Who is Meghan Markle soon to be wife of Prince Henry Windsor? Birth date, parents, family tree

I was hoping to write this article after completely finishing this tree but I'm stumped on Meghan Markle's maternal grandmother. Seems everyone else is just as stumped. Some said her grandmother is the wife of her father but that's not correct. Eva Burrow was born in 1953 and Doria was born 1956. I will have to update this later once I find the grandmother. 

Meghan Markle was born August 4, 1981 in Los Angeles, California. Her mother is Doria Loyce Ragland born September 2, 1956. Father is Thomas Wayne Markle born July 18, 1944. You can see the names and dates of the other family members in this tree. On the father's side they go back to England. On the mother's side they go back to Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia. The father's side is America as apple pie. The mother's side is more interesting but we only have half the story. 

Most amazing on the mother's side is the fact that Meghan's maternal grandfather and his siblings were college educated. They were college educated in segregated schools in the south. Even her maternal grandfather's sisters were college educated which was rare back then. That made a huge difference in their lives.

One thing I'd like to say about all the other articles is that the mother's home on 5127 Angeles Vista Blvd, View Park, CA 90043 is not in a "gang infested high murder rate" area like the UK papers stated. Other papers stated that homes start at a million in that area. Both accounts are wrong. The home is in a nice pocket area. Homes don't start at a million there. I've been a real estate appraiser in Los Angeles, California since 1983. I live in the city of Los Angeles. I'm very familiar with this area.

Another correction. Doria's father didn't leave that home to her directly. The home belonged to her father's sister Lillian Ragland Evans died 2004 and her husband William Demont Evans died 1986. Doria's father Alvin A Ragland signed an affidavit death of joint tenancy for his aunt as Alvina was the conservator of Lillie. When Lillie died Alvin took the house. When Alvin died is when Dora got the house. Someone by the name of Alvin J Ragdale had to sign over half of the house.

In going through lacourt.org I see a lot of lawsuits for Doria and Alvin. I don't see any record of Doria's mother or Alvin's first wife. I know Doria has been in Los Angeles since she was about ten per a photo. I see no record of her being born here with that date or name.
