Below is his order of admission dated January 6, 1971.
Pages 2+ of his naturalization papers are witnesses stating when and where they saw Mario. Was he a good person or not. He was in Lansdale, Pennsyvania 1966. He was living with his sister in 1965 in Pennsylvania. One person wrote "Yes, he is very anxious to become a citizen. He is very reliable and very law abiding person." Another said he was a good employee. He was working in the US.
Based on the immigration papers Mario Sr came here on a tourist visa in 1959. He over stayed that visa for five years. He applied to be a permanent resident in 1964. Legally he had to go back to Cuba but he didn't. There are some exceptions but I see none that apply.
Immigrant hypocrite Perez Hilton tweeted today the below. Dad probably wasn't a US citizen when Perez was born. Time to ready the deportation canon for this one. I won't mention his mother's citizenship status as she is still alive. His father died July 6, 1993 in Miami, Florida. Perez Hilton's paternal grandparents are Ramon Lavandeira and Emilia Torrijo. His maternal grandparents are Felipe San Ramon and Elia Maria Dieppa. I emailed Perez for comment and no reply.
More data on the father so you can see it's the same person.
Father married his mother full name Teresita Francisca San Roman. She had another last name Dieppa because she was married after she was first admitted to the US. That name was changed August 14, 1976 the date she married Mario. Turns out that is her mother's last name. Looks like Teresita just didn't understand the question.
