Tiffany Krog put her ex-husband Ron Cobert through the wringer. Here is the final opinion in the appeal of her divorce. I would believe Ron Cobert over Tiffany Krog any day of the week. He asked me to be a witness in his case so I could tell the judge how violent, crazy, mean spirited, vicious Tiffany Krog could be. I didn't want to get attacked again by Tiffany Krog so I said no. A part of me also thought it could be Krog posing as Cobert as she frequently used his email address and name to attack me and other women in Yahoo groups. I would bet Krog had an attorney friend represent her and her bill was probably not that high. The whole case is crazy. Tiffany Krog is now with Richie Ramone which is even crazier. Richie's wife and Krog used to both attack me together. Next thing I know Krog is with Ramone.

Her "fiance" Richard Reinhardt aka Richie Ramone was born August 11, 1957. Father is Leonard E Reinhardt a landscaper/gardener who owned Leonard Reinhardt Inc born September 13, 1930. Mother is Maryann Porubsky Reinhardt born August 2, 1930. Older brother is Leonard W Reinhardt October 11, 1951, married to Kathleen with an adult daughter. Richard Reinhardt grew up in Passaic, New Jersey. He supposedly dropped out of high school, left home and moved to New York. Married to journalist Annette Stark born May 1962 from 1986 to 2009.

Animal Advocates is making money every time someone reads this blog post about Tiffany Krog who is a lawyer with Di Julio Law. There are still some really horrible reviews of Tiffany Krog as an attorney online. They are all the same. Even though she was an English major her letters and filings are riddled with spelling, grammatical and factual errors. For the life of me I don't know how she can make a living as a lawyer. If you look online, she's barely handled any cases. It makes me wonder what she has over Mr. Di Julio.

She was admitted to the bar in 2001. She was an English major at UCLA class of 1997, went to Southerwestern University School of Law class of 2000. She was born 12/20/69. That means she was 28 when she graduated from undergraduate, six years after everyone else.

Charged with reckless driving, resisting arrest, driving under influence of alcohol, driving without a license, driving without insurance, impeding traffic, crossing a double line, vandalism, disturbing the peace, violating noise limits from 1996 to 2002. The other photos were public. I am using them to comment. Tiffany Krog also used to be the spokesperson for ADLLA. Tiffany Adell Krog born to Susan Krog and Frederic Krog in California.

UPDATE: I haven't updated this page in years because I thought mentally ill Tiffany Krog, Richie Ramone and Annette Stark had stopped stalking, harassing and defaming me. Not so. They are now friends with ***who commits animal cruelty, perjury and forges government documents.

Anyway, I just did a bit more research. I heard of the Ramones growing up but I wasn't into punk, heavy metal, loud screaming shit so I was not a fan. I finally watched a recent YouTube video of Richie Ramone. I'm sorry but I only see some skinny old grandpa yelling unintelligible shit trying to act young and cool. I really think Richie just got lucky to be a temporary substitute drummer for the Ramones. Then he got luckier because they died before him. I remember seeing him try to sell signed drum sticks for $15 which included shipping. Sad, sad, sad. The music video he did shows an old skinny man with over dyed hair wearing skinny black jeans, black tshirt and black leather jacket trying to look like he's 18 while hanging out with 18 year olds. He looks like their grandpa.

Here is Richie's older brother Lenny and his band "The Shots." Lenny is five years older, plays a multitude of instruments, sings, reads/writes music and composes.

Tiffany Krog first started attacking women under an assumed name in the Yahoo Group Directors of Animal Welfare. She posed as a male in that group and called women hags. She started attacking me when I pointed out that she mixed up her user names one night. She also attacked people who work at the City of Los Angeles besides quite a few other people. I am posting this information because I fear for my life because of this woman. Here are few more photos of what she looks like. Iʼve never met her.

She appears to be a contributor to a blog. The name and photo look like they match. “Smart Women, Poor Choices an organization for hard-thinkin', hard-drinkin' ladies that should, and do, know better.” Here is one post a Tiffany Krog made. “Sometimes, mostly when I'm PMSing and hating myself, I watch the Dove ads for "real beauty" and cry a lot.This one is called "Case Study: Amy" who it seems is presumably a member of SWPC in training.

Even though she is still legally married to Ron Cobert she tells people she is Richie Ramoneʼs fiance or wife. She calls herself Tiffany Ramone. People she knows refer to her as the “crazy alcoholic,” “outrageous psycho-ness” and “abusive bitch.” What is odd is that she was friends with Annette Stark who was/is Richie Ramone real name Richard Reinhardtʼs wife. Richie Ramone was a substitute drummer with the Ramones years ago.

Civil cases against Tiffany Krog. It appears she was evicted twice, once in 1995 and then again in 1996. The nullity is her heated divorce from Ron Cobert. I've been told she was very abusive to her husband and acted extremely violent and mentally ill. Tiffany Krog was reported to the California State Bar by another attorney for unethical practices. There used to be four negative reviews of her online saying she didn't do her job, had major errors in her documents and she gets extremely angry at people.

How to Ensure Healthy Price Gains

Prices are increasing quickly, though that may not always be the most healthy development for the economy. Also, banks may soon loosen overly strict requirements, but a choke point remains in new-home construction.

The housing recovery is surpassing most expectations. Rising demand and many years of sluggish new-home construction have forced home prices to rise at a near double-digit pace in many parts of the country. The latest surveys from the National Association of REALTORS®, which looked at foot traffic at open houses and inquiries from potential sellers to real estate agents, continued to point toward too many buyers chasing too few sellers. Home prices should continue to rise this year and likely next year as well.

Fast-rising home values are clearly good for home owners, but price increases that are far in excess of income growth are not good for buyers and not a healthy development for the economy. However, it’s important to keep in mind that demand is moving ahead in spite of the stringent lending standards still in place. Fully one-third of buyers are using cash.

Consider what demand would look like if underwriting restrictions were dialed back to a more reasonable level. That’s finally a possibility for two reasons: Banks are sitting on piles of cash, and the quality of recently underwritten mortgages has been high. These conditions could persuade banks to start easing overly strict requirements. The additional demand in a more “normal” lending environment potentially would mean even faster price growth. The only way to tame excessive price jumps is for more inventory to reach the market. Investors could help here by selling properties ahead of their intended schedule to take advantage of rising prices.

The choke point today is from the slow recovery in new-home construction. Housing starts in March finally crossed the 1 million mark for the first time in five years. But 1.5 million new housing units are needed annually to keep home-price gains at a healthy, long-term level of around 3 percent to 5 percent a year. That balance seems unlikely this year as we will continue to see demand outstrip supply, fueling exorbitant price increases in some places.
