun-Sentinel. “In light of recent events, we have decided Judge Ehrlich will be told not to return to the courthouse as her retirement is effective June 30,” Tuter said. “I will be working this weekend to find a substitute to cover Judge Ehrlich’s [family court] division.”

This Judge doesn't just insult sick elderly people. She also insults children. In 2011 she stated about juveniles in her court "I wanted to make it a creative endeavor, something positive. Something to turn the atrophied muscle on top of their heads into a working brain."

Merrilee's father was Paul Ehrlich 1922-2003. Her mother was Barbara Elaine Stern 1931-2017. Her brother is Melvin A Ehrlich who pleaded guilty to child pornography. He was a dentist. She has a sister named April Vandenberg. They were all born in New York then moved to Florida.

This Judge is almost as bad as Los Angeles, California Judge Carol Boas Goodson who was voted the most "evil" Judge in California two years in a row. Judge Goodson berated a party so horribly that the woman suffered a seizure in the courtroom and had to be carried out.

UPDATE 0709/2018 "SAN BRUNO, Calif. (AP) — Northern California authorities say a woman who shot and wounded three people at YouTube headquarters died of a self-inflicted gunshot to the heart at the scene of the shooting.

The Mercury News of San Jose reports Monday that the pathology report from the San Mateo County Coroner's Office showed no evidence of alcohol or drugs in her system."

Statement from her family.

"The father provided The Times with a statement saying Aghdam's family was in "absolute shock and can't make sense" of the violence. "Our family would like to express their upmost regret, sorrow for what happened to innocent victims. Our thoughts and prayers are with them and their families," the statement said. "We are praying for speed recovery of the injured and ask God to bestow patience up all persons hurt in this horrific senseless act." "She never hurt one animal, one ant. I don't know how she did ... this," he said while handing out the statement. "I'm sorry. I can't believe it."

ORIGINAL: Nasim Najafi Aghdam was born 5 Apr 1979 in Iran. She died 3 Apr 2018 (aged 38) in San Bruno, San Mateo County, California, USA. Nasim was an animal rights activist, Vegan and PETA supporter. After shooting other people at YouTube headquarters in San Bruno, California, she turned the gun on herself and died at the scene at age 38.

Based on her website http://nasimesabz.com/ she was upset that YouTube demonetized her videos. Most of her accounts were deleted by YouTube/Google and Facebook/Instagram. As I look at the images she didn't understand what the error message meant. Her site got an error message as the first words were not in English. Google doesn't automatically translate words in title and meta tags. Google was not doing this intentionally to her. It was just a robot.

She lived in Menifee, Riverside, California and San Diego, California. I think her father may be Ismail Najafi Aghdam. He owned the house in San Diego where Nasim lived. He bought it in 1998 when it was new and sold it in 2011. His wife is Rouhiye Samandari Seysan. They moved to 32866 Mira St, Menifee, CA 92584. Father is an electrician, "STARS ELECTRIC, 32866 Mira Street, Menifee, CA holds a Electrical license and 1 other license according to the California license board." He's been licensed since 2000. Her brother is Shahran. Seems the father reported Nasim missing before the shooting. He told police she was mad at YouTube for demonetizing her videos. He said she may be going to YouTube. They have another headquarters in SoCal which would have been a lot closer.

Nasim started a non-profit organization called Peace Thunder Inc, NASIM AGHDAM, 9320 GALVIN AVE, SAN DIEGO CA 92126. The purpose of the organization was to "educate people about animal cruelty, environmental pollution and how to make healthy choices and save the world and animals from extinction."

FTR I'm an animal rights activist, Vegan and PETA supporter. PETA is not a militant, out there organization. Caring about animals doesn't mean you're crazy. I am sad that this woman killed others. She clearly had mental health issues. A true animal activist would never harm animals or humans.

Someone had to take these photos of her unless she brought a tripod everywhere. I see her at Farm Sanctuary's Animal Acres in Acton taking pics with the farm animals.
